Their selection of polish was not so good. 1 book board of nails for polish. 1 small key ring with maybe 15 plastic popsicle sticks and fake nails attached terribly and probably painted ten years ago. Lastly, framed board with the a fake nail and matching painted shaped item with the cheapest polish colors of tint with shimmer attempts that looks like it came from a child's safety nail polish collection. With that as the first indicator, we should have just walked away. We decided to be nice. The first nail person was asked for squared toenails. It was mentioned a few times nicely & she kept saying OK. As the filing of the top of the toe, and minimal on the actual nail, continued in a seesaw motion, which is not supposed to happen, and the toe was becoming irritated hot, and red, the response was well I have to file. We said not like that and the multiple requests to stop filing the top of the were ignored as well. Perhaps a better tool rather than the same worn out board that was clearly not creating a squared out shape for the top or sides. The closed cuticle area was still not cleaned and shaped into a straight line to the sides of the toenail so the shape of a toenail would be squared. To describe the closed cuticle area, it's bottom line area toenail that connects to the two sides of your toenail that go up into the open area of your toenail bed) I have outlined one of the pictures in red to show the area ... So second girl comes in, (obviously irritated everyone's speaking so we can't understand) and little filing type movements and then she says in a sing song voice " check it out " and the wave of her hands as if to be " let's make a deal "girls. We know they're not right she says oh they're ready. We said oh let's see then... Here we have the polish and for everyone who's had a pedicure or manicure, there is the understanding that the set~up for the nails has to pristine other wise there is this... Left with a terribly hideous pedicure, a second coat of polish was not going to do anything better for it. The cost for a gel pedicure in that salon was $40. We paid the value of the pedicure received, walking out with zero product on toenails which are very uneven and too short to straighten out... They accepted the negotiated payment. We are not too sure why they thought telling me that they had witnesses to show something-really would mean anything because we have these photos. The four people that were employees of some type or informed that the photos will be going to their social media accounts to offer This entire event is all captured on cameras in their salon, as well as the second nail person was either recording from her phone that was on the cart next to her or there was an open call of some type... Just another example of when there's the inclination and it's ignored "this probably isn't gonna turn out so well " It's making the selection to submit the post impossible unless you paste at least one star so that's the only reason that there is a star

zero stars!!!!…read more absolutely furious. absolutely outraged. absolutely disgusted. my sweet, respectful, polite, shy young daughter went into this salon expecting a peaceful, relaxing nail appointment. instead, she was completely ignored, bulldozed, pressured, overcharged, and treated with a shocking level of disrespect. we called ahead and specifically made an appointment for dip nails with tips. we knew exactly what we wanted. we requested dip nails with tips multiple times. there was no confusion. after putting on the tips, the technician proceeded to apply gel x instead. we immediately spoke up and corrected her. not once. multiple times. we said dip nails. we called for dip nails. my daughter asked for dip nails. instead of listening to the paying customer, this woman looked us in the eyes with her beyond evil bad energy and argued with us and tried to tell us what we should want. she acted as if our opinion didn't matter and as if she had the right to override the service we specifically booked and were paying for. how dare you look us into the eyes with your beyond evil eyes,bad energy eyes and soul and ignore a customer's request over and over again? how dare you decide you know better than the person paying for the service? as if that wasn't enough, the technician also made my daughter's nails much longer than she asked for. my daughter specifically requested a shorter length, but her request was completely ignored. when we asked for them to be shortened, the technician refused. what makes this even more infuriating is that this happened to a sweet, shy, respectful young girl. her kindness was taken for weakness. her politeness was taken as permission to steamroll right over her. she was completely disregarded while an adult continued doing whatever she wanted. we should have walked out the second she ignored our requests. the only reason we stayed was because she had already glued the tips on my daughter's nails and we felt put in a position where we had no choice but to continue. looking back, i regret not getting up and leaving right then and there, even if the job wasn't finished. no customer should ever be made to feel trapped into a service they did not want simply because the technician decided to proceed against their wishes. we clearly stated what we wanted multiple times, yet our requests were completely dismissed. once the tips were already applied, it felt like the decision had been taken out of our hands. that is not how paying customers should be treated. then to add insult to injury, we were charged even more, $60 instead of the $50 we were told over the phone when we made the appointment for dip with tips! we were charged extra for a service we did not want, did not request, and tried to stop multiple times. and the part that makes me even angrier? we actually left a tip. we should not have. after being completely disrespected, overridden, violated, robbed, and ripped off, we still left a tip out of decency, a decency that was never shown to us in return. a nail appointment is supposed to be relaxing. it is supposed to be a treat. instead, this experience left us feeling violated, robbed, manipulated, and completely disrespected as paying customers. please do not spend your hard earned money here unless you want your requests ignored, your voice dismissed, violated, robbed, and your wallet emptied for services you never asked for. i have never been so angry after a nail appointment in my life. watching my sweet, respectful, polite, shy daughter be treated this way filled me with a level of rage that words can barely express. this was completely unprofessional, completely unacceptable, and absolutely disgraceful. shame on this salon.
