They were super natural looking, which I liked, but I would have preferred them to be fuller if possible. However, it's now Monday and 1/3 the lashes came out. I've had lashes before and understand how important maintenance and lash care is for retention. But I've never had my lashes last this short, even with being super natural looking. Not even 72 hours which is disappointing. I'm used to getting fills every 2-4 weeks usually 3 weeks. The lady who did my lashes was very sweet and gentle. The place was super clean, the tables are extremely comfy, and they play calming soft music which I liked. I'm just really sad they didn't even last a week. Still debating on getting a fill, as I don't want them to only last 3 days again. They offered me a $10 discount on the fill. The fill went beautifully and I was very happy with the results! However I've noticed the lashes still fall out very quickly, after 6-7 days about 30-40% of my lashes are gone and I don't have the time to get fills each week. Also some are placed oddly and curl opposite to the lashes even when brushed with a spooly. Overall beautiful lashes but the bad lash retention makes it difficult to absolutely love.

I sent them pictures of what my lashes looked like 48 hrs after getting them, but they claim that the tech told me that she couldn't do my lashes because of a gap. This was my first visit there, if this was their recommendation why would I proceed anyway in place new to me? I asked to speak with Tanya the owner on day 2, day 5, and again today, but was told by the receptionist that she's the only one who handles customers' complaints. Keep your money and go to a place with business integrity, great customer service, and awesome professional skills. I explained to Kristin, even if there was only a gap or 2 in my lashes...how does she reconcile the fact that my lashes are 90% gone and "today" is day 10 since my service. That's not because of gaps, that's because of poor technique. I told her that this is a horrible way to do business and when I told her that I was writing my experience in this review, she hung up on me. I truly love the location that I regularly receive my service at, but it's over an hour away, and I was just hoping that myself and my 6 friends who all go there together had finally found a great place within 15 minutes of us all.
