I liked all the toppings that it came with! This time I ordered the wonton and dumpling noodle soup. It came with 3 wonton, 2 dumplings, and some bok choy. Not sure if it was because I did takeout and my noodle soup was overcooking in its container, but the dumpling skin was mushy and falling apart from the meaty party of the dumpling, and the bok choy was also a dull green color. Either it was overcooked or old bok choy. They tasted fine, except maybe one was a bit bitter. I was also expecting egg noodle, but it came default udon noodles (you can ask them to change noodles, I just didn't ask). The broth wasn't flavorful either. Although this dish was a miss, I would come back for their other dishes!! Cash only establishment, or you can zelle them.

We ordered the peanut butter noodle ($3), cabbage pork dumplings (10 for $5.50) and the wonton soup Fuzhou style ($3). It was definitely filling for such a low cost. The peanut butter noodle was very standard but wished there was more sauce. We ordered the cabbage pork dumplings but they gave us the leek pork by accident. It was still good though and that's coming from someone who isn't a fan of leek. Skin was very smooth and it wasn't too thick. I didn't try the wonton soup but my friend said it was ok. You order by the register and can sit anywhere you want and the worker brings you the food. There's plenty of seating but it gets crowded during peak hours. There is a sauce station by the register with extra bowls and utensils. Place is pretty clean and the worker was very nice. Tip is not mandatory as well. Will definitely be back to try the hand pulled noodle soup!

I ordered the house special with hand pulled noodles, beef brisket with peel noodles, and fish all soup. Service was pretty fast, everything came out within 10 mins. They have a station where you can add cilantro and pickled mustard greens in it! (My absolute favorite). They also have a house made chili oil and it definitely enhanced the flavor of the noodle soups. The house special noodle soup is packed with beef, tripe, tendon, 1 egg, and spinach. The soup is not overly salty and it was very filling. The beef brisket with peel noodles had a great bounce QQ to the noodles. My most favorite thing were the fish balls!!! They are filled with a meat filling that's on the sweeter side. I added white pepper into my soup with cilantro too. Total bill was under $30!!!!

You order at the counter, grab a table, wait for your number to be called, and bus your own table when you're done. No tipping expected. I had the Fuzhou wontons and Fuzhou pork meat, decent if you're looking for something light. My friend really liked the fermented mustard dry rice noodles, though I found the sauce a bit too clumpy, even after asking for more. I enjoy fermented mustard and peanut butter noodles separately, just not together. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here, but I'd be open to trying their soups or regular peanut butter noodles next time. The decor, from the outside to the inside, was so inviting--it really felt like I was at a small family-owned eatery in Asia. Best of all, the employees were so warm to us. We were looking through the menu thoroughly since Fuzhounese food is still very much unfamiliar territory for us Cantonese folks, and the kind cashier gave us full-sized (!!!) fried buns to sample. We were immediately sold and got an order of 5, which we had to take the rest home but they were so good, despite having no meat - this is a great option for vegetarians. The sliced beef mixed noodles were incredible - it looked small but the mixture of garlic, and spicy peanut butter was so perfectly flavorful and the generous portions of beef made it perfect. Also got some refreshing fresh fruit drinks to cool down, which were wonderful. Prices were so reasonable and the seating is good for 1-2 people. Can't wait to come back!

The cashier was very sweet and friendly. The space was small, not a lot of seating, so I took it to go- not a problem because they packaged it perfectly (see video). On days like today where I am just craving their dishes without the coma- I ask for a small serving of their dishes.
