This is my first time coming here I decided to try someone different close to home , since my other girl I seen for many years sold her place and I didn't care for the new people who took it over the quality went downhill. Driving by I decided to come here all I can say it was a great stop and now my new nail salon I was impressed from the beginning to end , the gal who did my pedicure is T She was amazing and gentle , Cindy who did my nails was precise on the shape and length and Tracy that waxed my eyebrows I told her exactly how I wanted them and she did it with no hesitation. Thank you so much ladies for taking care of me and making me feel welcomed . read more

Employees were friendly enough but could have been friendlier. I came for a manicure on a Saturday morning and they were able to serve me right away. The main problem I encountered was that they did not paint all my nails entirely. I brought it up and the lady did paint the sides of some of them (I had to point out which ones, one-by-one), but I still left with some of my nails unpainted on the very sides. I feel like painting the entire nail is a basic and realistic expectation for a manicure, and I have not had this problem at other nail salons I've been to. On a random note, they were playing the cheesiest kids show on their television and there were no kids around; it would have been nice to watch something actually interesting while getting my nails done. In addition, the employees speak in another language (Vietnamese?) to each other, which made me feel uncomfortable, as they can be talking about you; although I have encountered this in other places in the past. I wouldn't come back again, which is such a shame because it's so close to my house. read more

I've been to this nail salon about 6 times and this last visit took the cake! I decided to get acrylic on my two big toes!! I really wish I would've taken a picture of what it looked like!! Clearly, the lady who did them was not experienced in acrylics. Anyway, while she was doing it the skin around my two big toes was BURNING.... Like someone poured acid on them. I left without saying a word, which I regret. A few days later I noticed the skin around my toes was extremely dry and irritated. So dry that it was cracking/bleeding and around my nail bed the skin was darkening. I obsessively moisturized it, but that was not helping. I visited the podiatrist in fear that I had an infection that was caused by the nail salon. And guess what!! He said that it was burned and that whatever solution they used burned me!! Whatever that unqualified lady put on my toes burned me! A bit of whatever she used splashed on the top of my foot and I also received a burn there. So here I am 3 weeks out and I am still dealing with this matter. Who knows how long it will take to heal. I uploaded some pictures that I took today , but it is a bit hard to see. read more

I love getting my nails done here. The service is always excellent and the prices are reasonable. I have been coming here for nearly two years and I've been helped by all of the salon's ladies. They are all professional and talented. This time I tried a nail design for Halloween and I'm very happy with the results. Wendy worked on my gel manicure and design and May did my pedicure. Thank you Wendy and May for your great service! read more

I'm taking away a star from my original rating because when getting gels from this place removed at a nicer salon my manicurist commented on the botched job they did. No matter how convenient their location may be, there is ZERO chance I'll be back. read more

I came here initially to get a gel manicure removed and a simple pedicure & manicure. It was a Monday at 3 and there was no one there, it was great! Nakita greeted me and asked me what I was here for, after letting her know, she asked me to pick my colors and have a seat. She did my pedicure, just a standard color, but the experience was great. She removed my callous, gave me a mask (felt like your standard face mask with a warm towel over, but it was great), a quick massage, scrub and color. It was the pampering I needed. Her counter part have me a great manicure. She up sold me an a gel manicure, but it was worth it. I love this spot. It's nice and roomy. Chairs are nice. It makes me want to never do my own nails and just come here. I highly recommend!!!! read more

Don't waste your time or money. I have been a loyal customer for years. However, on Friday 8/17/18 as i was receiving a gel manicure I asked the tech to do an extra coat because the quality of the gel was terrible. She stated "that will be be thick and it will peal so it's not my problem". Besides being rude the quality of her work was poor and the service was terrible. I will NOT be returning. Do not let the positive reviews full you. I am attaching a photo of the tech (taken by another yelp review) which demonstrates how disrespectful this tech is to the customers. Don't waste your time!!!!!!!!!! read more

I always get great service by Michelle... She is very nice but quiet... She did my pedicure today and they are so cute! I also went with my daughter and she got her pedicure by this other young lady and she is good too! The place is clean and spacious. The price is reasonable. I would definitely come back! read more

I RECOMMEND Cali when you're coming in for an eyebrow wax or wax in general. She is extremely patient and does not rush. Definitely takes her time and makes sure clients are well waxed. It can take a while, but it's worth it. Who wants messed up eyebrows ? I promise you, the results are amazing and she is deserving of more tips. Her name is Cali guys, she's great!! read more

Ok Cindy is the shizzle and has restored my faith in this shop...she takes her time, gets my ingrown toe nails out and won't bail until she gets the job done right. She also has fantastic toe art and I always leave it to her to do something of her choice. I have ugly Flintstone toes so at least she makes them look descent. Not to say that the other ladies don't do a good job....they are very committed and attentive to my manicure needs so honestly I do see repeatedly same customers so they are doing something right read more

I had my most horrible nail experience here! This place deserves no star. The woman by the name of Lily cut me while trimming my cuticles on both hands, she just pour some hydrogen peroxide on my wound and kept going, I told her it really hurts, it was still bleeding, I told her I need some Neosporin, she just looked at me blankly seems like it's not her business. Luckily a customer next to me kindly offered her Neosporin. After the bleeding stoped I told another lady in the saloon it might be better if someone else treat my nail, Lily was furious and yelled something in different languages ( I assume it was Vietnamese ), the other lady took over her spot quickly to avoid confrontation. I asked to see Lily's license, she refused and took her license from the wall right away, I kept asking the other lady what's Lily's full name, she was very apologetic but still didn't want to give me her full name, at the end I learned that Lily's license was not actual hers, she basically works at nail saloon without a license...I demanded to speak to the owner only to be told she's not here.... I have gone through the reviews previously yelpers left and found pictures of Lily, apparently there have been numbers of complaints about her behaviors, I'm reporting this to the board of cosmetology so no one else will endure what I had to go through today! read more

I tried this place because my pedicurist retired. Good reviews led me to Nicely Nails and I left satisfied. The shop is located in a small corner parking lot next to a 7-Eleven. The salon is big, clean, and offered visible sterilization of the beauty tools. Spa chairs worked good, free Wi-Fi, and many gel colors to choose from. Reasonable prices and friendly service. Pam did an awesome pedi! She was gentle but not afraid to get in there and handle the skin around my big toes. Helen did a great mani. They both took their time making sure I was satisfied. I will be back! read more

I've been coming here for the past 3 years. I recommend calling ahead before just waking in. All the ladies are very nice. Every time I get a pedicure/manicure they open a new pack of tools, so you know they were previously sterilized. Cindy is the lady who does my acrylics whenever I go in, I would recommend her. read more

I will not be going back here, the service is unsatisfactory. My first time here was a mediocre experience, the second time was absolutely horrible. I came in on a slow Wednesday morning, it took 1hr to get a pedicure, 1hr of waiting around to get a fill(they're understaffed and slow) and the actual fill took 1 and 1/2hrs. After 3 and 1/2hrs, my nails and toes did not even look nice. Do not come here if you're trying to get your bang for the buck and if you have a time limit. read more

Coming here was a huge mistake. Please don't let the 4.5 star average fool you. I left here bleeding in 2 separate places. I came to get a gel manicure and I was first cut when my manicurist tried taking off my gels with the electric spinning file but missed and took off some skin on my finger. She then didn't even finish taking off my old gels and put my new gels on top! She seemed very inexperienced as she painted outside the lines and only applied 2 coats when gel should always be applied in 3 coats. When she was done there was gel glue dried all over the outside of my nails which does not come off even with acetone. When I asked her about it she got another manicurist to help who then proceeded to file off the gel from my skin and in the process filed too hard and gave me a deep, painful cut. I left right then without paying, my nails look worse than when I arrived with 2 week old gels and my fingers are bleeding. Do not waste your time and risk getting hurt! read more

Came here on a Saturday in the afternoon and it was pretty busy. I ended up waiting about 40 minutes before getting seen. I got a regular manicure and pedicure and I must say, they do NOT pay attention to detail. The polish didn't even cover the whole nail! Such a basic thing to do. On top of this when asked if I liked it and I pointed out that one of the nails wasn't fully painted, they started talking shit. I was ignored for another hour before I just got up myself to leave and one of the manicurists said rude things in Vietnamese. Don't assume people don't understand and maybe you'll actually get a tip. Won't be coming back. Smh. read more

Nice and clean. I called ahead but it wasn't too busy when I came in on a Saturday afternoon. Good prices $25 for mani pedi + $10 for gel, +$3 for French tip. I asked for an ombré glitter look, which I have never done before. My right hand turned out better than my left, but it's not like my left hand looks terrible. I would come back and being a reference photo next time. read more
