Their chicken tenders are, indeed, tender. They have a delicious vegan ranch, lots of canned drink options, and all kinds of burgers that you crave at non-vegan places. 100 percent vegan. Their wings are a little tough to chew, but that's true about real chicken, so I'd say it's accurate. Fries are suuuuper crispy and crazy delicious with BBQ. It's in a semi-covered food court so you can enjoy the sunshine with your food. 4.5/5, only docked for chewiness of wings.
I haven't had a burger in awhile so this was definitely a treat! NICE burger is my go to place for vegan burgers. Very satisfying. All the taste & textures that I have grown to love about a burger can be found here! Great service. Outside shared seating. There are also lots of other neighboring eateries in case your companions are looking for other options.
Honestly I really like this place for when I'm in the area and want a little guilt-free treat! There are plenty of options and most things can be made gluten-free (the gf buns are really good). I got the Grilled Shroom Burger which was really tasty. However, the only reason I give a 4 star is that the burger (while good) was still a little lacking. The patty inside didn't seem fully cooked, there was so much lettuce I had to take some out and barely any sauce so it was just kind of dry and I feel it could have had more flavor. Other than that the portion was really good for the price and the tater tots were fantastic. I will definitely be coming back here. Also the place itself while it's all kiosks is pretty nice for an outdoor cafeteria. The service was also pretty quick.
I've followed this brand for years and was excited to finally try it as I was in town, but the experience fell flat. The staff didn't seem to understand how the order system worked (they confused order # with beeper #), and I had to hunt my food down after waiting far too long. The burrito was fine -- nothing special -- but the carrot cake was almost inedible (tasted like oil and baking soda, and was overloaded with oil). Really disappointed, especially after going out of my way to eat here when I could have tried another place I had my eyes on instead! I appreciated the convenient location, though -- walking distance to SNA airport.
WOW. Even if you don't like vegan food I highly recommend this. I bring friends here who are vegan, vegetarian, and meat lovers and we all leave happy The food is incredible and lots of options. Service is awesome, everyone working here is so kind and friendly. Its like a food booth almost and then there's an outside seating area. I usually go for the spicy chick (not really spicy in case you don't tolerate hear well, but if you do, GET A SIDE OF BUFFALO SAUCE ), and my partner gets the bbq bacon burger. Both are soooooooo good. Highly, highly recommend this.
This vegan burger spot is the truth! I tried the BBQ bacon cheeseburger and it was absolutely amazing! I am a conivore and I thought I was eating meat but it is 100% plant-based. The burger has an onion ring on it a s it had the perfect crunch, super delicious. I highly recommend Nice Burger because the name fits! The counter is setup for self serve ordering but the staff can process your order. The team is friendly and accommodating. The setup is sort of like an outdoor food court but you can order to go. If you like burgers, this restaurant is a must-try. #NiceBurger #LAEats
My friend and I grabbed an early dinner here. It was not super crowded at the food hall as we walked around to see our options. We both settled on Nice Burger. Ordering at the counter was very easy. My buzzer went off when my food was ready. I ordered a friend chiken burger with sweet potato fries. The burger was very good. The fries were crispy and delicious. I can't wait to go back in the future!
Ordered delivery with some coworkers while on a work trip in the area, and what a pleasant surprise! I have had terrible experiences with vegan burgers for the longest time, but when my coworkers said this was a good place to try, I figured why not give it another shot. Boy was I happy I did, this did not taste like any other burger I have ad in the past. The burger patty legitimately tasted so close to a regular meat patty. The tastes were so close to the actual thing, I'm so happy how this experienced turned out. The burger was packed with toppings, and the fries were so crispy! If in the area I definitely would add this to my list as I have already suggested this place to several friends.
This place is amazing!! The chicken nuggets were a 10/10 . They Really tasted great and the texture was perfect inside the bbq sauce was yummy . The sweet potato fries were perfectly cooked and seasoned. The ranch could use a little fixin , I found it was a little too thick and flavorless however everything else was a 10!!! So glad nice guys burger opened a bunch of shops in the last few years. They will forever be my go to for vegan burgers! Every spot has had good service by far, this location seems to be a little bit dead customers wise but I hope they get the traction they deserve. My go to is the premium spicy chicken sandwich and my mom got the Cali burger. I always get a side of tater tot's and the ranch. And I always get filled up every single time! Still blows my mind something like this is vegan. I could eat this every single day.
A well-prepared vegan burger that's as presentable as it is tasty. In fact, the Big Guy looks more like a Big Mac than a Big Mac does. Located inside TRADE, the ordering process is simple. Place your order at a kiosk, grab a buzzer, and find a seat in the central communal dining area. On the first bite, you can tell the patty is soy-based. It's flavorful in its own right, and if you're ordering a vegan burger, you're probably not expecting it to perfectly replicate the taste of beef anyway. Nice Burger consistently quenches my cravings, no matter its location. Although I'm saddened by the recent closure of my previous go-to Nice Burger in Costa Mesa (even writing about this recent tragedy causes my fingers to tremble), I am happy that I still held onto hope. The Irvine location delivers the same dangerously delicious menu. Both the spicy chicken, and BBQ bacon burger (ooh, and tater tots), still hit the spot. Vegan, comfort food-status (minus the typical ensuing food coma), and always worth re-ordering. "Nice" is an understatement. read more

I got the chili cheese fries to go and I barely waited for 5 min. The workers were very sweet and the food was delicious. Exactly how I remember when I used to go to Wienerschnitzel, even better :) highly recommend for anyone not just vegans! Cant wait to come back and try everything else! read more

The usual place at the Stanton location I go to closed but this place reminds me of how good the other location was. Linda is such a sweetheart and she cooks the meanest vegan burgers. The food comes out fast and hot. This place is best for groups since there is food for everyone!!!' read more

One of the vendors within Trade Food Hall. Communal indoor and outdoor covered seating. Casual atmosphere. Parking crazy during rush hours. I imagine long waits during those hours, too. I went at an off hour and it took less than 5 mins to prepare my order. You order on a screen yourself and take a buzzer. I've never sought out a vegan place in my life, but the other Yelp reviews persuaded me to give it a try. Glad I did! Cali burger (bacon cheeseburger with guac and special sauce) totally passed the taste test. Could've fooled me if I didn't know it was vegan. Nearly everything at the food hall is overpriced, with this being no exception, so just know that going into it. $14 tax included as of Sept 2023 is insane for a medium sized burger (NO SIDE OR DRINK), but I understand specialty ingredients like they use cost a premium. read more

Their burgers aren't just "good for a vegan burger" - they're actually good compared to any burger. We ordered their Big Guy (their take on the Big Mac) and it was flavorful and filling. The bacon BBQ was also delicious but we definitely will get the Big Guy next time. Fries are great. I'm a sucker for sweet potato fries and their regular friendly fries were perfectly crispy. read more

My experience with Nice Burger is exactly the same as my other 3 reviews, excellent. This place is great if you're looking for everything you want from a burger or chicken sandwich without the meat. Seriously there's no difference in flavor or satisfying taste. They also use rice oil for the fries, nuggets, and tater tots. Absolutely delicious. The only slight challenge you might encounter is the parking lot. It's not very big and therefore spots are at a premium. If you're within walking distance or work close by, this location is perfect for a quick grab and go lunch. There are many options here for your tastes. I highly recommend this spot. read more

My husband and I decided to choose more plant-based options recently, and Nice Burger popped up as one of the top choices in Irvine. The stand was in a nice and clean building with other food stalls (and a bar so we'll definitely be back). You use a self-service kiosk to order so it was quick and easy. I came on a Saturday so it wasn't busy but I assume at lunch time during the week this place probably is packed. I love Nice Burger and have gone to the Costa Mesa and Santa Ana locations for years. I was excited for an Irvine spot to reduce travel time. It's okay in person but delivery sucks! They use batch DoorDash so food is likely to be an hour or more late, like mine was yesterday. Everything was cold and unappetizing. Plus, their "Premium Spicy Chicken" is smaller and less appealing than I've ever had from Nice Burger. The Irvine location is convenient because of the selection of restaurants in the food court and the bar serves tasty beer. But, I guess I'll stick with the Costa Mesa or Santa Ana locations when I want Nice Burger. read more

I tried the big guy today because I wanted double patties, was a little disappointed because the patties were thinner vs the one pattie option. The burger was surprisingly tasty and pretty delicious despite the patties being thin. $11.99 plus tax for a burger, not the cheapest but not overly priced. Located inside the trade outdoor food court can get busy during lunch time. I would liked it better if they didn't add the extra bun in the middle and give thicker patties, ask for thousand island sauce it's pretty good. read more
