There was little acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused, and no real sense of accountability or willingness to make things right. Instead, the tone came across as dismissive, even going so far as to emphasize how successful their business is and how our business as a customer was not needed, which felt inappropriate given the situation. Delays can be understandable, but how a business handles them, especially afterward, is what really matters.
