The ribs were fall-off-the-bone, the rub on the meats was spot-on, and everything came out warm and juicy without being dry. The sides were solid--not necessarily the highlight, but still better than what I've had at a lot of barbecue places. We tried the beans (my favorite of the sides), collards, coleslaw, and fries. They also serve a little cucumber, onion, and pickle mixture on the side that was a nice touch. And the barbecue sauce? Excellent. We came in completely on a whim and left thoroughly impressed. Both my wife and I really liked the onion rings. My wife really wanted brisket, but thy only make brisket when the weather in warm enough for the cook to hang out outside with the smoker.
