There is plenty of parking and it is easy to find. It is seat yourself once you arrive. We were greeted immediately and offered drinks. We got Dr. Peppers and ordered the BLT and beef melt sandwiches with French fries. When things are done in a simple manner, there leaves room for critique, but it was so well done. My beef melt was simple and tasty, and the bread was perfectly crispy on the edges. It was the right amount of texture and meat without leaving you overstuffed. My mom enjoyed her BLT and mentioned that the bacon was cooked perfectly. We definitely want to come back for the simple comfort food that is here. Our waitress was super friendly and let us know what the specials were for the day as well as gave us time and checked in on us. I definitely recommend stopping by if you are in the mood for a no fuss, simplistic dining experience.

Could have been a LOT Better, but sadly we had to just walk out without eating…read more Friday afternoon, and only one customer in Moffett's... not a good sign... not entirely relevant to my situation but it is likely part of the problem. My wife, mother-in-law, and I went to Moffett's for the "Family Meal" deal; we sat down, I quickly ordered a coke, and we place our order for the "Family Meal" deal. I was then told by our waitress that the "family meal" is for take-out orders only and not for indoor dining... Not good - the sign does not mention anything about take-out only, or take-out period, just "Family Meal." So, seriously disappointed, I paid for my coke, $6.57... yes, $6.57 for a single Coke and that was it... we proceeded to leave, but not until I mentioned the inconvenience the sign caused for a lack of clear and or detailed (explicit) information. BTW - the same sign that is posted inside is the same as posted outside on the window -- both do not indicate that the "Family Meal" is for take-out only. After pointing out the inconvenience to the supervisor about our travelling to Moffett's for the "Family Meal" and not being able to dine in, he called the owner. Apparently, the owner said we could eat-in, but we'd have to eat out of takeout boxes... not happy with that either and not happy for the lack of real courtesy and understanding, we decided simply to leave and go eat somewhere else. Unfortunately for Moffett's, that turned out to be a lost sale for their business and a loss of a tip to the waitress. OK, I used to like Moffett's a lot, going back some 20 years; however, over the last few years, since Covid, I've only been back just a few times. I think with pricings, Moffett's best days are now part of the past., as with many once great places in the SGV that are now long gone. Lack of customers and high prices, not a good sign and hard to recover from... it's not going to help bring in customers. I honestly like Moffett's and would hope they find a way to make it; make it more affordable, including offering dine-in 'Family Meal' deals, and do a better job at offering genuine hospitality and being thankful when customers arrive; being more accommodating, considerate, grateful, and excited to have diners who want to dine in... it is not too late change the policy. And BTW -- $6.57 for a small Coke at Moffett's is outrageous - the same Coke we ended up getting later were $3.50 each... however, I paid the $6.57 for the Coke, and at the very least, that was all Moffett's got from this disappointed customer... also, it is prices like this that are driving customers away. Anyway, I truly wanted to enjoy my time with my family at Moffett's but because of a missed opportunity to enjoy a family meal together at Moffett's, it didn't happen. Maybe I'll be back again some other day; hopefully then the experience will be far better... let's hope so.

When we arrived, the staff were still setting up. The woman working that morning let us know the cook hadn't arrived yet, which wasn't an issue at all since we weren't in a rush. They were very pleasant and apologetic and even gave us a freebie for the inconvenience, which I really appreciated. The loco moco was super savory and delicious! The price was great as well, and we even had leftovers.

The beef was flavorful and paired perfectly with the garlic rice and eggs. I also ordered the Lumpiang Shanghai, which came out hot and crispy and was honestly one of my favorite things on the table. On another visit I tried the Pansit Canton and Pinakbet with Bagnet, and both tasted comforting and home-style. Portions felt fair and the food tasted freshly made. One thing I'm hoping to see in the future is more Filipino desserts added to the menu. Things like Halo Halo, Taho, or other traditional sweets would be amazing, especially after a savory meal. Looking forward to coming back and seeing how the menu grows.

The amount was filling, was able to split it between myself and my wife. The Longanisa had flavor but tasted different from the type I usually buy from the market. It definitely had less oil than what I'm used to which could be a good thing. The tapsilog (steak) was tasty, cooked well and had a good amount of flavor. The ambiance is that the seating is shared amongst the establishments in Blossom Market Hall. Sometimes there's a live band. There's also a water dispenser to the left of this food stand if you wanted to get your own water.
