Amazing tacos! We got some cabeza and asada tacos, along with a burrito and a pineapple agua fresca. Everything was so flavorful and delicious. The agua fresca was refreshing and had just the right amount of sweetness. Service was friendly!

We have come here on two separate occasions and the tacos aren't bad. $1.50 for smallish tacos but pretty tasty. So far it has been tastier than the tacos down the street at taco taco or even along peck rd. Salsa is much better too. The red salsa is pretty spicy. The green is very mild. He'll give you grilled onions and 1 grilled jalapeño which is great. All in all very satisfied with the tacos and service here. The guy running it is nice and it's easy ordering from him. Hopefully more people go here so he can keep coming back.

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming. We did run into a minor snag--the kitchen printer actually ran out of paper right as our order went through, which led to a bit of a delay. However, this is where the service truly shined. Rather than leaving us wondering, the staff was incredibly transparent and apologetic. They went above and beyond to make it right, surprising us with a round of drinks and a big bowl of fresh guacamole on the house while we waited. It's rare to find a place that handles a mistake with such grace and generosity. The tacos themselves were high-quality, flavorful, and very reasonably priced. It feels great to support a small business that clearly values its customers. If you're looking for great food and a team that genuinely cares about your experience, look no further!

They are open till 11:30 PM, and they had a line of connoisseurs at 10 PM. I can see why! Their tacos are served hot and made on the spot. Their Asada Tacos with red sauce is great; they give it a great char and their salsa roja is savory and smoky. I especially love their Al Pastor Tacos: spicy, tender pork, with the sweetness of fresh pineapple to give that extra brightness and acidity. By far one of the best Al Pastor tacos I have had in a while, and they get extra bonus points for topping theirs with pineapple as some tacos trucks in LA don't do that all the time. Just thinking about it and typing this makes me want to head there but I will just have to wait till next time. Pro tip - the sprinklers go off on Santa Anita Ave around 10:30 PM, and my friends and I got sprayed so be careful not to stand on the grass during that time.

One time I ordered 4 tacos, 1 burrito, a drink and churros and it took them longer than 25 minutes to be ready. The people who dined in that were behind me in line were served first. This defeats the purpose of takeout... also they burnt the heck out of my churros and still have them to me like that. Their employees are rude especially the girl with the fake red hair. She' s vulgar talking to coworkers instead of customers and a rude attitude. She was rude with an attitude when asked her about drink prices (not on the menu) and a question about the salsa bar . She made me feel like I was a bothering her after spending over $50 in their establishment. The way she behaves makes you think she owns the business. Another thing is that they don't listen or pay attention to your order. Both in person and for delivery they end up messing up your order. It was simple no onions on 3 tacos and they always mess up my son's food. Now I have an angry and hungry little kid on top of the experience. I keep going back because their food is good and kind of hope to have a better experience. I don't I'll go back, it's a shame but it's not worth it anymore. Gave this place many chances to support a small business but they don't reciprocate the love back. This place could be a 5 star but their employees hinder the restaurant back from being that.

Got to try all four and my fav was Asada followed by, surprisingly, pollo. Asada was just solid grilled meat, tender and chewy (which I liked), while pollo was a stewed chicken with great flavor. The red salsa is great, the green not so much (and I usually like them the other way around). The only knock on the place is the shrine at the counter honoring Jesus Malverde, the narco-saint. Sure, you can say he was a Robin Hood of his time, and he may very well have been. But lets face facts, he has evolved as the patron saint of narcotics traffickers/dealers/and sellers. The renderings of marijuana on this particular shrine attest to his current meaning in society. So, I assume this restaurant somehow supports drugs and thus I can never return. You can decide on your own where you want to spend your money.

The bowl was very filling with all the fries and meat, and the toppings and sauce were a great combo. I would definitely go back just for that. The chips and salsa were also good. The salsa had just the right amount of mild heat with a fresh taste. The beer battered avocado tacos were decent, but in hindsight we should have gone with a protein style taco instead. With the deep fried avocado, it was a bit overpowering, and I noticed a slight aftertaste. It was a little disappointing that the horchata tasted watered down and more like a powdered mix rather than freshly made, but we understand that is not the main attraction. The environment is more for those who enjoy the bar life, so it can get pretty noisy. The food was good, just not our style.
