This is a bare bones Chinese restaurant, a few tables and a handful of chairs, but clearly the intent is primarily take-out. The employee seemed nice enough, at least not rude. The important thing about any restaurant is the food, though, and that's why I can't recommend this over Ocean Palace just down the road. The house special won ton soup was something different, and ultimately the only thing I enjoyed. The "crab rangoons" are anything but. There's no crab, only sweet cream cheese. They're also not rangoons, which are pinched top dough purses. Pedantic difference maybe. The mei fun was just as bland as it looks. Bottom line: save yourself the frustration, go down the street and get good food.

If you order online do NOT expect them to follow directions. Ordered the szechuan chicken with chicken lo mien combo NO MUSHROOMS!!!! and even gave them a 25% tip. They added the mushrooms. 0/10 will not waste my money again.

Went in again for Combination 3 and chicken fingers. Both very good. Pleased once again with the take out.

The place is just not as good as the other chinese places. The food is lousy. Sometimes they even burn the chicken or beef.

I ordered take out from here over this past weekend bc my usual go to was closed. I could end this…read morereview here by saying this is my new go to for Chinese food but what fun is that? I ordered roast pork fried rice and boneless spare ribs. Simple and delicious. I also got the edamame which came plain or possibly lightly salted - either way I put my roasted garlic blend on them at home. They seemed fresh and popped at the right time if you know what I mean. The rice wasn't full of the usual stuff you see in a lot of like foods around here. That stuck out to me. The boneless spare ribs weren't dripping in sauce which was nice. They also were also not dried out the next day for leftovers. I'd say this place is def worthy of the high reviews they've received lately! Seems unassuming from the outside- a bit smoky inside but not the burning smoky- a stir fry smoky!

Lee's Stir Fry is one of those places that's so good, you wonder if you deserve it. It's the…read moreplatonic ideal of a Chinese restaurant: fast, greasy, uncomplicated. Designed to be wolfed down over a bed of soft rice. The kind of place I THOUGHT I'd have no trouble finding in New York City, but which my husband and I actually make a special point of ordering from every time I come home to where I grew up. Vegetarian? Get the Szechuan bean curd. It's pillowy fried tofu in a spicy sauce, accompanied by all kinds of steamed vegetables. Their General Tso's tofu is generally the same thing, but no vegetables. I wish they had scallion pancakes, because I know they would kill those too. The veggie fried rice is great. My mom swears by the hot and sour soup and Mongolian beef. Come to their unassuming storefront with $35, leave with two entrees, two apps, and that sweet feeling that you got exactly what you wanted.

I have lived in danielson CT since 1997 when i was 6 years old. I am now 29 years old. Restaurants…read morehave come and gone, but my chinese food go to has not changed. This is a local business. Allen (the owner) is my best friends neighbor. His kids went to school with me (though we were not friends). C31 is my order generally with wonton soup, either that or the china garden mei fun (whoever left the review of it being bad is crazy, but everyone has their own tastes). The price point on yelp says 10$-30$ but my combo platter is 9$, unless you are getting a family sample platter, or food for 3 or more people, you wont come near 30$. Being in the army ive been to germany, spain, kuwait, iraq, afghanistan, texas, washington, virginia, arizona, pensylvania, basically most of the east coast, and i still crave china garden. I could be biased, its been my go to for 23 years since i was a kid with my family, but nothing hits the same for me as the familiar and juicy tastes of china gardens food. It is also one of my first stops when i get back from deployment to remind me that im home. Is it pretty? Nah, absolutely not, and it hasnt changed in appearance for as long as ive known, hell even the menu above the counter has the same pictures in there, but the food is good, the owners are great if you treat them with respect, and the food is priced great. Its not a high class chinese restaurant, you wont get fancy food, you will get delicious food. Want presentation? Go elsewhere. Want grear eats at an affordable price? Consider supporting this local business! Sorry, rant over, i just couldnt believe my favorite chinese restaurant since i was a kid had only 9 reviews and 3 stars. Goes to show usually only jaded customers use yelp. P.S. i noticed 1 review complained about the ribs. They have spare ribs and boneless spare ribs, if you dont want rhe bones, order the correct ribs :P they are delicious!

The food is exquisite. Very tasty and prepared in a good manner. The egg rolls are the best and I…read morelove the fried dumplings and fried shrimp. Infact, there in our book, there is no better place. P.L. Dayville, CT.
