That said, the family box I ordered didn't include a single breast piece, which was a letdown. Overall, the flavor and quality were just okay -- not amazing, but not terrible either. They did include sauces which we didn't like but the food was very good for fast food.

It's evident that Chick-fil-A places a high emphasis on ensuring that their customers are not only treated well but are also served promptly.
