The party was held outdoors in their pretty yard under a tent. Shuckin Truck was an absolute hit! They set up the outdoor raw bar...clams (littlenecks), oysters, and shrimp on ice, in a very attractive manner. The table was manned by a charming "shucker". There were an assortment of passed hors d'oeuvres which included lobster grilled cheese lobster triangles...these were indescribably delicious. Everyone was oohing and aahing over these. I also loved the smoked salmon on toast and the small cups of really tasty clam chowder. All the appetizers were incredibly delicious although I would say the lobster grilled cheese was the biggest hit. All of the staff were polite and friendly. After the appetizer round, the lobster rolls came out and they were simply spectacular. They were true New England lobster rolls on toasted square edged (this is key) frankfurter buns, and absolutely stuffed with chunks of delicious lobster meat that had been lightly dressed with mayo. Those rolls were out of this world, deliciously prepared and very generously filled with sweet lobster meat. They also served fabulous fish tacos. For the non-seafood eaters of which there were none at this party, they served a pulled pork taco which was spicy and delicious. The portions were generous and the food just kept on coming out. While there was plenty of additional food at this party from other vendors as well as some homemade additions, Shuckin' Truck was my favorite part of the overall feast. Great job! I would not hesitate to hire them for a party or to seek out the food truck wherever it was parked!

She really was there for her customers and knew her coffee! Every customer experience I observed had been pleasant, with genuine conversation and a strong sense of community and respect. Holly's son, David, is a sweetheart and is equally caring as Holly. He made sure to give out drinks with a smile and make the experience positive. The drinks are delicious! My favorite is the iced tea, and I got a reusable cup with the cute logo on it! It was very refreshing, especially when the people behind the counter made me feel so welcomed and accepted. Thank you, Neuro Brews, for giving the communities you fuel the positive energy and an important reminder to be kind and accepting. And the sauce that comes with ordering 5 - makes the tacos even better! The Shuko was good but reminded me of a tastier Chimi with guacamole. A basic sandwich. Overall great first impression.
