I came here a few weeks ago because my boss gave me a gift certificate to here as a birthday gift. This place is located on a corner with a good amount of parking. The staff here are so sweet and get the job done. I forgot the name of the lady of did my pedicure but girl!!!! The took like 5 pounds off of each foot. Ooooooweeee! Heaven! Such a relief! They dug deep in that inner big toe and took out a huge chunk of unnecessary nail just shoved in the pits of hell lol. Thank you for relieving stress off my feet. The quality of care these women they provide is just above and beyond! Thank you again ladies! I will be coming back! read more

So I'm giving 4 stars instead of 3 which I would have usually but the person doing my nails did a good job, and the bad review would only be for one person there that did a small portion of my experience there. I've been here twice. First time was to remove my extensions, and they took me in after hours, which was really generous of them. No complaints, the person did it great by using acetone and soaking it off. The person doing my removal took great care in filing everything down enough for the acetone to work, and checked/checked again to see if it worked. She did a great job and my nails felt great afterwards - no damage at all! The next time I came it was to get extensions off again, and I thought that they would do the same thing. Instead, the lady used another extension piece for acrylics and put it under the extension to PRY it off my fingernails. She didn't grid down the nail that much either, so not only did she rip off the layer of my right index and middle finger and half of the thumb, it actually hurt when she did it. After her trying the thumb I asked her if she can do the soak off with acetone, and she gave me some response that it's faster to do it her way. EXCUSE ME. I do not give a rat's ass how long it takes, that's HER problem, not mine. I scheduled myself to take this much time off to do it in a way that doesn't damage my nails. In the end she did it the way I wanted to, but it still damaged my index and middle finger nail, especially the index finger. Because the index finger nail was damaged, they had to buff it down even thinner. Thankfully another girl took over for the first lady who did it, but I really only think she started doing the acetone because she can tell my face was mad. lol. I'm just annoyed that she had the audacity to say that it's faster to do it her way and just trying to tell me to do it her way. I pretty much said fine, whatever, but I think she heard the tone in my voice and changed to do it with the acetone. Anyways, when the other girl did my nails, she did a phenomenal job, however the index finger lasted a day, and it started to crack and then eventually chip off because that nail was compromised. Because the layer of nail was taken off, it had to be buffed pretty thin, and because it was thin, it bent more and was more flexible than all the other nails. The other nails that were not ripped off are perfectly fine and BEAUTIFUL. The index and middle fingers are chipped already. I think the prices are great here and they do a great job and I would come again but make sure that you are advocating for yourself and make sure that you have them soak off your nail when removing extensions instead of ripping it off. If that were the case, I could rip them off myself like she did, and probably with less pain and damage. It is noted, however, if you have diabetes or some kind of health issue with slow healing, this place is probably not for you. It seems like they re-use tools and equipment without an autoclave machine. read more

I've been coming here for years, I know every technician by their name. Their quality is great and I've been fortunate enough to have many good results. Don't let the bad attitude of Wendy steer you away from this place. My only bad experience was with her and she refused to do my nails because I brought it up to her (not management) that my toe nail was very damaged after she worked on me. I was still ok with her helping me, but she felt it prudent to share her disappointment with me openly to other customers in the salon. It was uncalled for, unprofessional, and embarrassing. The one time I had an issue and I get this. Its as if I shouldn't be allowed to say anything. With this said, I will still continue to come here. Everyone else is amazing, friendly, and always helpful. I bring my daughter with me every so often as well and she loves it too. Callie, Cindy, Tee, Diep, Alina, and Mia are simply great! read more

Great service for a great price. I got a gel manicure and pedicure for $35! When I get my nails done by where I work in Glendale, the nails can cost me $60 bucks for the exact same service. They have OPI and Essie here as well. read more

I went here because it was nearby me. BIG MISTAKE!!! my new nail acrylics don't look the same!! I had someone by the name of Dyipe do my nails. The way they look it's like someone just started doing my nails! And the person who did my pedicure was just as bad. Their nail samples don't match the actual gel colors they have!! That is just stupid. And then the gel dryer was extremely dirty!!! I mean very unsanitary!! I told her to get me another one. They didn't have one!!! They took out the bottom and put my hand on a pillow with the heater. My nails don't match and I for sure didn't leave a tip. I am going to file a complaint with the State Board of Cosmetology. read more

I have been going here for several years now and cannot say enough good things about the quality of service, cleanliness, and friendliness of the staff. Pricing is right in the middle which means you get quality for your money. I have referred friends and co-workers. I would tell everyone to please ask for Diep, but I do not want her to be too busy for me. Her attention to detail is amazing. read more

This place used to ROCK before they changed management. Now its just mediocre. About a year ago was the last time I went here, until this past week (8/2/18) only because its close to home and needed a much needed mani. I thought maybe give it another try, but i was completely dissatisfied. Unless the old management or workers come back. I will never return. They obviously did not do their job with prepping the nail for gel, i had bubbles and the nails look like there was grains of sand were stuck in between. This is not what a gel mani is supposed to look like. Waste of my time and my money. read more

I love that when I make an appointment with her, she will take the time to do my acrylic nails and she is a perfectionist. She also clean my eye brows. DONT COME HERE!!have been a loyal customer here for years but just the other day I went to get my eyebrows done and they literally burned my skin off... the lady was someone I had never seen before and when she began waxing I told her it was way too hot and it didn't feel comfortable at all. Mind you I get my eyebrows waxed normally here and it's never been this bad.. I kept telling her how nuch it burned and how it's not supposed to feel like that and she barely did anything. When I looked at them they were swollen red all around and they started forming patches of the torn off skin. They still made me pay and I was crying telling them how much it burned after. All they did was put some old medicine on me and the bottle looked rusty and super old. read more

Half ass work all the way! Don't waste your money or time. This was an emergency situation on why I chose to go here. I would rather walk around with a few broken nails and in need of a pedicure before going here again. Pedicure sucked, my nails were uneven, she painted over my glitter on my nails rather then file it off. Another worker was complaining about working outside. Enough said I won't be going back. read more

This is my first time here. There is enough parking space in the small plaza. The place is clean and the staff are nice! The price is reasonable. There were two people helping me on my manicure and pedicure. The young lady who helped me on the pedicure, she is rilli friendly and gentle. The one that helped me on my manicure, she is nice but she needs to be more gentle when she does nails.. The only down side is that i wish they used plastic covers for pedicure. My favorite nail salon to go to. Reasonable prices and great service! I got coffin shaped acrylic nails and it costs $22! UPDATE: I recently moved so it's harder for me to come back here and get my nails done, but I still find time to come!!! I still love their services and how they always make my nails look amazing. They acquired more nail colors, so be sure to check them out! Nowadays I usually get full set of gel on acrylics so the total comes out to be $35 (not including tip, but be sure to tip them!!! I absolutely love this place. Both Hannah and Michelle are so kind. It's a little tough to communicate with them due to the language barrier, but all their ladies do a wonderful job. I come here for their gel manicures and have always been satisfied. The ventilation is good on most days, and they are so sanitary, which I appreciate. Plenty of parking in the lot. read more

I came in today for a manicure, I was treated so bad by the lady in the photo I am providing below. I had a few requests, like not to cut to short and use a soft buffer. She was so rude!! She's obviously sick, sneezing, blowing her nose. When I asked if she could wash her hands before painting my nails she gets up in a rage and ask the other lady to finish me up. She starts cursing me out in her language, she calls me stupid and crazy when I explain the situation to the lady in front. She even puts up the middle finger as she curses me out. Wow this lady does not belong working in a customer service environment. I have never been treated so badly!! I come here once in awhile when I'm in town. I will not return!! I always come in for coffin nail acrylics and a pedicure. They always take their time and do a great job and the employees are always so sweet. Every time I try a different salon, I end up coming back. Prices are also very reasonable. $25 for a full set and about $20 for a pedicure. read more

This isn't my typical nail spot but I needed to get my nails done for Christmas and they could take me right away so I was thrilled. However, I got there and it took TWO HOURS for them to just file my nails and apply acrylic for a fill...seriously just a fill. They ended up cutting into two of my cuticles, one has been bleeding for two days now so safe to say it's infected. My pedicure was in freezing cold water, whole experience was probably the worst I've ever had and the prices are beatable at other neighboring nail salons. read more

The best place to go to! I went to Nicely Nails after so that they could correct the terrible job the other nail salon had done 3 days prior. Got my gel mani and pedi done perfectly. The pain I had on my toe was gone and I left with a much better gel color. read more

zero stars!!!!…read more absolutely furious. absolutely outraged. absolutely disgusted. my sweet, respectful, polite, shy young daughter went into this salon expecting a peaceful, relaxing nail appointment. instead, she was completely ignored, bulldozed, pressured, overcharged, and treated with a shocking level of disrespect. we called ahead and specifically made an appointment for dip nails with tips. we knew exactly what we wanted. we requested dip nails with tips multiple times. there was no confusion. after putting on the tips, the technician proceeded to apply gel x instead. we immediately spoke up and corrected her. not once. multiple times. we said dip nails. we called for dip nails. my daughter asked for dip nails. instead of listening to the paying customer, this woman looked us in the eyes with her beyond evil bad energy and argued with us and tried to tell us what we should want. she acted as if our opinion didn't matter and as if she had the right to override the service we specifically booked and were paying for. how dare you look us into the eyes with your beyond evil eyes,bad energy eyes and soul and ignore a customer's request over and over again? how dare you decide you know better than the person paying for the service? as if that wasn't enough, the technician also made my daughter's nails much longer than she asked for. my daughter specifically requested a shorter length, but her request was completely ignored. when we asked for them to be shortened, the technician refused. what makes this even more infuriating is that this happened to a sweet, shy, respectful young girl. her kindness was taken for weakness. her politeness was taken as permission to steamroll right over her. she was completely disregarded while an adult continued doing whatever she wanted. we should have walked out the second she ignored our requests. the only reason we stayed was because she had already glued the tips on my daughter's nails and we felt put in a position where we had no choice but to continue. looking back, i regret not getting up and leaving right then and there, even if the job wasn't finished. no customer should ever be made to feel trapped into a service they did not want simply because the technician decided to proceed against their wishes. we clearly stated what we wanted multiple times, yet our requests were completely dismissed. once the tips were already applied, it felt like the decision had been taken out of our hands. that is not how paying customers should be treated. then to add insult to injury, we were charged even more, $60 instead of the $50 we were told over the phone when we made the appointment for dip with tips! we were charged extra for a service we did not want, did not request, and tried to stop multiple times. and the part that makes me even angrier? we actually left a tip. we should not have. after being completely disrespected, overridden, violated, robbed, and ripped off, we still left a tip out of decency, a decency that was never shown to us in return. a nail appointment is supposed to be relaxing. it is supposed to be a treat. instead, this experience left us feeling violated, robbed, manipulated, and completely disrespected as paying customers. please do not spend your hard earned money here unless you want your requests ignored, your voice dismissed, violated, robbed, and your wallet emptied for services you never asked for. i have never been so angry after a nail appointment in my life. watching my sweet, respectful, polite, shy daughter be treated this way filled me with a level of rage that words can barely express. this was completely unprofessional, completely unacceptable, and absolutely disgraceful. shame on this salon.

I came in for a quick gel manicure and was pleasantly surprise to find a hidden gem. This salon is located in a small plaza next to 7 Eleven. I was seated right away and my manicurist was so friendly. The salon is top notch clean, which is my main concern. Definitely will be back in the near future for other services. read more

She doesn't rush through anything and double checks back and forth with me to make sure I am satisfied with the length and look of my nails. I will usually get the combination of the hot stone massage, pedicure, foot scrub, and callous remover. Kathy takes care of me and makes sure I am very comfortable. If they offer you the deluxe package with the hot stone foot massage and scrub, do it and thank me later! They also have a special space for sanitizing their tools and between 3 workers I see them cleaning their tools after every client. The last two times I've come in they've also bought new gel colors I can't wait to try for summer!! So many neutrals for the everyday look as well :) I will be back soon! TIP: This establishment is somewhat on the smaller side. But don't be fooled, they work very hard to accommodate their clients but be sure to call ahead to make an appointment so they can prepare for your exact needs.
