The food is okay. The location is actually a bit out of place since it falls outside the Bay Parkway Chinatown community. It is one of the few places open in the morning to get a Hong Kong style breakfast in the morning. There place isn't really busy so service is usually available to help you.

I like the breakfast special combo menu because everything reminds me of childhood. However, the taste is not as nostalgic. I've tried the lai fun noodle soup, macaroni soup, congee, fried noodles, hk style rice noodle, and steam rice noodle so far. The noodle soups lack flavor but will be okay on a cold day. The fried noodles were served quickly but it was room temperature, slightly soggy, and bland. I've tried the hk style rice noodle twice - the first time was steaming hot and delicious but the second time was drier and a little hard. The steam rice noodle with pork was okay but I would try another filling next time. My favorite is the congee with pork and century eggs, especially with lots of white pepper.

Nice clean place. Ordered for takeout, order was ready in 10 minutes. Got a thousand year egg n pork congee and custom pork liver with sliced beef congee. Flavor and texture is on point.

The rice noodle here is very hard. They do make it fresh and it's about $7 plus tax for a large cheung fun. Service is friendly and they do speak English. They have breakfast specials at a good price but quality isn't good. There are seatings with wait service and space is very cramp.

I'm not sure about this place yet and will give it another try next time. I feel like it's a hit or a miss. The congee needs to be adjusted, it said "dried squid and jelly fish", instead I got eggs, pork skin and shrimp; I'm glad I'm not allergic to anything. This is definitely not the same as the menu. The congee itself was too watery. The better option was the beef tripe with la fun. The plentiful of beef tripe and stomach and I really enjoyed the smooth la fun. The beef was tender enough, however, there's too much flavor with their seasoning which overpowered it. I came on a rainy Thursday around 3pm and it was pretty empty inside. They've only been opened for about 2 months. This used to be Tasty Bagel.

YUMMY! Our dishes were delicious, which consisted of both rice and noodles. The chicken wings (4) were huge and super tasty. Highly recommend trying the beef stew. It was so flavorful and tender. The menu has something for everyone with just the right amount of options. It is also great for indecisive diners where it won't overwhelm you with choices. Expect hong kong style diner aka "cha chan tang". The variety of noodles you can choose from is also nice. They do not charge extra for "lai fun" and many restaurants do. The breakfast sets are such a steal for $6 and comes with a drink. We really wanted to try rice rolls but it is not available after 4PM. It would be nice if they can serve it throughout the day. Will have to come back.

My family and I have eaten here twice already and I am sure we will be back regularly for more since it's close to our daughter's gymnastics center. Everything we tried here has been really good and the prices can't be beat. The fried rice, rice roll noodles, beef stew, fried noodles, and soup noodles were all very yummy and the portions are not small.

Been here a few times, friendly customer service and food quality is good! The fried dough is a nice pairing and always served hot and fresh, the curry fish balls are a good pairing with the mixed sauce rice noodles. The noodle soup is a very generous portion, and for all those that understand how hard it is to find hor fun - they have it here :) They also offer breakfast combos that come with a drink until 11am!

Food is below par. I waited a long time for the takeout and very disappointed. There is no roast pork in the roast pork rice noodle rolls. This is the first and last visit.

It was around 4:30pm and when we arrived, it was empty which was perfect for us. Space is big and spacious and their tables, plating, and decor really stood out to me. Seemed fancier than other Chinese restaurants! Ordered a variety of dishes and they were all really large portions and well-prepared. None were overly salty or sweet, just right. My favorite was their chicken, eggplant and salted fish claypot dish. It's one of my favorite dishes in general and they made it very well. Definitely will come here more often and will rec my family to try this place out for our next family event.

The meal includes geoduck sashimi, jellyfish & mixed appetizer, soup, steamed fish, crab & lobster with sticky rice, abalone, steamed shrimp, noodles, and veggies. Some dishes were bigger than others. Both times I came they didn't have abalone so we substitute the dish for garlic scallop (which I prefer). The menu also says it comes with house special dessert but we never gotten any. For any seafood, it's market price plus they add a 30% processing fee, which is strange to me. For a Chinese restaurant which usually does not charge tax if you pay with cash, they charge tax here whether you pay by card or cash. The restaurant is pretty big and spacious. They have pretty large tables, suitable for parties and celebrations. There's a private space upstairs with 3 large tables for parties. The restaurant is pretty slow in the afternoon.

As a lover of Dim Sum, I start my weekend morning by making the long commute just to get a taste of everything. The spot is constantly bustling with people moving in and out of the restaurant, the waiters running around, the carts strolling to each table, etc. These days, cart services have been decreasing, but it's nice to see that some spots have still kept them around. My rotation always includes the following-har gow, deep-fried noodlefish, shrimp cheong fun (rice noodle roll), zhaliang (fried dough rice noodle roll), chicken feet, and beef tripe-and now more recently, salt and pepper squid. I'm not even joking when I say this, but my mouth was salivating when they placed everything in front of us. Everything was fresh and just so full of flavor. I randomly get reminded of the taste and suddenly crave it again. We also have to thank the wonderful expeditors who would make sure we got everything we wanted. When the salt and pepper squid had run out of the carts, they made sure to request more for our table and got us a fresh, hot, and steaming plate of it. Everything at dimsum might seem very hectic and quick, but when you're sitting down with your family and friends, it can really feel calming. They also give you a choice of tea; we love getting chrysanthemum to wash down the grease from the fried food. There's no wonder people make this a weekly routine; it's just got everything you could need.

The busy neighborhood setting means the interior is often shaped by crowds, and during peak weekend hours it fills up quickly. We saw people lined up outside waiting for tables before we even made it through the door. The core experience here is centered around classic push cart dim sum service. Servers moved through the dining room with carts, offering a rotating selection of dumplings, buns, and other small plates. We spotted har gow, shumai, chicken feet, and spare ribs as part of the typical spread. There were also more varied items like beef offal and pepper beef ribs that showed up depending on which cart passed by. It felt like a small discovery every time a new cart rounded the corner. Service is fast paced and structured around the flow of carts and seating turnover. Things got chaotic during the busy period, with wait times and seating queues feeling like a normal part of the experience. Once we were seated, dishes started arriving quickly, but the pace of ordering depended on catching carts as they circulated through the room. You have to stay alert, or you might miss something you wanted.

The sides are displayed in the pans behind the glass. Choose 3 by pointing. My usual order is a meat pie, preserved peppers, and a vegetable. Then, go inside and pay (about $6.50 per combo). They will ask if you want a free soup...say yes because the soup is filled with MSG and is delicious. Simultaneously unironic and ironic decor that makes it feel natural to what they want to accomplish. I got the shrimp wontons. Gotta be honest, they were good, and kinda got worried i made the wrong move. The peanut sauce is nice. Thick consistency with a rich nuttiness.
