I finally found DANDAN NOODLES!!! Do you know how long it took me to find this dish in Bay Ridge? FOREVER! I've swirled these noodles in Williamsburg, Greenpoint, Downtown Brooklyn, Midtown Manhattan. I have schlepped on every letter train to consume this delicious meal. First off what are Dandan noodles? Have you dug your chopsticks deep into this meal? 'Dandan noodles are a popular Sichuan Chinese dish featuring chewy noodles tossed in a spicy, savory, and numbing sauce made with chili oil, sesame paste, and Sichuan peppercorns, topped with ground pork, preserved vegetables, and peanuts.' I realized after I ordered ( delivery) from E Noodles that I had eaten in the restaurant and didn't quite order the right dish.. well that was then and this is NOW! The Dandan* noodles were absolutely scrumptious! I was swirling the noodles and picking up every ground pork piece with my chopsticks! The spice level was spot on. I was in total heaven! I also ordered the steamed pork buns which came with a side of spicy chili oil.. also fantastic! I washed it down with a nice iced green tea! I highly recommend ordering Dandan noodles from E Noodle. ** aah you noticed! Fun fact: Dandan noodles: A popular Sichuan street food, which refers to the type of carrying pole used by street vendors! E Noodles is located on 8619 5th Avenue, Brooklyn, New York ** review for delivery only

Came by for lunch after running some errands. We came around 2pm so it was past the lunch rush and we got seated quickly. We ordered the mixed sauce rice rolls, fried roast pork buns, Xiao long baos, and a casserole dish. Overall, food was pretty good and came quickly. I would say they don't have AC so on hot days, you're not gonna cool down much if you're trying to escape the heat.

Enoodle always hits the spot! We ordered the deep fried Chinese BBQ pork buns, steamed rice rolls with hoisin and peanut sauce, pork soup dumplings, and the oyster sauce beef stir fry. The pork buns were crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, with a good balance between the bread and the filling. The rice rolls arrived steaming hot, and the noodles were soft, chewy, and full of flavor. I really liked the balance between the peanut and hoisin sauces -- most places tend to go heavier on the hoisin, but this one was just right. The soup dumplings are my favorite in Brooklyn. The skin is nice and thin, and there's a generous amount of flavorful broth inside. The oyster sauce beef stir fry was the only dish that didn't quite land for me. There were plenty of aromatics in the pot, but the beef itself lacked flavor.

Good to have a good Hong Kong restaurant in bay ridge area .. ordered the rice noodle with hoisin/peanut sauce was so delicious!!

Always love coming here for cantonese food. Their bo zai fan is great. I also love their noodle soups, soup dumplings, and their mixed sauce rice rolls. Service is quick and friendly.

The restaurant inside is spacious. Street parking only. But the area is not too difficult to find parking if you are willing to walk 5-10min. We did take out only. Food is just ok. Clay pot rice: it's flavorful but missing some flavorful as clay pot rice. 6/10 Silver noodle: we ordered the one with 3 different proteins. It's mediocre. 4/10. Noodle is hard and the taste is bit greasy. Singapore noodle: 6/10. Meets the standard of the dish. Nothing special to me. Rice roll with mixed sauces: 8/10. The portion is big and it's tasty with the sauces. Best dish out of all.

Always nice eating here, with a nice variety of Cantonese food. This time around the curry was a bit too mild and not spicy enough. But overall good meal!

This place was recommended by a friend's cousin when he came into town. We decided to order delivery and were pleasantly surprised when it arrived. The steamed soup dumplings were placed in individual cups, though only come 6 in an order and are on the pricier side. They were really good and held up in an over 30 minute ride home. The Hong Kong style rice noodles are good too and the sauces are nice, but they were a little thicker and more solid that I would have preferred. The hot pot rice with Chinese sausage was good and came with various types of the chopped meat and broccoli - I got mine sans scallions. I have since been back here at least 4 times in the last 2-3 weeks. Yummy, but a little pricey so can't be there so often. Would recommend for really good soup dumplings in Brooklyn :)

    Dim sum

E Noodle is supposedly good. I've had takeout in the past and the reviews are generally good, but my most recent visit was mediocre at best. I don't know if we ordered the wrong dishes, but everything was bland. We ordered 3 dim sum dishes for $12 (lo mei gai, shu mai, and char siu bao) The buns were ok - nice and fluffy white w sweet/savory pork filling. The lo mei gai was dry and the rice was getting hard with very little filling. The shumai was just bland pork. we also ordered the rice rolls, tripe, and shrimp fried rice. The rice rolls were great - smooth, dense, but bouncy rice noodles covered in peanutty goodness. The tripe was fine and made better by dipping it in hot oil. The shrimp fried rice had a decent amount of shrimp but was quite bland overall. The menu is extensive so I would give it another go, but maybe for other dishes next time.

Seemed fancier than other Chinese restaurants! Ordered a variety of dishes and they were all really large portions and well-prepared. None were overly salty or sweet, just right. My favorite was their chicken, eggplant and salted fish claypot dish. It's one of my favorite dishes in general and they made it very well. The meal includes geoduck sashimi, jellyfish & mixed appetizer, soup, steamed fish, crab & lobster with sticky rice, abalone, steamed shrimp, noodles, and veggies. Some dishes were bigger than others. Both times I came they didn't have abalone so we substitute the dish for garlic scallop (which I prefer). The menu also says it comes with house special dessert but we never gotten any. For any seafood, it's market price plus they add a 30% processing fee, which is strange to me. For a Chinese restaurant which usually does not charge tax if you pay with cash, they charge tax here whether you pay by card or cash. The restaurant is pretty big and spacious. They have pretty large tables, suitable for parties and celebrations. There's a private space upstairs with 3 large tables for parties. The restaurant is pretty slow in the afternoon.

As a lover of Dim Sum, I start my weekend morning by making the long commute just to get a taste of everything. The spot is constantly bustling with people moving in and out of the restaurant, the waiters running around, the carts strolling to each table, etc. These days, cart services have been decreasing, but it's nice to see that some spots have still kept them around. My rotation always includes the following-har gow, deep-fried noodlefish, shrimp cheong fun (rice noodle roll), zhaliang (fried dough rice noodle roll), chicken feet, and beef tripe-and now more recently, salt and pepper squid. I'm not even joking when I say this, but my mouth was salivating when they placed everything in front of us. Everything was fresh and just so full of flavor. I randomly get reminded of the taste and suddenly crave it again. We also have to thank the wonderful expeditors who would make sure we got everything we wanted. When the salt and pepper squid had run out of the carts, they made sure to request more for our table and got us a fresh, hot, and steaming plate of it. Everything at dimsum might seem very hectic and quick, but when you're sitting down with your family and friends, it can really feel calming. They also give you a choice of tea; we love getting chrysanthemum to wash down the grease from the fried food. There's no wonder people make this a weekly routine; it's just got everything you could need.

The busy neighborhood setting means the interior is often shaped by crowds, and during peak weekend hours it fills up quickly. We saw people lined up outside waiting for tables before we even made it through the door. The core experience here is centered around classic push cart dim sum service. Servers moved through the dining room with carts, offering a rotating selection of dumplings, buns, and other small plates. We spotted har gow, shumai, chicken feet, and spare ribs as part of the typical spread. There were also more varied items like beef offal and pepper beef ribs that showed up depending on which cart passed by. It felt like a small discovery every time a new cart rounded the corner. Service is fast paced and structured around the flow of carts and seating turnover. Things got chaotic during the busy period, with wait times and seating queues feeling like a normal part of the experience. Once we were seated, dishes started arriving quickly, but the pace of ordering depended on catching carts as they circulated through the room. You have to stay alert, or you might miss something you wanted.
