The level of detail he went into and explaining what he would do was relieving to hear. He even found the wasp nest I didn't know was even there! The value and quality of the work performed is one I would recommend to anyone. The ONLY concern I would say I have is that I ask to be given a call ahead of time so I can make sure my dog is inside at the time they arrive. While she all bark and no bite, I would just like to make it easier for the technician sent out. Other than that I am looking forward to continuing business with Pro Active Pest Control.

They responded almost instantly which was appreciated. Atan was able to come out the following week to take a look and treat the tree the same day. I appreciated the thoroughness with the provided photos since I wasn't able to be home at the time. Sorting out payment with the office was a bit of a back and forth inconvenience but we eventually got it sorted out. All in all, I would highly recommend for the communication aspect and their ability to get it sorted out as soon as possible. Looking forward to not having to wash the cars so often!

As for the restroom situation, there is proof of your technician entering and exiting the restroom, and immediately afterward urine was left on the toilet seat and bathroom floor. I had rats in my backyard. Stephen came out first to assess the situation and made an appointment to come back the following week to do the work. The guys that came set traps and gave advice on how to keep my house unattractive to rats compared to anywhere else (as in: STOP FEEDING THE BIRDS SUNFLOWER SEEDS IN THE BACKYARD, RATS LIKE THEM, TOO!) No, they didn't really shout or even make me feel guilty, it was just a real "doh!" moment for me. Then went over every inch of my home to plug any possible way for the rats to get inside the house. They decided to make a covering for the outside crawlspace entrance to make sure no critters could get in that way, either. Made an appointment for the next week to do that. Eroldo arrived for that job. He brought all the materials he needed with him including a rip saw, hinges, screws, wood, and a paintbrush. Right before my eyes he made a cover that fit into the opening like a glove. He placed hinges on it so it swings upward and two locks down low on each side at the bottom. I dug out a cupboard pull knob from my garage that matches the hinges and locks which he installed that (so I wouldn't have to pull it open by grabbing the locks). At every step and before finalizing anything, he showed me all the options about where the hardware could go and let me pick the placement. I feel compelled add this thought: unless it has an opposable thumb, there isn't a critter alive that will be able to get into that crawl space via that avenue! When it was finished, he asked if I had leftover house paint. He carefully taped over the hardware and applied TWO coats of paint. I almost took a picture of the taping job because even it looked like a work of art, what with him carefully slicing the edges off right up to the side of the hardware. There was not one minute where I felt he was rushing the job because he had somewhere else to be. He even took the time to feed my annoyingly noisy dog a few treats so she would stop her infernal barking. The finished product looks GREAT! Shoutout to NextGen and a special thanks to Eroldo. Our experience with Next Generation Pest Control has been nothing short of fantastic! Two years ago, we moved into our new home and encountered an ant problem right from day one. After extensive research and reading countless reviews, we decided to go with Next Generation Pest Control based on their impressive almost perfect 5-star ratings. Opting for their R9 service program was a decision we haven't regretted. From the moment we signed up, the ants disappeared from our indoor space like magic! The staff's responsiveness and commitment to follow-through have consistently exceeded our expectations. We also availed their bird proofing service for our solar panels, and to this day, we've encountered no issues around them. However, over the last year, we noticed an uptick in bird activity around our house. During a routine service visit, technician Ryan identified nesting and perching areas, recommending that we seal them off. After the initial work, while there was a considerable reduction in bird activity, one side of our yard remained plagued with bird droppings. A follow-up call led to a technicians's revisit, accompanied by an additional quote of $200, which was a bit disheartening given the initial investment of $700. But here's where the story takes a positive turn. Today, Eroldo Olivas visited to reinstall some spikes that had been knocked down from our windowsills. Not only did he address the spike issue, but he also took notice of the persistent bird problem in our yard. His understanding and thoughtfulness in installing the required spikes without additional cost to solve the problem were truly appreciated. Despite a couple of bumps along the way, we have recommended Next Generation Pest Control to several neighbors, and we continue to do so. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and the effectiveness of their services make them a reliable choice for anyone dealing with pest-related challenges. Unfortunately, I have to update my previous review after several years of satisfactory service. During my last service, the technician arrived and knocked on my door to let me know he was there. Less than 10 minutes later, I received a text asking me to rate his service. This was peculiar, as I had asked him to spray my garage, and it seemed improbable that he had sprayed my entire house in such a short period of time. I went outside to inspect, and I saw that he had missed an entire side of my house. I checked my cameras to confirm this before calling the office, less than 10 minutes after he left. When I called, the receptionist insisted that the technician swore he had sprayed the entire house, despite me pointing out the obvious area he missed. After contacting her supervisor, she asked me to send the camera footage. I politely requested that they simply come back and respray, but she insisted the supervisor needed the footage "so he could take the proper action" and told me that the earliest they could reschedule was next week with the supervisor present. I agreed initially, but after considering the situation, I decided to get quotes from other companies and ultimately switched providers. When I called to cancel my service, the receptionist asked why, so I explained why, only to be told that I should understand their technicians have limited time, especially in the heat. It's unfortunate that after many years of no issues, a small problem couldn't be promptly fixed. This experience eroded my trust in their service, and it was disappointing to see the issue redirected toward me rather than resolved efficiently. read more

I got a quote from Next Generation Pest Control for the simple job of covering entry for pest to get into my house. Upon reviewing this scope of the work, it seems like they are not expert in their work. And they even tried to sell me unnecessary work that I don't need. Needly to say that I declined the quote bi-monthly service. It thought it was a joke that wrote in the paper that I can trust them and their service. I found the following writing just full of BS. From Next Generation Pest Control Quotes that I got. Bi-Monthly Service 1. Our Bi-Monthly Pest Plan is priced at $150 for the initial service, followed by $109 per service. This plan includes an initial treatment, your first bi-monthly service 30 days later, and then ongoing treatments every other month, totaling seven services over a one-year agreement. 2.Our service provides comprehensive protection against common pests such as ants, roaches, spiders, fleas, earwigs, and more. 3. With every visit, we remove all visible webs, treat your lawn, and apply a protective barrier around your fence line and property perimeter. 4. I cannot say enough good things about the level of service, flexibility, and timeliness of Next Generation Pest Control. I have a daughter in a nearby city attending college encounter an ant problem in her apartment that the complex's current pest control company could not contain. Next Generation was understanding and sympathetic, without saying a negative word of the competition, and scheduled her an appointment within days of me contacting them. One month into service and called NGPC to let them know I am seeing ants again in the backyard flower beds. Seems there were seven different trails coming from the fence line. Of course... all neighbors use pest control services, and they came to my property eventually. I need to transfer a big plant to a bigger pot, but I noticed ants in soil. Not any more!!! My appointment was noon-2pm. Stephen called to say he had earlier time opening. So, I got to meet Stephen who is the owner. Very nice, knowledgeable and good customer service. Had a gopher issue, first time ever. Always had a pest control service on contract but never worked out. I contacted Next generation and they were here the very next day. Steve was early and very informative. Made a plan going forward and my yard was treated for the gopher problem. Ryan has been our Technician for the last year and I have to say he does a great job. We have several dogs and he is very good about respecting their space. He is very good about remembering my preferences, as far as the spraying in areas where my dogs live. He also is very friendly, clean and on time. Don't usually do reviews but this one is a exception, a younger guy named rayner did work at my parents house and i was surprised how clean and careful he was around belongings, these are the type of people you want to do your service. definitely recommend these great workers.
