I ended up going twice in the same week to the one in Smithfield, but l am curious to see if quality changes from one location to the other. Anyways, they have a good selection of flavors including: sesame, the works, jalapeno cheddar, three cheese, pepperoni and cheddar, plain, cinnamon sugar, and from what I have seen online, they do offer seasonal flavors which I am very excited for. Each one cost $1.50, or you could get half a dozen for $7.00 and a baker's dozen (13) for $14.00 which is one of the best deals around. One thing that immediately sets them apart from other bagel shops I've been to is their attention to detail which I am huge on. When I purchased the dozen, I requested one cinnamon sugar and they wrapped it in parchment paper so the sweetness wouldn't get on any of the other bagels. I love that they're loaded with flavor, the bread is soft, not airy but also doesn't feel too dense, it is not dry, and the dough is slightly elastic-y which I love. I think a good way to measure how good a bagel is is to eat it without toasting it. This one passed with flying colors. The first time I came, l was a little confused as to where this place was because the GPS led me to the back of the building but did find my way after driving around the building. The second time I came here, 1 realized they have a drive-thru window which is very convenient. There were about 4 cars ahead of me, but within 5 minutes I was on my way home.
