I thought this was going to be my Chinese delivery place. I love the pork fried rice, pretty simple and filled with big chunks of pork. The General Tso Chicken was yummy. Andrew liked the Mongolian Beef a bit, but it didn't have much flavor. He even thought about using leftovers to make nachos, but I vetoed that idea. The chicken chow mein was really bad. It was so bland and the noodles seemed like ramen. I would find go for rice, but I was hoping for more. Tried it twice, we got several different things and meh. read more

My significant other and I went for a pre Valentine's day dinner and besides that it is the Chinese New Year. Service was great, The food was awesome! Had sizzling rice soup, shrimp rolls, BBQ pork, chicken chow mein, General's chicken, Mongolian beef. Best Chinese food that we have had in a long time. We will be sure to go back. I appreciate good value and this place is at the top of the list. My family of 4 comes here all the time on weekends for the lunch special. Good food - great price. If you want cool or hip or "atmosphere" like granite countertops in the bathroom or young, sexy waitresses wearing black - go elsewhere. This place was ok. We ordered the almond chicken and general tso chicken lunch combos. The egg flour soup was average, we both felt it needed more vegetables in it, and it was a bit salty. The almond chicken almond sauce was very runny, and was a bit bland. The chow Mein was a miss for us, very oily and the chicken pieces in it were slimey . Rice was great, but the real star was the generals chicken, delicious! Nice and crisp, and the sauce was sweet and spicy, would recommend. One thing that will keep me from coming back is that everything was sticky... The table, the menus, the soy sauce container, even our cutlery... All very suspect of regular sanitation. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands several times (cool looking sinks). Probably won't go back. read more

I just love this place. I used to go to dragon palace but since it changed to hongs it's disgusting now so I tried noble palace n let me tell ya they have the best chicken chow mein I have ever had the noodles aren't big spaghetti noodles there really little n they use sesame oil n it's so delicious also their almond fried chicken, pork fried rice, general Taos , n hot n sour soup all delicious. Great prices great service great atmosphere. I can't say enough about this place n I only recommend noble palace as far as everett goes. read more

It was my first visit and i came at an off hour wanting a pretty big order, the food took about 25 minutes to prepare and they helped me carry it to my car. I got it home and I was so impressed. First the packaging was done to ensure all the boxes were supported and all the boxes with saucy dishes had additional plastic bags around them. Then, as I opened each box it was clear that care had been taken with presentation, everything looked great. Then the taste...mmmmmmmm. Every dish was just wonderful. Great food, great service and very good prices. My husband and I have visited many Chinese restaurants in Everett. Most are good but the prices and service can vary. The service here is constant. It seems like all family members and they look out for the customer. Lunch menu is exceptionally reasonable. I've been admiring the name, the building and the signage for years, but the often empty parking lot made me suspicious. We decided to take a chance one night for dinner and were more than pleasantly surprised! I think this is the best hot/sour soup I've had in a long time. The chicken/asparagus/black bean sauce delicious for $8.95 (w/tax)! The garlic sauce on the chicken/green bean not very garlicy, but this was the only disappointment. Great service and very clean. Just had Noble Palace II delivered to my home for dinner for the first time. Frankly, I was nervous after reading some of the yelp reviews, but thought I would give it a try. I couldn't have been happier with the outcome. The lady on the phone was nice, the delivery young man was polite and the food was awesome. The almond chicken was a little different, but still good. The chicken chow mein and chicken fried rice were both delicious. The won ton soup was also different, but still really good. Very, very good. I've had a lot of Chinese food, from the ordinary Americanized variety, to some of the most incredibly delicious and unique tastes. Tonight, we had Kung Pao Chicken, which the owner described as Szechuan style and Curried Seafood, which was from her home region of Guangdong. Both were exceptional. I'm used to a Kung Pao that is more of a red sauce variety, and on the sweeter side, but this one was a very light brown, almost yellow sauce, with a unique (perhaps) garlic/ginger taste. The Curried Seafood was a yellow curry blend, and has to be tasted, in order to appreciate it. I'll be back soon, I'm sure. read more

My first time eating here. Was at the recommendation of a family member. Service was ok. A bit slow. Food was just "ok". But I won't be back. As I was walking to my car in their parking lot, I observed some type of meat hang drying in a chicken wire type box, out in the open air near the street of busy cars. I really couldn't identify if it truly was some type of meat, but just that it was out in the open to attract insects , germs and contaminates was enough for me. Since I have not been thrilled with the Chinese food in Bellingham I decided to try my luck while in Everett for my monthly doctor appointment. It did not look like a noble palace but they treated me like royalty. Szechuan dish had great fresh vegetables that were not slaughtered by too much cooking. I got my food to go since I was transporting it home. While I waited for my order I was provided soup and water. The young waiter was knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to bring me my starter. I was not charged extra for exchanging egg drop or hot and sour soup for wonton. I saw a lovely platter with bright vegetables and large shrimp on the neighbouring table. I was not so health inspired when I had placed my order, but I vowed to venture down that course on my next visit. The waiter even carried my order to my car because he did not want me to tilt the containers. On the ride home I was treated to the most wonderful aroma of my treasure from the palace in my car. The portions were generous and the fare was fresh. I definitely plan to make this a habit. read more

Not a good experience for us....ordered ginger chicken and was brought breaded and fried chicken covered with a sweet red sauce...no ginger to speak of, asked for Diet Coke and was brought a can, no glass or ice. The Mongolian beef was tender but it was slices of beef with about a whole onion sliced up and soggy...and that was the extent of the dish...none of the other vegetables or dry noodles you expect with Mongolian beef were present. I Would give 4-5 stars till this is happened more than three times now. I've had trouble with the past ordering to go.1st Time forgot two sides ,2ed Time my order was spicy when double checked non spicy. My Husband and Daughters go in and order for take out they wait for 35 plus mins and they get home and it's not even what we ordered. We call and they make us feel like liar's till they look up the order. Than get huffy when we said they can deliver it cause it what on them for the mess up. No rudeness or streness on are part. I felt my husband should of checked before he left. No Sorry or anything drop off the food and we did tip not the driver's part. And the Mongolian beef non spicy was spicy all onions about 4 peices of beef not joking! The Szechuan chicken was good but they only filled the container alittle above half. Reg size witch we ordered family. And again spicy. Three times in enough for me to come back and are family. Lost some good business from us. We didn't order a ton of food what I said above and chicken fried rice and egg rolls. We didn't order at closing time or busy hours. But If I pay 419 for non spicy I should be some what reimbursed. The driver even looked in the box to make sure we gave the wrong order back. Like we're going to rip them off even after a $700 dollar tip for a mile in a half. This is the BEST Chinese style restaurant I have eaten in. Service is always fast, always friendly. The food ia always good and some of it is excellent. The hot-sour soup is delicious.
