Proof of sloppy service. Less than 4 hours later after untangling a neckalce

Less than 1 star. Part II. Since my original post, I have lost 4 more nails. I am not shucking oysters. I was putting on a shirt when I had something scratch me shoulder. I shook my shirt and out drops a nail. (nail #2). Ugh! I am irritated. I needed to wash my a few dishes; I dry my hand and two more missing (Nails 3-4). I was on my way to the store and as I tapped my stirring wheel, I noticed two more gone (Nails 5). It is at that moment I turned my car around to go to the shop itself. I walked in and as you can guess, they were not listening. I didn't embarrass them as they had two customers in the chair, so I pulled the lady to the side to tell her. All she could say is, "Sophia is on her way and she can poolish for you." I rapidly decline. Sophia came in and says the same thing as before, "we are not responsible." The other lady tried to gaslight me by saying, "oh sometimes the nail is oily and they slip off." That is not my issue, if her technique is bad, then the outcome will be bad. They refused to refund me (even a portion). I have 5 nails in place. I was essentially dismissed. I hope they lose their license because they do not deserve to serve the community. I

Do a u-turn and find another place! If I could give a negative review, I would. It was a mystery as to where the swarm of fruit flies that was hovering over the manicurist head came from. The manicurists wore gloves during my pedicure giving a false sense of cleanliness. Twice the question was posed as to where the flies were coming from, no response. After several more swats (we too asked ourselves why we stayed. Don't do things out of desperation) we were informed that they came from outside. Interesting since the door that was pointed too was closed. Apparently it wasn't a big deal to them. In the end, the fly emersion experience must have been included in the total cost because it was pricy!! Also, the maní lady seemed I inconvenienced by our desire to have pretty nails. Check out the picture of my pedi with the friendly flys.

Today was my first time at Noire Spa. Diana did an amazing job on my nails and she was so sweet. She took her time with my nails. I will be coming back again. Yes, this place is on the pricer side but definitely got my moneys worth.

Look at the difference with my thumbs .. it looks horrible .

The salon is really beautiful, modern, and clean inside, but unfortunately the service wasn't the best experience for me. The first time I went, I was seated right away. My pedicurist did a great job, but the nail tech kept pressuring me into getting a color I didn't want. She repeatedly told me it was "popular" and that "everyone likes it." It honestly felt like she just didn't want to get up and grab another color. I finally let her test it, but it looked almost completely clear and wasn't what I asked for. When I requested a different color, she seemed visibly irritated. I decided to give the salon another chance, but unfortunately I ended up with the same nail tech. This time my nails were uneven. Very uneven . Some were round while others were square. I had a very special even planned this weekend and now I'm insecure about my nails . When she asked what color I wanted and I said pink, she once again pushed the same color she recommended during my first visit. At that point I just went along with it because I already knew it would probably be my last time there. I don't enjoy going to places where I feel uncomfortable asking for the style or color I actually want. I also asked for a flower design, and instead of hand-drawn nail art, she pulled out cheap-looking stickers and had me choose from those. Overall, the salon itself is nice, but the customer service and nail experience did not match the atmosphere. The lady who worked on my daughter's nails on the other hand did a beautiful job ! My daughter loves her nails and their service every time she goes in .

Let me save you the time and money--do NOT go to Noire Spa. I paid $150 for a set of nails that looked like a complete joke. They were crooked, uneven, and full of bubbles like someone didn't even bother to do a proper job. The shape was awful, the polish was sloppy, and honestly, they looked better before I walked in. When I pointed it out, the staff caught the nastiest attitude--rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. No apology, no fix, just bad vibes and worse service. I don't care how pretty the place looks--the quality is trash and the people are worse. Never again. They will respond probably about he they told me they can fix it but I don't want nobody else touching my hands! Run run run I just wanted a refund I am honestly sick these are horrible!!

Clean place and friendly staff. The price of a regular manicure is high and didn't include lotion. The technician mentioned that she was used to doing gel manicures and had to remember the steps for a regular manicure. I had a French manicure and didn't notice until I was home that the lines were uneven and a bit sloppy. If it wasn't for the price I would come back and give them a second chance. read more

This place is so nice and clean! So aesthetically pleasing. I had an appt and was helped right away. I saw Diana and did a dip full set. They look GREAT! Noire spa is the best in riverside! Very clean interior with a chic design that makes your visit feel luxury. All of the stations were very clean and new. They had great music playing. The staff is all very welcoming and friendly. Ready to give you a relaxing and enjoyable time. The prices are very reasonable and fair. They are attentive and do good work. My nails came out beautiful. I felt very pampered and cared for as did my boyfriend who came with me for a mani pedi. Large color selection. Great location. Highly recommend. read more

I went for a pedicure and had such a great experience. The ambiance is very relaxing, a great vibe when you need some true R&R. I loved that it wasn't packed with people, all talking on their phones. This place was quiet, with nice music playing. My pedicure was amazing. Tony did a fabulous job and took his time. My manicure was equally great. The place is very clean, no sanitary issues at all. I highly recommend. Just don't go there if you like to talk on your phone during your service. Go to literally any other place for that. Don't ruin the peaceful vibes of this great spa. read more

I was a walk in and they got to me in a timely manner. Good experience aside from two things I needed to mention. 1. My pedicure water was luke warm at best and despite mentioning it, it wasn't remedied. 2. Highly inappropriate music was being played rather loud. While I understand it's up to the establishment to chose their own music, having the very vulgar and explicit lyrics scrolling on the TV is less than professional. read more

*Zero stars* *Negative stars* DO NOT GO HERE!!! You all deserve better! I have been getting my nails done since I was in the 8th grade and I am 44 years old now and I never been treated so horribly accompanied by awful service. I want to wear gloves to work tomorrow!! I know some of you have been in my shoes before! LOL! I wish nail technicians truly understood that our nails are EVERYTHING to us! And it's not a shirt, where we can put a new one on tomorrow. We have to stare at any mediocre nail work for 2 weeks. And everyone we interact with sees them too! And over the years, as a wife and mother-- my nails are literally the one consistent thing that I have done for self-care/pampering in every single stage of my life. So I value the time and the experience as I'm sure some of you do as well. The Noire Spa did not provide or deliver in the experience. The nice lighting and the great music were useless because the service did not match. It felt like I was at the Ritz-Carlton but served Arbys. Not ideal! Anyhow, I paid a large price to learn a simple lesson and just had to share with all of you lovely ladies in Riverside because I truly care about my community. I don't want someone that is on a tight budget to waste their money or a teenager using their birthday money expecting superb service. I am so grateful to God that I can afford to get them redone correctly tomorrow somewhere else where I will be treated kindly and like a human being. Morever, after taking some time to read some of the other reviews today, I saw how the owner seems to not take any accountability for how customers have been treated which is truly saddening, yet provides more validation for me as to why I will not return. read more

On top of that, they expect you to get a new set every two weeks, which gets extremely expensive. I've been really skeptical about the experience the reviews describe and have been holding back on this review until now. I recently brought my girlfriend to this nail salon about a week ago for a much-needed manicure and pedicure session, and I couldn't be happier with the experience we had. From start to finish, everything was just perfect. The moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a soothing ambiance that instantly put us at ease. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, with soft music playing in the background and made the experience of waiting for her easier. The workers at the salon were absolute professionals, and their dedication to providing top-notch service was evident. They treated my girlfriend with the utmost care and attention. It's clear that they're skilled in their craft and genuinely care about their customers' satisfaction. What impressed me the most was how quick and seamless the entire experience was. There were no complications whatsoever. The staff efficiently managed the appointments, and we didn't have to wait long before my girlfriend was taken care of. The manicure and pedicure turned out fantastic--her nails looked great. I've taken her to other places where the work seemed great but the nails would chip or fall off shortly after our visit. Their service and work was the best by far and she still loves her nails a week after they were done here. I have to commend the salon for maintaining a clean and hygienic environment, which is especially important in a place like this. The tools were sanitized properly, and the overall cleanliness was reassuring. I got to sit on one of the chairs while my girlfriend was getting her pedicure and it was very comfortable. They take care of you and any guest nicely. Overall, our visit to this nail salon was a delightful experience. The combination of excellent service, serene atmosphere, and efficient yet thorough treatments made it a 5-star outing for us. If you're looking to treat your significant other or yourself to a wonderful nail care experience, this salon is an absolute must-visit. We'll definitely be returning again soon. read more

WOW!!!! Favorite salon ever, I love this place so much. Of course! Here's a Yelp review for a nail salon: I recently visited this nail salon, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. The atmosphere was calming and inviting, making me feel relaxed right away. The nail technicians here are true artists. They took the time to consult with me about the design and color I wanted and executed it perfectly. My manicure and pedicure turned out absolutely flawless, and the attention to detail was impressive. What sets this salon apart is the cleanliness and hygiene standards they maintain. Everything was sterilized, and I felt comfortable knowing they prioritize the health and safety of their clients. The prices were reasonable for the exceptional quality of service I received. I left with beautiful nails and a big smile on my face. I'll definitely be returning and highly recommend this salon to anyone in need of a pampering nail experience. This place is a true gem! read more

The level of unprofessionalism I have received is just so uncalled for. This is a long one, so I…read morereceived a 10% off coupon for my birthday which was perfect because I had a wedding to attend so I needed a pedicure, I have been here many times I've never had this experience as they have always been very friendly and on point with their services so it was never a question about where I was going to go. I went it and wasn't greeted I stood there for a bit before they approached me, I asked for pedicure I was sat down and I told them the service I wanted which was the CBD one which is about $88 with card which is the one I always get because they do hot stones, a 20 minute foot massage and scrubbing with hot wax. At first everything was going well until it came to the foot scrub, the lady only scrubbed the bottom of my feet I thought she was guna do the top last so I waited she then proceeded to drain the water so I told her she had forgotten to scrub my toes and top of the feet so she went back and quickly did it still leaving dead skin on, she moved on to the other services I told her I wanted a French tip. I sat there and let her do her thing she then began rubbing my feet which was horrible there was zero effort very lightly more as caressing rather then a massage, she then went on to the hot stones which she rubbed once on each side of my leg then put them away. She didn't finish the 20 minutes before she stopped and started drying off my legs with a towel. When everything was finished I looked and my toes were completely wrong the French tip was different, a piece of my nail was sticking out, the gel was bumpy. I went to the front to pay for the service and they asked me how it went I said I was unsatisfied with the way they came out I showed the polish and the piece of my nail that was sticking out. At first the lady up front tried to fix it but still wasn't able to I however had to leave because I was heading out of town which I said I had to go. She then told the lady who did my nails and comes back saying the lady told her I had a chip in my nail which is why the polish shape was off, she asked me if that was true as if I was lying about something or it was my fault. I paid and left they had texted me to which I left a review fully explaining what had happened. They then blew up my phone which I was at wedding, I then received a text which I posted below stating I could go in for a redo or get a refund, I declined the service because I had already gotten my nails redone when I went out of town so I asked for a refund. They then tried to offer me a $43 voucher to which I declined and then again asked for a refund, they then offered me a $43 dollar refund however they were also taking off the full 10% which only was going to be a $38 refund. I said no that was unacceptable as I was only getting a partial refund so adding the full 10% off was not okay. They then stated that was their policy. At this point I was done with the conversation as they were being rude and blaming me. I then let them know I would just be contacting my bank to dispute it through them. They then told me to go ahead and that the bank would contact them and they would let them know my services. I did not respond at that point then I received another message saying that the boss would not be arguing with me over 10% and that I could come in and get my $43 via cash. Again I did not respond. My services were $90 and the level of disrespect is so disheartening. I've come here many times I've spoke nothing less than highly of them and the treatment I have received over this. I will never be coming back here. They are nice people until something is done wrong then they flip and start being so rude and blaming the customer.
