That moment summed up the experience -- disorganized and poorly handled. What made this even more frustrating was the lack of follow-up. Despite repeated attempts to get clarity, no one from management reached out to apologize, explain what happened, or issue some sort of refund. In our opinion, this reflects extremely poor communication and professionalism, especially for a custom, time-sensitive order tied to an important family event. A first birthday cannot be redone. After more than 15 years as loyal customers, this experience was deeply disappointing and the breaking point.
