Had to deviate from my original plans but I don't regret it. I think I found a hidden gem in the…read morearea. Scott Bros bbq was my favorite bite of brisket this week. The strong flavor of black pepper on the bark into every bite warmed me up on this cool morning and helped carry extra toasty Smokey flavors into each bite. Wonderfully moist and man so beefy. The rib had a nice slight bite. More towards the texture that I personally. A wonderfully cheesy sausage that burst in my mouth as I took a bite. This might be just me but I prefer getting a whole link unsliced. Taking a bite out of it to feel the casing snap under the pressure of my teeth. And the snap today was extremely satisfying. Something that I need a lot more in my life is Brunswick stew. Scott Brothers BBQ's is a little different. Topped with a chili crisp that added an extra layer of spice and aroma. Pieces of all the meats swimming in the stew. And getting surprise bites of fried garlic from the chili crisp. The perfect item to warm you up on a cold day. Honestly, I'd eat this even on a scorching hot summer day. Man, a perfect stop before the airport.

Over all it was very good and the portions were good and I saved one of the ribs for later! The only complaint is that I asked if it included sauce and the guy said it did but there was only a small portion (which was very good) of sauce in the take out container and I ate it at home so I couldn't ask for more! But over all it was great and I will definitely go back!

Yesterday (Saturday) I ordered pulled chicken, pit beans, and cornbread with the coleslaw on the side. I hadn't eaten since breakfast and was famished. The pulled chicken was tough, dried out, and chewy, I tried saturating it in barbecue sauce but that didn't help. I ate it one piece at a time with lots of chewing to soften it up. I made it three quarters of the way through before surrendering. The coleslaw was fine. Then I tried the pit beans. The use of pit here is a misnomer, unless they're named after the pits of Hell. The old recipe was a spicy version of classic New England baked beans. Now I love beans. Beans and eggs for breakfast. Beans and franks for supper on a Saturday night or at a church supper. The side of baked beans that was an integral part of a Full English or Full Irish Breakfast was a welcome part of many business trips. Pit beans are not those beans. No, these are a different species of beans. Whereas normal beans are soaked in water to soften them up as a normal part of preparation, pit beans seem to be soaked in vinegar. I certainly don't mind vinegar (a mild solution of acetic acid), especially in a good vinaigrette salad dressing, but this level of acidity was sufficient to remove rust. Trying to eat these beans was like trying to ingest sulfuric acid. I had one taste. Nope. The cornbread was fine. This is northern-style corn bread, made with sugar. If you mix the sweet barbecue sauce and spicy barbecue sauce in a fifty-fifty ratio you get a decent I informed the truck manager of my results and suggested execution for whoever came up with the recipe. He was not amused.

We first went on Father's Day and the energy was so happy I could tell all the locals were over the moon about the food and experience because people were literally saying to our table saying "how great is this??" We even went again the same week!! First off, the cafeteria set up is so fast and easy, no matter how busy it is. All of the workers are so sweet and welcoming, and keep things moving with a smile on their face!! The woman that was cutting the meat was so knowledgeable and helped with our questions. She was really good at guiding what we need for how many people. She also really took her time picking out the best slices for us and even cut the dino meat off the bone so it was easier to eat. When doing so she even said "I really want you all to have a great experience here." We pretty much tried a little bit of everything and I can honestly say (sides included) it was so unbelievably delicious. The meat literally falls off the bone and melts in your mouth and the sides pack a bunch of so many different flavors. I'm a huge fan and will continue spreading the word!!! Thank YOU!

If you're in Beverly and craving something delightfully different, The Crispy Chicken Cup is worth…read morea stop. These genius handheld cups are made with all white-meat chicken shaped into a crispy, golden cup and filled with creamy mac‑and‑cheese or pasta--you really have to try it to believe it. My Chicken Cup felt perfectly seasoned, hot and crispy on the outside, with warm, creamy comfort tucked inside. It's exactly the sort of playful and indulgent food that hits the spot--and it's surprisingly satisfying for a single small item. In my experience, it cut easily with a plastic knife and melted right in your mouth. The concept itself is brilliantly creative and fun--a handheld mashup of chicken parm meets portable mac‑and‑cheese, presented in a neat little cup. That offbeat charm is what makes this place so memorable. Service pickup was smooth; I was able to grab my order with no fuss. If you like inventive, hearty, and Instagram-ready comfort food with a twist, you'll love this spot. Definitely one of Beverly's most fun and tasty culinary surprises!

It took 25 minutes from the time I placed it so I looked around at nearby stores. I ordered the chicken parm. I received a text after placing the order and once it was ready for pick up. There were multiple options between being made to eat or made to be refrigerator. Another option I can't remember now. The chicken cups are MUCH bigger than expected, I had to split it into two and eat the second half the next day as leftovers so it's easily shareable. The chicken parm cup was nice and hot but the pasta in the middle was cold after the very top layer so I actually had to wait until I got home to heat it up myself which was disappointing. The taste however is REALLY good! I would suggest the pasta be cooked seperate Lu from the chicken because I think the pasta was cold because it was cooked together maybe? I would love to see more options on the menu like chicken pesto pasta.
