If you're looking for a perfect bowl of pho you should come here. The basil and toppings were very fresh. The spring rolls were perfect.

Had extra time to kill and stumbled upon Paris Pho! Great vegan options and fresh spring rolls! You can never go wrong with the rare beef pho!

The service was good at Pho Paris, we appreciated that the food came out quickly. The pho combo was very delicious and I would recommend that one for everyone!

Nicely decorated place. Still gives an old vibe to it. The service was fast and food came out just as quick. Summer roll (pork belly, shrimp): 5/5 refreshing way to start your meal. Great sauce. House combination Pho: 5/5 the broth amazing. Light and flavorful. Didn't even need any additional sauces. Great selection of meats that were tender. Overall 5/5 great place to grab some food for a decent price!

The Bánh Xèo appetizer is a classic and a must try. Definitely a great starter for people new to Vietnamese cuisine. It is a crispy "pancake" filled with bean sprouts, pork and shrimp but their shrimp was so small and shriveled up it was kind of sad. How to eat it is you take a piece of the pancake, wrap it in the fresh lettuce, and dip it in fish sauce. It was flavorful but had a little bit too much excess oil. The pork chop plate was the best, big pieces of juicy grilled pork and its a great option for anyone. How to eat it is you take a piece of pork, wrap it in the lettuce, and dip it in fish sauce as well. The Pho Tai was good, nice pieces of sliced beef that is not too fatty and was very lean for the most part. Broth was good. Unfortunately, I ordered the Avocado smoothie with Boba. I drink Boba regularly so I know what it is supposed to taste like... their boba was definitely gone bad as in it tasted inedible and expired. Boba that isn't expired or gone bad taste like nothing without putting it in sugar or syrup but they were arguing with us that the boba was cooked in the morning so it was good. Nevertheless, I tried multiple times to make sure that what I am tasting is just not right. I just couldn't keep drinking it so we told the server what happened. However, to our surprise she literally opened up the smoothie and scooped out the boba. She handed the smoothie back to me with like 1/4 of the cup empty and there was STILL boba in the drink? We told her the boba tasted inedible and she unsuccessfully scooped out the boba and gave us 3/4 of the drink back with the lid sticky and all. We complained once more and they finally ended up making us a new drink without any boba at all. The avocado smoothie itself was good.

    Vegetarian Fried rice item

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience on March 20, 2025 when I placed a pick up order. I order four items, including the vegetarian fried rice which was listed on your menu (either online or in-house- specify which) for $10.95. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was charged $16.95 for vegetarian fried rice. This felt dishonest and like I was being overcharged. Furthermore, when I initially called to place my order, I was told you do not offer delivery. When I call back with a question, I was hung up on while I understand there may have been phone line issues, this added to my frustration. Finally, the staff member who processed my payment was unfriendly and appeared cocky. I am extremely disappointed with this experience. I will not be returning to this restaurant due to the dishonest pricing in poor customer service.

Bun rieu(crab and tomatoe vermicelli noodle soup)

I've been on a hunt for decent Vietnamese food and Pho Paris is a convenient place for me to get a quick fix. I normally would ask for extra condiments to make the flavors taste more like home. I got the bun rieu but they don't offer the right veggies for this dish. Service is usually great but you can tell the food is Americanized Vietnamese.

    Bun Bo hue

We visited here on day after Thanksgiving on a cold rainy afternoon. I was feeling a little under the weather so thought a nice bowl of hot pho might make me feel better. Very happy they have my favorite Bun Bo Hue and it tasted pretty good, tasty broth and good ingredients. The service was pretty good too once we ordered although its a pretty casual place just sit where you like and order when ready. Good pho place in the area for sure and glad we had a chance to try it out. For a fan of Vietnamese food like me this is a good choice if you ever in the area, definitely very accessible close to Route 1 and I95.

The pho broth had a weird beef after taste. I don't know what it was but it was unpleasant.

It has bar seating area and table dining as well. The restaurant is one of the more modern decorated Vietnamese restaurants compared to traditional mom and pop's Vietnamese restaurants that I am used to. I appreciate the vietbamese street scene mural that they have going and I appreciate their effort and attention to detail. For appetizer, we ordered the Vietnamese fish sauce fried chicken wings. It was very good! This is a must! Sadly, they didn't have the betel leaves beef/pork skewer. I will have to come back another time. For entree, I ordered pho while my husband ordered the bun cha Ha Noi, and my kids shared the rice plate with pork chop and fried egg. My pho broth was very clear, and very light in flavor. It was very reminiscent of how my mother would make her pho, very subtle flavors and with wide pho rice noodles. Long's pho I would say is more akin to Northern Vietnamese pho so if you're looking for more salty and fragrant pho, this might not be for you. I love additional pickled vinegar garlic slices that are available at each table as well. I have never seen this at any Vietnamese restaurant in MA. The bun cha Ha Noi, the was good, but I would try something other next time. The rice plate we ordered had pork chops, fried eggs, and what was supposed to be pork skin, however, the pork skin was not up to standard so the owner replaced it with grilled chicken for us. Pork chops were a little over cooked. They are still very new. I think playing some music will help with the kitchen banter. Service was friendly and fast. Food came out at a very good pace. I feel like their drinks and appetizers menu might be the place to start if you're not adventurous. I will definitely be back to try more of their dishes. See my pictures!

I usually don't go back and change reviews but I can't express how dissatisfied this is. I'm glad I actually checked the bag! I had to ask for another to go container to separate the noddles from the broth ( pho should never be served this way) I had to ask for Thai basil and everything else pho is served with. I tried their Passion Butterfly with tea and Grass Jelly. My tastebuds were feasting! I could tell that they used fresh ingredients which was confirmed by one of the owners. The Golden Tiger Sugar with Cheese Foam was rich, creamy and smooth. I definitely recommend! My inner childhood came out when I saw the Waffle Corn Dog on the wall. I haven't seen one of those since my late god mother made them for me as a kid. It comes with a cheese sauce. I'm unsure if there are other condiments. I think this would taste great with kewpie mayo or a sweet mustard. I should've taken one to go! They also sell macaroons displayed on a glass case.
