Great staff, food was on point and added items where done correctly. I love the Chikn sandwiches and especially their asada tacos But the best thing about this restaurant is the steak plate Vegan steak is on point

Veggie girl always has delicious food with fast service, and a clean aesthetic. There was plenty of seating available both inside and outside, it was the perfect healthy meal after a nice hike on a sunny day in LA. I had never been to this location, but I really enjoyed the convenient giant parking lot in the back that has free parking for the first 90 minutes.

There's no shortage of tempting choices on the menu here. The burger section alone features 10 options, making it the perfect spot to satisfy a burger craving. We went with the Sunrise and the PubChz. I'm a sucker for a runny yolk, so I couldn't resist the one topped with a Yo-Egg. The PucChz was deliciously messy in its own way. Both of these Beyond Burgers were next level. You can also order smoothies, bowls, wraps, fries, tots, soups, salads, tacos...this menu is huge! Prices are reasonable for a vegan place. And there's a large amount of seating inside. With so many options left, a return visit is a must!

    06/01/25. Kimchi "Steak" Bowl.

Stopped by on Sunday, 06/01/25. I got the kimchi steak bowl which was $14.95 (redeemed by birthday reward so got it for free). The bowl was so tasty and filled me up (I only ate half). Literally tastes like steak! The kimchi taste was extremely strong which I admired a lot.

Ordered online and my food was ready right when I arrived, which was super convenient. I decided to dine in--there's plenty of seating inside and a few tables outside too. The space was very clean, and the staff greeted me right away. I got the Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap with dressing on the side. The chicken was warm and crispy, and the almond parmesan added a nice twist. Only downside was the uneven filling--half of the wrap like 80% of the chicken while the other barely had any. I've tried several other items here in the past and the food has always been consistent. Parking can be tough during peak hours, but they do have a parking lot. Overall, reliable spot for a quick plant-based meal.

Buffalo wings (yes it's vegetarian and so delicious)!!

Grabbed a quick lunch to-go after work for the far drive home. I could not find this place because the sign was covered by tree leaves. Please cut the leaves around the sign so it's easier to find!!! I'm not a vegetarian anymore but once in a while I crave it, and considering all the delicious food I've consumed this week in this area, Veggie Grill was very appropriate! I got the Buffalo wings and strawberry lemonade. The Buffalo wings have changed since the last I've had them. Still good, but i noticed the change. The strawberry lemonade is still ever so good!! You can taste the strawberry more than the lemon and I love that! I've always loved the Veggie Grill brand because it's so close to the real thing! They have really good food and I still enjoyed it!

The server was pretty rude very short just asked me what I want and walked away paid about 16 something for a smoothie just to have very rude service no thank you for coming, nothing. I'm not understanding what the hostility is about and why she was so upset even as she handed me my drink, she said absolutely nothing. It's a shame I would come here more often, but the service just makes everything the whole experience, very awkward and unwelcoming.

My Vegan relatives wanted to come here for dinner as they knew it would make all three of them happy. My first time..Fast food like. Order at counter. They were all pretty happy with their vegan burgers. I was disappointed in the Crispy tempura cauliflower that I ordered. Batter was way thicker than a normal tempura. Not crispy. And there was raw batter under the coating. The orange dipping sauce on side was good. .

Stumbled upon this gem while going to a game at SOFI. Realized there are a few locations so tried the one in Pasadena on the next trip and it was amazing! The food taste great , always fresh, plenty of seating and parking in the back. The food order was taken and food delivered extremely fast. Will definitely be adding this place into my food rotation!

New Sesame Tofu Supergreens Salad, very good.
    Christina C.

The service is friendly and the restrooms are clean. The salads tend to be pretty good, especially the dressings. The new tofu salad was super delicious. The truffle mac n' cheese was a bit bland, but the toppings were tasty. Veggie Grill girl was filming a video on the patio next to us and they were pretty obnoxious, but we still enjoyed our meal. Mostly paid street parking and a lot behind the restaurant.

    Korean Kimchi Beef Bowl
    Amanda H.

Parking: it's tricky finding a spot in the parking lot due to several other restaurants being nearby My boyfriend and I were looking for a well-rounded and flavorful quick bite. He picked us up two kimchi beef bowls and while he finished his--I'll definitely have leftovers! I liked that every bite had a full flavor palate with a wide range of veggies.

We were greeted with warm smiles, which made us feel welcome right away. The restaurant itself is small, cozy, and comfortable--perfect for a relaxed meal. We ordered the Tom Yum Tofu Soup, Papaya Salad, Pad See Ew with fried tofu, and Thai tea. The food was surprisingly flavorful and absolutely delicious! The Papaya Salad was fresh with a nice balance of sweet, tangy, and spicy flavors, while the Pad See Ew was packed with flavor and had perfectly cooked noodles. The fried tofu was a great addition and complemented the dish well. The Tom Yum Tofu Soup was comforting and aromatic, and the Thai tea was a refreshing way to round out the meal. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. Friendly service, a cozy atmosphere, and delicious food made this a spot worth returning to. I'll definitely be back to try more items on the menu!

Ordered the Angry Pork because obviously I enjoy a little risk in my life. At first I was like, "oh this is mild, how polite." Five minutes later it turned into a full personality shift. That slow burn creeps up and suddenly you're sweating but committed. No regrets. THE PET dish (yes, that's actually what it's called, no I didn't question it) pumpkin, eggplant, tofu situation was ridiculously good. Super aromatic, layered, one of those dishes where you keep going back for "one more bite" like a liar. Then the vegan drumsticks. Look... why did they nail the texture like that? It gave McDonald's nugget energy in the most nostalgic, slightly concerning way. I don't know how to feel about it but I finished them, so there's that. Service was fast, efficient, not trying to be your best friend. Honestly, respect. Menu? A full novel. You will not read all of it. You will pretend to skim and then panic order. It's a fusion situation but leans Thai, and somehow it all works. Price point is definitely on the pricier vegan end, but portions are shareable so you can justify it to yourself. Also get the fresh coconut. They literally hand you a coconut with a straw like you're suddenly on vacation. Overall come hungry, bring friends, and prepare to be emotionally manipulated by how good vegan food can be.

The prickly pear wasn't sweet and could hardly taste the pear or anything else it said it came with, it had the sweetness of La Croix at best. Thankfully, Gerald helped by providing some simple syrup on the side. After which it tasted perfect for me. The panini didn't have much flavor. I could only taste the pure tomato sauce, cheese,/and chicken. No seasoning or anything of flavor. The sourdough bread was also beginning to fall apart because of the sauce. It wasn't inedible, just not enjoyable to eat at all. The chips and ranch were good. My lady said the spaghetti squash was good and the chicken was good too. Walking in, it definitely has that California/Pasadena neighborhood café vibe, and I was looking forward to a solid breakfast. I'll start with the positive: Joey, the host, was awesome. Great attitude, welcoming, attentive--exactly how you want to be treated when you walk into a restaurant. Unfortunately, it went downhill from there. I ordered bacon medium, and it initially came out crispy. When I mentioned it to the guy bringing out the food, instead of simply saying, "No problem, we'll fix it," I got attitude and a response like, "What is medium?" Second round of bacon was actually good, so obviously it could be done. The biggest disappointment was the chicken fried chicken. The chicken breast was extremely dry. The potatoes were good, the eggs were good, but the main part of the meal just wasn't there. When it was time to pay, Elizabeth brought my check and I politely gave her my feedback. I wasn't asking for anything free. I wasn't trying to get the meal taken off the bill. I paid for my food. I simply explained that the chicken was really dry and asked whether they hear that complaint often. Her response was basically, "Everybody has their own opinion." And that right there killed the experience for me. Of course everybody has an opinion--that's exactly what a review is. But when a paying customer calmly gives you feedback about the food, there's a difference between saying, "I'm sorry you didn't enjoy it, I'll mention it to the kitchen," and basically dismissing them. For a locally known café with this many reviews, I expected more pride in both the food and the customer service. I'm not comparing Millie's to Denny's or some giant chain. I actually expect more from an independent neighborhood café. Joey: great job. Potatoes and eggs: good. Second bacon: good. Chicken fried chicken: dry and disappointing. Handling of customer feedback: terrible. I came in because of the reputation. Unfortunately, my experience didn't live up to it.

It's a little gritty and dry (maybe it's gluten free?) but still delicious nonetheless. coffee cake ($5.88) - sweet, with a flavor of cinnamon (not in an overpowering way). If you enjoy coffee cake, definitely get this, as vegan coffee cake is a rarity in Pasadena and LA. ice cream sandwich ($9.25) - honestly, i think this was a little too sweet for me. The ice cream itself was plain vanilla soft serve, but when sandwiched by two entire chocolate chip cookies, I think the sweetness can be overpowering. Keep in mind that it also melts very fast (since it has the consistency of soft serve) and this makes it hard to keep the whole sandwich in shape. If you do not plan to eat it right away, I would not recommend getting this as it'll melt in a mere minute.

The egg portion is generous and the soup is thick and hearty. (A+) Their beef noodle soup is excellent as well-packed with lots of flavor and ingredients. Great for hot or cold nights! (A) Their lamb skewers were flavorful but a little on the tougher side. I had lamb skewers that melt in your mouth before and this didn't quite measure up. Perhaps it was sitting in the foil too long? Could be a delivery issue. You probably have to have it straight out of the kitchen. (B+) Will definitely be returning to try all their other items. I've driven past the actual store a few times and it seems cozy and clean.

This…read moretime, I had about an hour to kill while waiting for my appointment at the Apple Store in Pasadena. I was walking around thinking about what to eat. The I saw the Noodle Street sign. Of course, I went in because I already know the quality of their food. I always find their noodles fresh and chewy, and the dishes are rich in texture and flavor. But this time, since I was by myself, I didn't order a noodle dish because I was just by myself. So, I ordered the beef roll, which is also to die for! Just really enjoy their food overall. If you've never tried Noodle Street before, definitely check out their menu and give their noodles a try. This particular location was clean, the staff was nice, and the wait wasn't long when I arrived. I would definitely come back again! I'd like to add one more detail. While I was waiting for my food, one of the staff members, possibly the manager, Justin, came over and asked if I'd like to have a small bowl of broth on the side. I said yes and was impressed by that offer. Why? This young man understood that I had ordered only the beef roll, which is a dry dish. Having a little warm broth on the side made it much easier and more enjoyable to eat. I had water, though, but I personally never drink water before or after my meal, so the broth was definitely a perfect complement to the beef roll. This is the first time in my Noodle Street eating history that I've been offered something simple to enhance my dining experience. A small gesture that I think is worth mentioning, as it showed that he was attentive and had very good common sense when it comes to customer service. Thumbs up to him, and an extra star from me for this location.

We got the pad see ew with tofu, veggie spring rolls, "beef" basil with green beans, and a Thai tea with coconut milk. Everything was comforting, flavorful, and had that real home-cooked feeling to it. Just really delicious food that you want to keep eating. The best surprise was finding out that Tuesdays are all plant-based. We had no idea when we ordered, and honestly, what a cool thing to do! The "beef" basil with green beans was so good, and the whole meal left us excited to come back and try more. There's something really special about finding a true neighborhood spot like this. We love this city and love being able to support local businesses. Miya is exactly the kind of place we want to see thrive. We will definitely be coming back! I can't wait to dine in as well. The restaurant is so cozy and aesthetic pleasing and all of the staff we briefly interacted with for the pick-up order were so warm and friendly!!

We got the Yellow Curry Chicken, Thai Tea, and Mango Sticky rice as well (just not in the photos) and those were also a staple. All were phenomenal and had such rich flavor. The Khao Soi Chicken was truly the star of the restaurant and I would definitely recommend this dish for anyone interested in trying thai cuisine. The service is always friendly and the ambiance is very warm and pleasant. It's a very humble and family/neighborhood oriented space. I would recommend to come visit them early (they open at 11:30) since people do line up to eat here. It's a little small in the main area but they do have another dining area on the other side so seating is in fact plenty! There is street parking right out front but if there's none, not to worry there's a lot of parking in the neighborhood so the walk over is relatively short. We love Miya and can't wait to try their other dishes!

Never had this type of fast-casual meditteranian but it was sooo good. I think this meal is pretty healthy too (from what they say), macro friendly, so no need to worry about being fat. FOOD: Price: Pretty average slightly more expensive ~$15 - $20 per dish Quarter Plate (Dark Meat) - $18.5 (10/10) The first thought was that the dish looked small, with 2 drums and a variety of sides. But! I was actually very full by the end and didnt even finish. I personally LOVE how many different sides are included, so you can make a mini sandwich with the pita for every bite. Every part of this dish was amazing, from the tender drums to the picked vegetables and really good hummus. The wedge of lettuce was actually really good, well seasoned with dressing, and very crunchy. This is such a satisfying meal tbh and the sauces were amazing too. Schmatyzy Potatoes - $7.75 (10/10) These were the best potatoes Ive ever tried holy moly. The potatoes were smashed but inside was so soft and outside was crunchy. BUT what makes the potatoes SOOO good is the GARLIC SAUCE it comes with. IDK HOW THEY MAKE IT but it was AMAZING. This is a MUst get. Fennel Tzatziki Side - $5.75 (10/10) Im a whore for tzatziki and this tzaziki was very well made. Long strips of cucumber, but the texture was great for pairing with the potatoes and the plate. Some tzatzikis from other restaraunts can be questionable but this is a 10/19 tzatziki. Hibiscus Cooler - $5 (0/10) Ts was not good lol VIBES: AMAZING service. The people in the front are ALWAYS so friendly. I came here twice and this kind black gentleman helped me out with PURE JOY. Oh I wish I loved my job as much as he does. He made this experience very fun though, he came up with our table with a TADAAA!! The parking here can be rough tho, no lot and only street parking. The lot is a bit away i tink but its not tooo bad. The restaurant was pretty empty during lunch time, so no wait and food came out quick too. I definetely come back here and refer all my freinds hehe

I loved the jazzy music playing in the background, which made the vibe perfect. Our server, Julian, was incredibly welcoming and gave us amazing customer service. The food was fresh and delicious. I ordered the dark meat rotisserie chicken quarter plate with hummus, a wedge salad, pickles, pita, and a side of avocado. The chili oil and garlic sauce added great flavor. My friend really enjoyed her big green salad, packed with fresh market greens, veggies, and a miso poppy dressing, along with a side of rich schmaltzy potatoes. We had a wonderful time catching up over a fantastic meal. I will definitely be back!
