Omar was quick to respond to our request for a quote, thoroughly explaining the process and sharing his company's value for providing high quality work. During our initial meeting he was transparent about the cost for labor and demolition. Explaining what was and was not included with the quote. Omar provided suggestions of where to look for materials and offered his expertise throughout the process. I appreciate his thoughtfulness throughout the process calming my nerves when unexpected problems arose. Two damaged tubs from a vendor which caused a month delay in our project and plumbing issues which required some extra work. Omar took care of us and supported throughout the process even on the last day after his team had already left they quickly returned to fix my request to change automatic light switches and put on a different toilet seat. I also appreciated the respectfulness of his team and how hard they worked. Once we had finally received all our materials the job was completed in a timely manner. As mentioned in other reviews his communication is EXCELLENT. You really won't understand until you work with him. He even responded to my random questions after hours. Noor construction is a company that stands by the quality of their work and ensures that their clientele are satisfied throughout and after the project is completed. You won't regret your decision to work with Noor Construction.
Where do I start? What started as a glimmer of a dream in my mind a year ago has evolved into the dream home for my son and I thanks to the guidance and craftsmanship by the team at Noor Construction. As the parent of an adult quadriplegic in a power wheelchair there are unique needs and requirements for our home. We found that the homes in the new developments do not understand the importance of truly open floor plans, wider doorways , accessible baths , and enhanced safety for the disabled community. After realizing this, we decided to update our existing home to better match our needs and approached Noor Construction about adding new square footage and renovating other areas. Sub contracted Alex @ One Source Mobility who provided a Arjo Maxi Sky 2 overhead lift (rated to up to 600lb) for transfers in the new master bath. Since pictures tell so much more than words, review the photos with descriptions. In summary, there are zero regrets with choosing Noor Construction for this project. Omar and his team at Noor Construction helped me make this dream a reality within a reasonable time schedule. The pricing for this was fair and also reasonable. The estimates and budgeting numbers that were worked up were virtually spot on.... Actually came in slightly under the number projected. The city also confirmed his work by PASSING EVERY SINGLE MILESTONE OF THE PERMIT PROCESS ON 1ST INSPECTION. Customer response was second to none. Every single question that I had was handled quickly and without judgement (there are no dumb questions) irregardless of the day or time. Rarely do I have complete confidence in a company or person, but Omar and his team has earned it. The attention to detail and the craftsmanship is obvious in the final product. They worked with me with my vision and assisted in recommending the right materials for the job and I just could not be happier with the final results.
We are all so grateful to have worked with Noor Construction. Omar and his team truly delivered the most quality bathroom our family had envisioned. Omar was so committed on turning our plans and ideas into reality. Omar and his team offered their expertise from the beginning to the end of the whole entire process. We were completely happy and satisfied with the outcome of this renovation and upgrade throughout all of the work put into together by everyone involve. Everything was completed in a timely manner and fashion with pure professionalism and proper care of our home. You will want to go through Omar and his team for their high quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, guidance, efficiency, communication, pricing, and other needs. I would highly suggest Noor Construction for your home renovation and repairs for all of your needs.
I never write reviews but in this case, I really wanted to give credit where it is due. Our kitchen was unfortunately ruined when our dishwasher failed on us, so we needed our whole kitchen redone and flooring replaced. After speaking with 5 different contractors for our project, we chose to go with Omar due to his professionalism and cheerful personality. Omar has such a can-do attitude, and was AMAZING to work with from beginning to end. He had great communication with us throughout the project, and exhibited excellent customer service. In fact, his whole team did an amazing job and had such attention to detail (especially Mohamad and Mustafa). Thanks to them, our kitchen and floors have been absolutely transformed! We are very glad that we found Noor construction, and can safely say that we have found our contractor for other future projects.
Adding to my previous review: I had an issue not related to the great work they've already done for me and Omar came over and fixed it! Again, I can't recommend Noor Construction enough to everyone! Great company, outstanding service. Thank you again Omar!
Omar and all of his amazing crew did such a wonderful job remodeling our 30 year old bathroom. Noor Construction was timely and professional from the beginning to the end of our job. I felt I got an honest bid and price. Omar treated us with such respect during a time that can be so stressful. He was considerate of our home space at all times. And my bathroom! The craftsmanship is unmatched. I love my new bathroom!
Omar and his team have been a pleasure to work with. From day one, he was responsive and so pleasant to work with. We knew he was the right contractor for the job before even seeing his work. Throughout the process, he remained communicative and catered to our every want. It was so refreshing! On top of that, he got me a 50% discount on beautiful laminate flooring. Honestly, I haven't seen quality like this before. It was a wonderful experience working with someone so positive and genuine. He was completely reliable and the work will get redone, if it isn't to his or the clients standards. I'm so happy to have found Noor Construction! I will be recommending him to family/friends for the years to come.
I had a large project due to a flood that required work in our living room, kitchen, and bathroom. I've had other contractors come in to quote for this job, and a few of them tell me "we're booked out, don't really need this job, but we'd be happy to work on it." I selected Noor construction because of Omar. He tells me "I will work with you to restore your home with the budget that you have." I got the impression he cared about what I thought, and it turned out to be true. He listens, provides his expertise opinion, and guides his team to do great work. With every large project, there will be times when expectation and execution are misaligned. I felt comfortable working with Omar through these and never had a doubt things would be resolved. Even those small details that are not so easy to execute, Omar will make it happen. I could tell his team respects him, and he treats them well, just as he treats his customers. He does not use "I have so many other projects" as leverage to not tend to your needs.
We had severe water damage to the side of our house from the rain season. Water was leaking into our kitchen thru two kitchen windows and it was originally a mystery. Omar came in and found the issues immediately. (he responded immediately after I requested an eval and a free estimate). He was first to give us a quote. I was immediately confident that he would remedy our severe exterior water damage wall issues. They were quick, professional and Omar was always wanting us to get the job done to our specs. The stucco wasn't originally done perfectly but after our review his crew came two days later and at no additional charge redid the exterior stucco work to perfection. You should always get several quotes on complicated jobs on your home; But at the end of the day it was always obvious who would get the bid. Our home is the most important investment to us and I am thankful to the Universe that Omar and Noor Construction was there during a stressful time in our lives. Thank you Omar! We appreciate you!
My experience with Noor Construction was a very good one. I absolutely love the work that Omar and his crew conducted. My project was a small project, the addition of a closet in a spare bedroom, yet they paid very close attention to all the details. When the project unexpectedly grew in scope due to issues with my old paint, the crew pivoted smoothly to make sure the new closet fit in flawlessly with the remainder of the room. Omar also did not charge me extra; he stood behind his contract price to get the job completed correctly. I know first hand how difficult it is to find a good contractor. The process of getting different estimates and deciding which one to go with, is not fun. I had received one unexpectedly low bid, and two around the same ballpark with Noor Construction being one of the two. So I made my decision on which contractor I could more easily communicate with and was most responsive. From the beginning, Omar and all his crew were extremely skilled in the work they do, very polite, mannered, and straight forward. There was no guessing on my end. The crew allowed me to be part of the decision making during the project. I really appreciated their incorporating my feedback. I continue to believe that the measure of a good contractor is not only how well they do work when everything goes right, but more so how they address on-the-job factors that no one could know of until in the middle of the work. I I would consider Noor Construction again for a future project because Omar has earned my trust as a contractor. I do highly recommend Noor to others.
Noor construction helped me enclose my patio for my cats. This job had to be done on short notice. Omar and his team communicated with me during every step of the way and worked through rain and shine to get the job done. It is difficult to find people who communicate clearly and are professional and thorough in their work. Noor construction checks all of those boxes and I would recommend them for projects big and small!
Really happy to have found Omar to build a freestanding ADU (750 sq ft, 1 br/ba) in our backyard for grandma. He ably took over for a botched Anchored Tiny Homes project-- he hit the ground running with a plan set and permitting process that was already going. The contrast couldn't be more apparent. Everyone has heard of (if not directly experienced) the nightmares of contractors running over time and over budget. But Omar finished everything exactly according to the original schedule, estimate and contract. If anything unexpected came up, he just took care it and absorbed any additional cost himself. Amazingly quick to respond and resolve any hiccups-- often came out the same day or the next day to take care of it until we were right back on track. Made everything as easy as possible. Level of workmanship was high and everyone on his team was very professional. Team sometimes worked weekends and even major holidays-- we told them it was OK to take the day off sometimes!!
Last January when the crazy storms were coming in a tree in my yard fell over and came crashing down on my fence and roof. I first tried going through my mortgage company and homeowners insurance, but it was taking too long, and I needed my roof fixed. Noor Construction was recommended to me by a friend, so I decided to call them, and I am so happy I did. They immediately worked with me and helped me go through the proper channels to get my fence and roof fixed. They were fast-acting, easy to work with and did an awesome job on my house. If needed I will definitely be giving them a call and recommended them to others.

My husband and I contracted Omar and his team to remodel our home. We had the popcorn ceiling removed, re-texturized & painted, carpet removed and replaced with luxury vinyl with new baseboards, 1 full bathroom remodel, entire interior of the home painted including the fireplace to make it look more modern, replaced all door knobs, and updated the dining room light. We had met with several contractors and decided on Omar and his team because he took the time to show us photos of previous work, did not pressure us to do anything out of our budget, showed us details that were budget friendly such as our selection for door knobs or light switches (swear didnt even cross my mind, so cheap to replace but way nicer on the eyes) and was overall pleasant. Other contractors arrived late, did not bring examples or were overpriced for smaller jobs. I won't lie, I have never remodeled a home and honestly don't trust anyone but Omar was trustworthy. When the job was finished there were some minor touch ups needed, we sent him pictures and no joke he brought a HUGE crew with him the very next morning to fix it. I was at work, he sent pictures and kept me updated. He even did the work with his crew. Knowing that Omar stands by his work is huge to me and my family. We plan to update a few more things in our home as we get settled and we will continue to go to Omar. I recommend him to anyone who values communication and honesty. If you knew me you would know that's a big deal. Please see the before and after photos of the entire process. read more

I needed a driveway for a RV that required extension of an existing cement pad, grading of undeveloped area, cement driveway "runners", a new driveway gate, modification of sprinkler system and drainage, and decorative rock. Noor Construction did a wonderful job!!! The COVID pandemic created havoc with scheduling sub-contractors due to material and labor issues, but these were beyond Noor's control. Omar from Noor handled the issues with professionalism and constantly stayed in contact with me during the whole project. Even though I would consider my project fairly small, Omar always made me feel like it was a priority. He also made sure all the work completed met his high standards. I have several more projects planned for my home in the near future, and I would definitely hire Noor Construction again without hesitation. read more

Noor Construction saved the day! We needed paint touch ups, cabinet stain touch ups, caulking, weather stripping, a Ring doorbell and camera installed, our address light fixed, and smoke detectors installed to prepare to put our house on the market. Noor came in and got the work done and done well, during the holidays no less. I recommend them highly. read more

Omar & his apprentice built a porch pergola onto my roof-line. I am a very particular person in terms of home improvement appearances and Omar has the best "can-do" personality of any contractor I've ever met. He did some extra detail fixes/finishing that was not part of the original scope of work at no extra charge - not many would be so generous with their time and labor. This is a contractor who goes the extra mile without complaint -willing to do what it takes to make the customer happy. Don't be afraid to ask questions - Omar is very respectful of concerns you may have as work is being done and will gladly respond. A genuine professional. read more

I had a leak in my shower stall. When the shower area was demolished, it was determined that some of the structural wood had dry rot and needed to be repaired or replaced. I hired Omar and Noor Construction to do this work. They did a fabulous job, kept me informed throughout and completed the work in a timely manner. read more

I hired Omar to removed my over the range microwave to replaced it with over the range exhaust/vent and to do my backsplash. I was happy how my kitchen turned out. He is knowledgeable and will give you good recommendations of what will work best. He comes on time and day he say he will and his crew and work continously until 6 pm. They made sure they cleaned up the place before they left and he did some small things for me free of charge which is a plus and what you call a good customer service. Thanks Omar! read more

I am so incredibly grateful to have found Noor Construction. A tree fell on our house during the January storms. If that wasn't bad enough, the homeowners insurance company made it even worse. Fortunately, we found Omar at Noor Construction!! He responded to our request for an estimate within minutes. He took care of us every step of the way thereafter. He spoke directly to our insurance company, he was always available to answer our questions and assuage our worries. His entire crew was timely, professional, clean, and wonderful to work with. Omar treated us like family. I couldn't be more impressed with the service and the quality of work. Noor Construction flipped a very terrible experience for us into something awesome. Our house looks better than it did before! I couldn't recommend a better construction company. If you are looking for a contractor, call Omar at Noor Construction. You won't be disappointed! read more

Omar and his guys from Noor construction did an amazing job remodeling my daughters badly designed and nonfunctional bathroom. With his knowledge and eye for design we were able get two rooms for the price of one!! My daughter gained a HUGE walk-in closet with a very nice sized top quality bathroom!!! Omar used high quality materials and the experience of his work shows. His work and craftsmanship was better than the original builders!!! During demo and remodeling process Omar found hidden problems unknown to us and quickly fixed them! Noor construction workers were always on time, very polite and worked hard the whole time during the process. Every evening upon leaving they cleaned up the entire area. Omar is a great listener; and is always willing to do whatever is needed or necessary to make you happy and stress-free throughout the process. I've gotten several bids on this job and Omar by far was the most cost-effective!!! Everything included in his price would've run me thousands of dollars more! Not to mention he's a one stop shop for everything; inside and outside of your home!! I already have more jobs in line for him to do! Omar and Noor construction is now the ONLY company I will be going through for all my home needs. You will not be disappointed in any way going with Omar and Noor Construction. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! THANK YOU OMAR "Noor Construction" read more

We used Noor Construction for our 2 bedroom house bathrooms and kitchen remodel, flooring, paint and so many other work, and we have loved the results. The initial quote was very reasonable and detailed, giving us a lot of flexibility and insights into the various trade offs we could make. We were very happy with the project, which finished on time and on budget. We worked closely with Omar who were excellent, responsive, and professional. He was great problem solver and worked well with the appliance, countertop, flooring and cabinets, making sure that the final results had the highest quality. Paint was amazing. The pricing was not only fair but they helped us find ways to save through creative shortcuts. Very happy with how beautiful our house become. We would definitely work with Noor construction again! I would give them 10 stars if I could. I would be a referral for these guys for any and every job and we will ABSOLUTELY be hiring them again for our next project. Finding someone to redesign a bathroom was challenging. My husband and I contacted Omar and from the beginning he made himself available for a thorough consulation. He immediately understood the specifics of our project and special requests. Omar is professional and always polite. With his work, he brings good energy and diligence to get the project done on time. His communication throughout was excellent and we felt no stress in the process. I was surprised by his team's efficiency and ability to make requested changes quickly. His guys were great and very respectful of my home, inside and out. They turned a not so desirable space into an enjoyable, much needed, usable space for my daughter. We are very happy with the outcome and appreciate his work ethics. There is no doubt we will continue to contract Noor Construction for other projects. During our process, we learned just how talented and versatile Omar is. His experience shows in his work. He offers a wide range of services for homeowners who really want enjoy their spaces. I cant say enough good things. It was worth every penny! Thank You Omar (Noor Construction) read more
