Came by for lunch after running some errands. We came around 2pm so it was past the lunch rush and we got seated quickly. We ordered the mixed sauce rice rolls, fried roast pork buns, Xiao long baos, and a casserole dish. Overall, food was pretty good and came quickly. I would say they don't have AC so on hot days, you're not gonna cool down much if you're trying to escape the heat.
Enoodle always hits the spot! We ordered the deep fried Chinese BBQ pork buns, steamed rice rolls with hoisin and peanut sauce, pork soup dumplings, and the oyster sauce beef stir fry. The pork buns were crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, with a good balance between the bread and the filling. The rice rolls arrived steaming hot, and the noodles were soft, chewy, and full of flavor. I really liked the balance between the peanut and hoisin sauces -- most places tend to go heavier on the hoisin, but this one was just right. The soup dumplings are my favorite in Brooklyn. The skin is nice and thin, and there's a generous amount of flavorful broth inside. The oyster sauce beef stir fry was the only dish that didn't quite land for me. There were plenty of aromatics in the pot, but the beef itself lacked flavor.
price - $60 including tax and tip food - 5/5 service - 4/5 ambiance - 4/5 i ordered the roast pork noodles which were so filling and plentiful. the noodles were enriched with the roast pork flavor! the beef noodles were a bit tangy which i really liked since its different since it was providing a small kick to the food. on the other hand the congee was more on the plain side but it was still very flavorful because of the condiments added. the shrimp balls and pork soup dumplings were amazing, no doubt! they were definitely my favorites! the service and ambiance were both good, i think its a nice place to casually chill and grab a quick bite
Come to this restaurant all the time. Love their beef tendon and wonton noodles soup. Good services and clean bathroom
Good to have a good Hong Kong restaurant in bay ridge area .. ordered the rice noodle with hoisin/peanut sauce was so delicious!!
The restaurant inside is spacious. Street parking only. But the area is not too difficult to find parking if you are willing to walk 5-10min. We did take out only. Food is just ok. Clay pot rice: it's flavorful but missing some flavorful as clay pot rice. 6/10 Silver noodle: we ordered the one with 3 different proteins. It's mediocre. 4/10. Noodle is hard and the taste is bit greasy. Singapore noodle: 6/10. Meets the standard of the dish. Nothing special to me. Rice roll with mixed sauces: 8/10. The portion is big and it's tasty with the sauces. Best dish out of all.
Always love coming here for cantonese food. Their bo zai fan is great. I also love their noodle soups, soup dumplings, and their mixed sauce rice rolls. Service is quick and friendly.
Always nice eating here, with a nice variety of Cantonese food. This time around the curry was a bit too mild and not spicy enough. But overall good meal!
Came back here a second time with more friends and the meal was just so satisfactory, I had to come here and update my review!! *coughs* better than a certain HK cafe in Chinatown *coughs* if y'all know what I mean The servers work so quick and the food comes out just as fast like yes, work it!!! We ordered: Shanghai Soup dumplings ($7.75) Monster Ramen ($13.25) Dimsum 3 for $10: 2 Crystal shrimp dumplings & 1 deep fried rice dumpling 3 Hot homemade soy milk ($3.25) Baked Cheesy Spaghetti w/ white sauce ($9.5) Wow, I don't even know where to begin! It was super cold this day so we all got a cup of hot homemade soy milk and like my last review, I'm even more blown away because it was immaculate! Sweet but not overpowering and you can taste the soybean very clearly. The crystal shrimp dumplings, again, delicious. Honestly my fav along with the Shanghai soup dumplings! Seriously, COME HERE. You wont regret it, it beats other dumpling places by MILES. How is everything so good here?? Please don't let my mom know I'm enjoying Chinese food outside of her home cooking LOL The monster ramen was smaller than I expected for the price but still very good and the right amount of spice. The baked cheesy spaghetti with white sauce was better than I thought. It tasted very light but still creamy and cheesy! I honestly thought it'll be very heavy and just thick cheese mixed in but it felt more like a light cream flavor which I actually preferred! The chicken it came with is also very tender and delicious!! The portion is a little small but for just $9.5, no complaints on my end. Overall, we got to try lots of food at very affordable prices! Everything is shareable which we love that! Definitely a new fav for me. Their food is honestly so comforting and tastes best when it's cold outside. Also they have a huge seating area so no waiting at all, that's another plus in my book!! :) read more
Great local hong kong cafe restaurant. Had the steam rolls which I totally recommend. The rice roll was soft and fresh, chewy texture and perfect sauce combo, they weren't cheap with the sauce either which i appreciate. Also tried the soup dumplings which were good, flavorful and good amount of soup in them. read more

Authentic great pork soup dumplings, one of the best in NY I've ever had! Hot Pot Rice is cooked to perfect with a layer of crispy rice at bottom! read more
Honestly, I wouldn't have tried this place out if I didn't see a deal for it on Uber Eats. The food here is Chinatown quality, just in Bay Ridge. Portions aren't as large and the prices are higher, but the quality is there. I would recommend trying the clay pot rice and the soup dumplings for sure. Just remember there are only 6 in an order, not the usual 8. If you are craving authentic Chinese food in Bay Ridge, check this place out. read more

If you order anything baked, it taste better with rice. I ordered chicken baked spaghetti and it was pretty bland. However, when I ordered black pepper steak baked rice, I realized their baked dishes are better with rice because the sauce is better with rice. My favorite is their soup dumplings, I get it every time I'm here. I can't find another place in Brooklyn that makes good soup dumpling. The skin is a little thinner than normal, but the soup is juicy and flavorful. read more

Came here with some friends to catch up after a year of not seeing them during this pandemic. Service was quick, and the soup dumplings were tasty. Ordered the monster ramen since I saw other people post about this dish, and it didn't disappoint. I came to the restaurant hungry and left with a full, happy stomach. The ramen was a little spicy, but you can ask the restaurant to adjust the spice level. Being that my friends and I haven't seen each other in a while, we stayed in the restaurant until closing time. The staff was so nice to us and didn't try to push us out the door. They let us take our time talking, even though they were closing at 9pm. Will definitely come back to try other food from here! read more

The best Hong Kong style food in South Brooklyn, I said what I said. Clean and fast service is what you'll receive. Really great soup dumplings, claypot rice, and peanut butter noodles (added plus, this spot won't put a dent in your wallet as well) read more

I really wish i live closer!!! if you are craving for some HK cafe style food, i think they is the place for you. I tried their tomato sauce pork chop baked over fried rice, and their hot pot rice (salty fish with pork)... portion is generous and they tasted so good. it reminds me of the good old day when i was in HK. their scallion pancake is very unique, very flaky and crunchy!!! and their soup pork dumpling is also very very delicious... Their service is also very good, they always come and make sure you have enough drinks and if you need anything. Will definitely come back for more... read more

Thank you very much for such great review! We work really hard to…
My family and I were recommended to try E-Noodle's abalone & wonton noodle soup during their special promotion. We went on the very last day of the promotion and we were so glad we did. It was so worth it for the price you're paying. For a whole fresh abalone and a few wontons, how can you go wrong when you're only paying $6.88? And it was very delicious! We also ordered stir-fry silver needle noodles, fried wontons w/ sweet and sour sauce, fried fish skin, and pork lo mein in spicy sauce. I would recommend the fried wontons and fried fish skin. The silver needle noodles were alright but quite expensive and the pork lo mein is good but I've had better. Pricing here is quite expensive if you're not ordering the promotion. A regular wonton noodle soup costs more than the abalone one on a normal day. It's kind of a hit or a miss on some of their food, but the quality is good and so worth it during the promotion. I'll be back for it! read more

Despite being a chain Cantonese restaurant, they made every dish really well from dim sum to classics like beef chow fun. There is a deal for 3 dim sums for $12 which is more affordable than other places. Everyone loves curry fishballs but try the curry tofu there's a crispy outer skin and drenched in a rich curry sauce. Beef chow fun is a Cantonese staple and this place nailed it, it was not too salty and the beef was very tender. Clay pot rice is great if you like scorched rice and mixed with the sweet soy sauce it's a great comfort food. read more

Been here multiple times, and you cant get bored because the menu is vast. Service is good. I've tried both delivery and dine in, definitely dine in if you can. Love the fried dough sticks, not homemade but crispy. They are not shy with the sauces for steamed rice roll; it's a peanut/hoisin sauce. Their curry sauce definitely have a kick to it. My husband liked dipping the fried dough in the curry sauce. First time trying the veg hand ripped noodle in hot and sour sauce, noodle was cooked al dente, veggie gave a crunchy texture. It was more of a numbing kind of spicy similar to mala and was sour but not overpowering, just wish there was meat as well. Fried dumplings were alright, can pass if not craving. Minus one star because they let non customer use their bathroom, like there was this young lady who just barged in and started pulling on the bathroom doors when it is occupied. She was in there for a while and after she finished her business, she walked right out. As a customer, I felt grossed out to even use the bathroom. Prior visits: monster ramen - a bit on the salty side, has a variety of ingredients in it, spicy Fish cake soup- bland but nothing white pepper powder can't fix Soup dumplings- nothing special, still tastes good but would not come here just for it read more
All my favorite foods that incite nostalgia done at average quality with a beautiful spacious clean interior is the best way to describe this place. With Hong Kong style foods being a rarity in the city now, this place provides a haven for all these magical food items under one roof. Came here and ordered the rice rolls, clay pot rice and a order of pork soup dumpling and crab soup dumplings. The soup dumplings here were fairly mediocre to average..... It was probably my least favorite item here as the skins were too thin, looked shriveled and had no texture, while the pork itself wasn't nice and springy as I'm used to in soup dumplings, they tasted overcooked and dry. The Crab ones were only slightly better as it had a decent crab flavor to it. The clay pot rice was okay just a little more bland than what I'm used to for whatever reason, whether it's the meat being less seasoned or the sauce they provided giving less of a kick etc. My favorite was the rice roll as it had the works on it! The peanut sauce sesame seeds and all the fixing really brought me back to a time where this item was found everywhere in street carts in Chinatown, missed this alot! Come here for a large variety of decently done items at a nice space, I'll be back to try other things! read more

Ran late for lunch. Wanted to try their soupy dumplings as people rave about. 3ishpm call to lunch and walked in with no wait. 80s Chinese songs playing brought back memories. Our waiter gave us water and menu. We ordered: Chern fun with peanut butter sauce and hoisn sauce- very thick sauce and a bit dense chewy chern fun. Was fresh and hot when serve. Let's just say it was quite comforting. Large beef brisket noodle soup- on point broth and beef brisket was very tender and flavorful. But I found no surprise on their noodles. Was just regular egg noodles. Soupy dumplings- a bit disappointing as each pouch pops as we try to pick them up. Tragic moments. Skin has a sticky texture And a bit chewy. Like wonton skin. Not my liking. But Meat and juice with tasty. Overall, food and service were ok as our waiter gazed at our very move. I would skip the soupy Dumplings and get their beef brisket. I would go back to try their wontons. read more

3.5 stars. Chinese noodle/dumpling soups and I have a longstanding relationship. We love each other. Finding myself in Bay Ridge, I saw E Noodle cafe from afar and decided to have a quick lunch. Soup was on my mind. There were two options: soup with noodles and dumplings (small and large size) or just dumpling ( one size). I chose the latter. As there was a variety, I decided to create my own--meaning select the variety of dumpling. All dumpling soups contain 6 dumplings. I chose the cilantro dumpling with pork and shrimp and the watercress with just pork. When it arrived, the soup bowl size was a bit smaller than anticipated but I was informed of the size (medium). It's worth mentioning because it was, in fact, $7.50. While the cilantro dumpling's dough was paper thin, the watercress was slightly thick compared to what I'm accustomed. The broth was flavorful without being too salty and overall, I enjoyed the soup. The menu is extensive and different food being brought to other tables looked delicious. Of note, this is a full service (not just soup) restaurant. The atmosphere is cute but typical. Prices seemed reasonable. I was satisfied with my soup fix and would recommend. read more

Authentic and cheap Hong Kong style cuisine! My friends and I arrived around 8 PM and we were seated immediately. They have an extensive menu of the usual appetizers, congee, noodles, and rice options. We ordered several dishes to share between the four of us. We ordered pork soup dumplings, steamed rice noodles (churng fun), beef noodles, baked chicken over rice, fried mini buns, and a chicken. The pork soup dumplings were the first to arrive. It's your typical soup dumplings - nothing too extravagant, but they were pretty good nonetheless. The soup dumplings were so juicy, the meat was tender, and the soup was a little on the sweet side. The beef with ho fun was a pretty big portion. Many restaurants skimp on the beef but E Noodle certainly didn't. The beef was tender and juicy, and tasted great with the noodles and mushroom. They remembered our request for no bean sprouts too. Fried mini buns are one of my all time favorites. It comes with a plate of condensed milk on the side. These buns were fried perfectly. The outside layer was so crispy and the inside was so soft. Make sure to eat it when it arrives because if you wait too long, the bun might get soggy. Steam rice noodles is also a staple in Hong Kong cuisine. They serve plain steamed rice noodles with a thick sweet sauce, peanut sauce, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Also another great dish. We saw promotions of the flaming chicken for $9.99 on the walls of the restaurant, and saw other tables ordering this dish so we decided to try it out. First, they bring out a whole chicken on a plate surrounded by sliced lemons. Then the waiter poured some oil over the chicken and ignites it. Then they bring it back to the kitchen and cut it up for you. The chicken itself tastes good with the soy sauce but without it, it's a little bland. Overall a solid restaurant. Our total came out to around $47 for the four of us. They have a promotion of 10% off your entire bill if you check into Facebook and Yelp. Be sure to inform your waiter when you ask for the check. Unfortunately, their card machine wasn't working and they didn't have any signs. Luckily, there's a Chase down the block. read more

Nice clean interior and good service! The food was really good too, they had the best steamed veggie dumplings we ever had! I know you think steamed AND veggie dumplings wouldn't be as appetizing as the fried and meat ones but they were! The ONLY thing I would suggest is I wished they had NON-spicy oyster sauce option. The oyster sauce over the Chinese Broccoli was very spicy. We'll be going back for more delicious food. read more

It was a Wednesday and we decided to venture out with my kids( 4,7,10). We've been ordering take out from ENoodles but we are so happy to know that dine-in service is back and the food is just as amazing as before. Greeted by friendly staff and they took our temperature and our contact information according to regulations. We feel comfortable eating there for the staffs took great care of us. We ordered a lot more than what I posted but the food was so good we ate a whole lot before writing. We'll be returning soon to celebrate mom's birthday. read more

I had really high expectations for this place since it is the only authentic Chinese restaurant in the area. I came here with my mom for lunch and we had the the soup dumplings and the lo mien with pork in spicy sauce. I actually really like the texture of the soup dumpling skin but everything else was mediocre. The pork and soup lacked a lot of taste and didn't taste as good as other soup dumplings I've had before. The lo mien was just terrible. The pork was not spicy at all but rather VERY salty and had a very fishy taste to it. We ended up pushing the pork aside and just eating the noodles. I actually wish we ordered something else. It was a very disappointing meal. The place was very clean but the waiters and waitresses kept staring at us and stood by our table throughout our meal. I felt really uncomfortable and didn't eat in peace. Once they saw we finished our meal, the check was handed to us immediately without us asking for it. read more

One of the best service and food you can get in Brookyln. The waitress made sure to explain to us everything in the menu and kept giving us suggestions on what to get. Don't order these two items. They are old, dry, tough, and not edible. You will be chewing for days lmao. But do get the most popular items, those are pretty decent and packaged well. My mom was so disappointed. UPDATE: Management offered to replaced them today, so we went and picked it up. They were tender and juicy today. Thank you. 6/4/20. read more
Ordered Steam Rice Roll, Steam Crabmeat Soup Dumplings, Steam Shanghai Soup Dumplings, Ice Milk Tea HK Style, Fried Cruellers, Preserved Egg with Pork Congee, Honey with Lemon, and Monster Ramen on seamless. For being a Chinese restaurant in 86 street, I guess it's the best you can make do with. Their regular soup dumplings taste a lot better than the crab soup dumplings when compared to other shanghai dumplings place. The HK milk tea isn't even close to the HK style. All I taste is tea and that's it. I guess that's how they trick you. More tea, less milk will make it look like HK style milk tea. read more

I have eaten here twice, and I can't wait to eat here again! I've had the wonton noodle soup and the fish ball noodle soup before. I have eaten these soups in HK and this is the only spot that is remotely similar to what I've had aboard. The soup base is not packed with salt, and the fish balls had the right amount of spice and black pepper. Delicious food here!! read more

Came here because it seems like most of my friends were checking in on Facebook, so I assumed it was good. Waited 30 minutes on line on a Sunday afternoon. It was disappointing because they did not mark anyone's name or kept track of who was on line first so they sat other people down before me when I arrived first. We ordered the following: Shrimp wonton, shrimp dumplings cilantro & preserved egg dumpling soup - (2/5) - too salty and portion was small for the price Braised beef tendon noodle soup large - (1/5) the bowl was large but the portion was disappointing for the extra $1 I had to pay. Soup was cold Steamed Shanghai soup dumplings - (4/5) - delicious but overpriced compared to Joe's Shanghai Iced HK milk tea - (2/5) - regular milk tea over ice and they forgot to bring it to me! Had to ask them twice! Overall, I will not be coming back and the food was not that great. read more
