Stopped by this small noodle shop one night after picking up a friend from the airport. Even after 9:00 PM, they had a good amount of seating available and a relaxed, quiet atmosphere. I ordered the Seafood Lo Mein, which was a generous spread--it came with veggies, fried calamari, shrimp, a seafood cake, and a side of soup. Everything was very tasty (or maybe I was just starving? Okay here goes, I highly recommend their Cantonese Style number 9, wonton noodles which has different wontons with abalone, crab, and shrimp. It was super fresh and Hella good. But let's get to the star of the show, tge hot sauce and potstickers. When the lady asked me if I wanted 4 or 10, I quickly said 10 thinking if I didn't finish it, I could air fry them later. I was so disappointed when I went back to San Sun after all years and their soup noodles just aren't the same :( Thai Ngiep down the street was decent but still didn't quite hit but Noodle Stop is it! They also make their own chili paste sauce in house and it was so tasty I bought a jar to bring home (it's more of the bright red paste with flakes and seeds type rather than the dark chili crisp oil style). Food was good - my friend and I really like their rice noodles and also got their five star wonton noodles. My personal favorite, however, was the mix sauce rice noodles but especially with the house chili oil which was sooo good and I wish I got a pic of it. The menu was huge, so deciding what to get was not easy. We ended up going with the chili oil wontons and lo mein noodles with pork, which was actually soup dish to my surprise. The food came up super quick and was still piping hot by the time we started eating it a little while later. They make their own chili oil and even sell it in jars to go. I was sad to see the old Won Ton House go, but I'm happy to see that the noodle stop has taken its place and is doing a good job. We ordered the combination noodle soup and the beef noodle soup. Both tasty and had their own unique flavors. Make sure you add their chili in the soup in you can handle a bit of spice. Probably my favorite part of the entire meal.
