I dipped it in my bf's side of consomme, which improved the taste. - Quesa-birria taco ($4.55). A birria taco fried in cheese, with even more cheese inside, served with radish and lime. Naturally, my tray ended up soaked in oil. The beef was tender and shredded into good sized chunks. At first, I made the mistake of not stirring the consomme. The beef flavor had settled to the bottom, with the chile-flavored liquid on top. Once I stirred the consomme, the flavors balanced out and tasted amazing.
