This place is so good! They've been open for about 5 months and we decided to come in today to give them a try. First we got the beignets which were light, fluffy and piled with powdered sugar. Delicious and plenty of the little pillows to share with the table. My husband and son each got an eggs Benedict dish. Of course I tried a bite of each and personally I liked the chorizo more than the tri tip, but they were both really good! The eggs were runny like they're supposed to be and they were covered in a delicious hollandaise sauce. My son said even the onion was cooked perfectly lol I had the steak ranchero omelet. It was packed with meat that had been marinated in the sauce and was perfectly paired with hash browns to soak up the extra sauce. It also came with a fresh out of the oven home made buttery biscuit. I didn't get any pics because we were too excited to eat but I definitely want to give them credit where credit is due and hope they stick around for a long time! read more

I started with a refreshing mimosa, then dove into the food. First up, the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes perfectly golden, light and fluffy with just the right amount of lemon flavor. The taste reminded me of lemon bread, its subtle in flavor and I thoroughly enjoyed every bite! I also tried Molly's Omelette, filled with zucchini, tomatoes, Ortega chiles and jack cheese. I opted out of the onions, and I have to say, this vegetarian omelette was surprisingly packed with flavor! Sometimes veggie omelets can be a little bland, but definitely not this one. It comes with your choice of hash browns or potatoes and toast. Overall, everything was delicious, the views are amazing, and you simply can't beat the price point. First time here and would recommend for a brunch, lunch experience. Great view of sunken gardens and court house. Sit on the deck and it's also great people watching. We came for Santa Barbara's sandwich week and the sandwiches were delicious and filling. Limited beer on tap and wine menu but you can always find something. Service was a little scattered but everyone was super friendly and we were served in decent amount of time. Give it a try when you are downtown. We had the best experience at Noe's Cafe! Sitting outside was so relaxing with the perfect breeze, plenty of shade, and a beautiful view of the Santa Barbara Courthouse. We even got to watch several couples get married while we ate. My husband and I got married there too, so it was such a nostalgic and special experience for us. The food was amazing, and the service was exceptional. Brian was so kind and attentive. I ordered the ABC omelette with avocado, bacon, and cheese, plus hash browns and a choice of bread. I tried the biscuit the first day, but we loved it so much that we came back again and I got the cornbread. The cornbread was PERFECT! I couldn't even wait to take a picture before taking a bite. My husband got the Steak Ranchero omelette, and it was loaded with steak, which was perfect since he always looks for high-protein meals. I didn't get a picture because he finished it so quickly! Second time eating at Noe's and I'm so happy there is a delicious restaurant right next door to my office! Very friendly staff, consistent food, unique options and super clean! I would give it 5 stars but I have only had one item from their lunch menu and my mom wasn't as excited about her sandwich, plus there was something strange about the ranch dressing that I couldn't quite pin down. Not that it had gone bad, just strange. I got the chicken pesto sandwich with their delicious toasted ciabatta bread arugula lettuce and cheese. This one is my go to! My mom ordered the Monte Cristo and complained to me that it wasn't quite sweet enough but good nonetheless. I recommend you try this place if you are in the area. read more

Found this brunch spot near state street and was pleasantly surprised! The outdoor patio faces the courthouse and got to witness a wedding going on. The omelettes were amazing, as well as the eggs bennys and the hollandaise sauce was perfect. We also got the corn bread which was super yummy. This is a gem. Lovely little place across from the courthouse garden. All types of food to please everyone, and every dish in our party of 5 was good. The lemon pancakes were some of the best ever. On our girls' day trip to Solvang, we stopped at NOE Café in Santa Barbara and it became one of the highlights of the day. The food was delicious, but the cornbread was the absolute standout--seriously the best. We even had the chance to meet the gracious baker, which was such a lovely personal touch. I felt breakfast prices high, $22.95 for basic omelet, nothing soecial. 9:00 am and biscuits were not ready, breakfast potatoes way to greasy for me. Coffee good when I could get refill. Overall service ok, but slow. I frequent Santa Barbara and wanted to try a new option. Probably won't be back. Not restaurants fault, but road closures, traffic, parking, and one way streets was very inconvenient and waste of gas and time. read more

My husband and I were looking forward to eating here, it says it's newer from the reviews, the food is tasty and customer service is decent. But that was not the case with our visit. We originally were seated very quickly since there was not a lot of people inside and outside on the patio where we were at with our dog, dog friendly is always a plus since we usually have our dog. We were very hungry and ready to order but 20 mins later with still no waiter at our table we gave up and left. We didn't even receive a drink. It seemed they had only one server working the entire restaurant even though the manager or owner sat us and then disappeared no where to be seen to help her and us? There was also a bartender doing nothing, staring at us and the only waitress available just kept looking at us but not checking in going to only one other table. I want all small businesses to do well so my hope is with this review it won't happen to someone else and they take notice, hope this doesn't happen to you! read more

I ordered the chilaquiles (which I always order at a new restaurant because it's easy to make, but very difficult to make well). The chilaquiles here were just ok. My husband and I used to live in Ojai and Noe's was our go to breakfast spot. The food has always been excellent and we recently moved to SB and were looking for a place to celebrate Mother's Day. They were so accommodating, our server was so kind and brought us literally everything we needed no matter how crazy it got (with the 6 of us).
