This is my last time coming here... this place could be so much better but they are not. I went today at 3:30pm for a dip and pedicure. Initially I was not greeted at the front desk as there is no one there. I proceeded past the honeycomb wall and finally got a soft greeting of what I needed. Today, all I requested was dipped nails with a tip and pedicure. I was told to have a seat and someone will be with me. At this time of the day there were 3 nail techs on the floor. 2 of them were working on one customer and the other one she had a customer as well. I had a seat in the awkward plastic seats in the front for a minute before I was ushered to a spa chairs. I sat at the spa chair for a good 30 minutes before Diane came over and handed me a book of colors and told me "Pick Your Color". No greeting at all. I failed to mention that this is my 3rd attempt with this place. Diane seems to hate what she does on the daily and it sure shows. As she is very short of patience and doesn't give you any assurance that she's able to do what you ask. She proceeded with my nails and I showed her a picture of what I wanted ... she said again "Pick Your Color"!!! Again, never assured me that this was something that she was able to do. I choose a color totally opposite of what I wanted in the picture because again she never said that she could or would do it. The service for both my dip and pedi took 2 hours. I paid $140 paid by zelle as they charge a fee for card use. After I sent the money by zelle I forgot to add the tip but had a few dollars in my wallet. Diane counted it and was like you should've entered with your zelle payment . wooow Tip For this service I'm embarrassed to say that I'll be sitting on my hands because they did not come out nice AT ALL!! My nails are very thick and uneven and my cuticles are all cut up the dip is sticky ... just a horrible job! IF I COULD SCORE A ZERO I would for Diane she's not pleasant at all. my pedi is lumpy as well ... I guess you can't win them all... read more

I'm so dissatisfied with my visit. I was very hopeful since this was my first time going there and checked the reviews beforehand. The only reason I even decided to leave two stars was because Lily and Yen (who did our pedicures) did an amazing job. They were taking their time and were very gentle. The check in was quick as we went in on a Friday at 12:15pm and it wasn't very busy. There were three of us sitting in pedicure chairs and 2 ladies sitting at manicure desks (one of which wasn't happy about her nail shape either and has to come back to get it fixed). I felt like my manicure tech was rushing to get done and did a sloppy job. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. I had an almond shape when I went in and I left with some mix of almond/round and almost triangle shapes. Considering I paid about $187 including tip for me and my daughter to get our hands and toes done I would say that I'm beyond upset. Once I was finished, the manicurist walked away saying " you can wash your hands" I thought she was going to help me put my sandals on or help me out of the chair but she sat down to take another client walking in. Yen noticed this and helped me with my sandals and getting out of the chair and followed me to the sink station so I could wash my hands that had cuticle oil all over them. I will not be returning and I hope that they will be more diligent so they can keep their customers happy in the future. read more

I went in Tuesday morning (it's now Friday morning) and requested a fill. It was my first time there as I wanted to try some where new. It was empty inside and clean and the employees were nice. They offered to take me right away. At the end of the service I was honestly kind of shocked that a fill was 50 dollars with out a tip but I paid. I got a gel fill. They are already chipped on several nails three days later. I was truly hoping it could find a new salon closer to home but for 50 dollars and the nails already ruined a few days later is truly unfortunate. So I've tried this place a couple times and so far not impressed. They are overpriced for the service..first time I went overcharged $20ish for waxing I didn't get, This time I paid for service with 15 min massage which no timer set so watched my phone and was 6 minutes, didn't warm water or run jets, got oil on my jeans, not a little. A lot. They are always empty or only one maybe two customers and now I know why. They also aren't very friendly, most shops I go in have nice greeting and smiles. Sad because it's a clean shop but not a personal feel and for no customers, rush thru service. Also, didn't ask if towels too hot , which they were and didn't ask about hot wax, had on for maybe 3-4 minutes and no sock covers. Just rushed like wanting to close or something. read more

I'd give this a place big fat 0 on customer service and sanitation. My boyfriend treated me to a pedicure and himself one on Dec 30th as a Christmas present. This was his second time ever getting a pedicure and now he is traumatized from getting anymore. The lady who did his pedicure clipped his big toe hard and days later he noticed his toe was red, swollen, throbbing, hard to walk on. Now it has gotten to the point of possible infection and is going to get it checked out at Urgent Care. I called to report and they stated they had no record of who did his pedicure and to give a description of who it was. Unbelievable that they couldn't even try to look at who did it when we had an appt and I told her the date and time. Bad customer service and accountability!!!! Never again! This is the second time I have gone to this salon. My friend goes here frequently and convinced me to give it another try. First off our appts were scheduled for 9:00am. My friend sat right down and her nail tech started on her right away. I sat in the chair next to her. I guess my nail tech was late? She finally arrived at 9:15, no apology or even acknowledging me sitting there. She started the water and told me to stick my feet in. The water was cold! The entire time I was sitting g there she never spoke to me. I requested the $65.00 pedicure. She finished with me at 10:05. While my girlfriend. Started 15 minutes earlier than me and she didn't get completed until 10:25. My girl finished polishing my toes and got up and went to work on someone else. She never said. " sit for awhile to dry" nothing. Not even a thank you. She never came back to check on me. Every other pedicure I have ever had the tech puts my flip flops back on to make sure I don't mess the polish. She never did. When I was leaving I spoke up that how can they justify charging me the same price as my friend who had over 30 minutes longer? My tech came over and said she doesn't usually start work until 9:30, my appt was for 9:00? Was that suppose to be an excuse. Then she said she hit traffic that drives from a long way away. Don't recommend this place. Went here this past week, when my normal place had a long wait. The nail technician was pretty rough with my nails when I was getting a full set. He kept cutting my cuticles, but would blame it on me for moving. He also didn't get the design on my nails correct, even when I had brought in a picture reference. When I brought up the difference in colors compared to what I wanted, he said he knew was he was doing and to wait for the outcome. I left dissatisfied, with cut cuticles, and with acrylic powder and gel nail polish over over my finger tips that I had to scrub off later. Not coming back. read more

Clean place and friendly staff. The price of a regular manicure is high and didn't include lotion. The technician mentioned that she was used to doing gel manicures and had to remember the steps for a regular manicure. I had a French manicure and didn't notice until I was home that the lines were uneven and a bit sloppy. If it wasn't for the price I would come back and give them a second chance. read more
