The hype is real here. Leon is a perfectionist when it comes to filing, clipping and painting. The prices here are also unbelievable. $40 for powder manicure and $22 for a regular pedicure! The last time I had a powder manicure (at a different salon), it was $55. Needless to say, I am coming back here.

Lena and Leon are both incredibly sweet, gentle, and do an amazing job. I have been coming here for a couple of years and they never disappoint. I have gotten a regular, gel, gel-X and pedicure. My nails are always clean cut, beautiful, and ready to show off. If you're looking for a relaxing time this is the place to come. 10/10 will continue to come back again read more

The designs are very nice as well as special respects. But what is important for me is having the acrilac product last. This product does not last for me. It was not adhering to my nails for long. I never have that problem at other salons such as Solar Nails on Live Oak in Arcadia. read more

First time going here since I moved in the area. Susie is amazing! When I called to make an appointment, the woman who answered was able to fit me in as a walk in an hour later on a Friday. Both her and Susie were very attentive with my pedicure and didn't push me to do any add ons. I personally had to ask for them because I wanted everything done. It's been 4 and a half weeks and my gel pedicure has not chipped at all. I need to make time to make an appointment for my pedicure. Everyone here was so nice and helpful and had welcoming vibes. I will definitely return and happy to have found a place to get my toes done. read more

Always happy when I come to get a gel pedicure. Never disappointed . My pedicure always last a long time. Make sure to call at least minimum a week ahead to make an appt, especially if you need a Friday or Saturday appointment since they are always busy on those days . read more

I came here today and the quality of the work they do at this place really exceeded my expectations. A lot of nail shops rush and don't seem to care whether they do a thorough job or not. Hailey's Nails is "appointment only" so it wasn't overcrowded, or rushed. It was very peaceful and relaxed, and the people who work there are very friendly. Most importantly they did a very thorough job. One of my biggest issues when I get my nails done is the nail tech not painting the entire nail/missing the corners. I didn't have that issue here. I didn't have any issues at all actually, they did a perfect job, without me having to make any comments. That being said I definitely recommend this place and I will definitely be back. read more

The best nail experience I ever had!!!! I'm so glad I found this place on Yelp. It's going to be my go to nail spot from now on. I called in to make an appointment, but of course, walk in are welcome. Leon did my nails and we had a nice conversation throughout my session. Hailey's Nails does take pride in their work. They don't rush at all; they take their time and make sure you walk out leaving satisfied. Every time I get my nails done at other salons, it's either always uneven, they cut my skin, or there's bubble and lint on my nails. At Hailey's Nails, none of that happen. I have no complaints. Leon did a great job in giving me coffins short nails. It came out better than I expected. The prices here are super reasonable as well. I definitely recommend coming here! read more

I've been coming here for about 2 years now and I always leave happy. I even got my mom and friend to start coming here It's better if you make an appointment but I think they take walks in. I got gel mani and regular pedicure today. Pedicures are $25. Leon, Leena, and Suzy always got my nails looking right! This has to be one of my favorite sets I got done. What a great service! Leon was so kind getting my husband in for a pedicure. After three months recovering from surgery, he was in dire need of attention. I live in Long Beach and only come to this nail salon. They are the best most friendliest staff and all do an amazing job. I tell them what I want and they deliver. Susie has done my last 2 manicures and before my last one yesterday, I didn't have time to get my nails done for a month. THEY HELD UP! This place is still the best! Lena is amazing, her shaping and detailed work are unmatched! It was my second time doing a dip manicure and I'm obsessed. The results speak for themselves, beautiful even coating that adds a little strength to natural nails without looking bulky. zero stars!!!!…read more absolutely furious. absolutely outraged. absolutely disgusted. my sweet, respectful, polite, shy young daughter went into this salon expecting a peaceful, relaxing nail appointment. instead, she was completely ignored, bulldozed, pressured, overcharged, and treated with a shocking level of disrespect. we called ahead and specifically made an appointment for dip nails with tips. we knew exactly what we wanted. we requested dip nails with tips multiple times. there was no confusion. after putting on the tips, the technician proceeded to apply gel x instead. we immediately spoke up and corrected her. not once. multiple times. we said dip nails. we called for dip nails. my daughter asked for dip nails. instead of listening to the paying customer, this woman looked us in the eyes with her beyond evil bad energy and argued with us and tried to tell us what we should want. she acted as if our opinion didn't matter and as if she had the right to override the service we specifically booked and were paying for. how dare you look us into the eyes with your beyond evil eyes,bad energy eyes and soul and ignore a customer's request over and over again? how dare you decide you know better than the person paying for the service? as if that wasn't enough, the technician also made my daughter's nails much longer than she asked for. my daughter specifically requested a shorter length, but her request was completely ignored. when we asked for them to be shortened, the technician refused. what makes this even more infuriating is that this happened to a sweet, shy, respectful young girl. her kindness was taken for weakness. her politeness was taken as permission to steamroll right over her. she was completely disregarded while an adult continued doing whatever she wanted. we should have walked out the second she ignored our requests. the only reason we stayed was because she had already glued the tips on my daughter's nails and we felt put in a position where we had no choice but to continue. looking back, i regret not getting up and leaving right then and there, even if the job wasn't finished. no customer should ever be made to feel trapped into a service they did not want simply because the technician decided to proceed against their wishes. we clearly stated what we wanted multiple times, yet our requests were completely dismissed. once the tips were already applied, it felt like the decision had been taken out of our hands. that is not how paying customers should be treated. then to add insult to injury, we were charged even more, $60 instead of the $50 we were told over the phone when we made the appointment for dip with tips! we were charged extra for a service we did not want, did not request, and tried to stop multiple times. and the part that makes me even angrier? we actually left a tip. we should not have. after being completely disrespected, overridden, violated, robbed, and ripped off, we still left a tip out of decency, a decency that was never shown to us in return. a nail appointment is supposed to be relaxing. it is supposed to be a treat. instead, this experience left us feeling violated, robbed, manipulated, and completely disrespected as paying customers. please do not spend your hard earned money here unless you want your requests ignored, your voice dismissed, violated, robbed, and your wallet emptied for services you never asked for. i have never been so angry after a nail appointment in my life. watching my sweet, respectful, polite, shy daughter be treated this way filled me with a level of rage that words can barely express. this was completely unprofessional, completely unacceptable, and absolutely disgraceful. shame on this salon.

Not one can compare to the quality of manicure and pedicure I have received from Hailey's Nails.
