Long's Noodle House is a Vietnamese restaurant off of route one in Saugus, MA. It is located inside of a strip mall with plenty of parking. It has bar seating area and table dining as well. The restaurant is one of the more modern decorated Vietnamese restaurants compared to traditional mom and pop's Vietnamese restaurants that I am used to. I appreciate the vietbamese street scene mural that they have going and I appreciate their effort and attention to detail. For appetizer, we ordered the Vietnamese fish sauce fried chicken wings. It was very good! This is a must! Sadly, they didn't have the betel leaves beef/pork skewer. I will have to come back another time. For entree, I ordered pho while my husband ordered the bun cha Ha Noi, and my kids shared the rice plate with pork chop and fried egg. My pho broth was very clear, and very light in flavor. It was very reminiscent of how my mother would make her pho, very subtle flavors and with wide pho rice noodles. Long's pho I would say is more akin to Northern Vietnamese pho so if you're looking for more salty and fragrant pho, this might not be for you. I love additional pickled vinegar garlic slices that are available at each table as well. I have never seen this at any Vietnamese restaurant in MA. The bun cha Ha Noi, the was good, but I would try something other next time. The rice plate we ordered had pork chops, fried eggs, and what was supposed to be pork skin, however, the pork skin was not up to standard so the owner replaced it with grilled chicken for us. Pork chops were a little over cooked. They are still very new. I think playing some music will help with the kitchen banter. Service was friendly and fast. Food came out at a very good pace. I feel like their drinks and appetizers menu might be the place to start if you're not adventurous. I will definitely be back to try more of their dishes. See my pictures! read more

Excellent pho! Great broth nice noodles best broth in mass . I've tried many places and I his is my top choice

Hidden inside at a small opened space strip mall, Long's Noodle House is found tucked away in the corner. Inside is beautifully decorated with photographs and trinkits of Vietnam and it's culture. Bún bò Huế and Pho were both made very very well with both sporting savory and sweet flavors with fresh basil to excel the taste. Highly recommend to try! read more

Quiet place with a small number of tables. "Looks like they do a big takeout business. The House special Pho was excellent. The beef broth was rich. We also had the pork chop with rice dish. Also excellent. Portions sizes were generous and staff was friendly. read more

Good food at a good price. Menu is hot garbage as far as interface goes with scanning a 2d barcode to access it. Sometimes simpler is better. The business is set back a good way from the main road and if you miss it you have to drive a considerable distance on the divided highway to get an opportunity to turn around. Fantastic new Vietnamese restaurant that deserves a drive to try. We had the Bun Cha Hanoi (Rice Vermicelli Hanoi-style) and the Bun Bo Hue (Spicy Beef Noodle Soup). Both were outstanding, better than anything we've had anywhere in MA, including some of the top rated spots. Atmosphere was great, with lots of people hanging out even on a Thursday night. Waitstaff was super friendly and service was extremely fast. Can't wait to come back and try more, like the BIG selection of Pho and the awesome looking apps. A great experience! read more

I highly recommend this new place!!!! Compared to other Vietnamese places in the North Shore, this new restaurant is so authentic. I will start with pho, the broth is flavored just right, they also give a good amount of beef. I also ordered beef stew noodle for my hubby and it tasted just like the one we got in Vietnam. The tender meat melts in your mouth and the broth is on point. If you are a little adventurous, try their Bun Cha Ha Noi, with grilled pork, fish sauce, veggie. So good, the best so far in Boston. Overall, highly recommend. And I will be back definitely to try other items in the menu like Bun thit nuong or Com dac biet. read more

A hidden gem in a strip mall off route 1 in Saugus. As we walked in jazz was playing and set the mood. Large room with a big bar and great lighting. The menu is simple with great apps, pho and vermicelli bowls. Our server gladly change the channel for us and our food came quick and it was delicious. The noodles in the pho were flat instead of vermicelli but she didn't mind bc the flavor was there. The vermicelli bowl was filled with delicious pork and egg rolls... the fish sauce made it so good! So happy to have something like this in Saugus read more

This place was terrific. The food was delicious, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the prices were good. They have only been open a few months so I expect they will only get better. Food is really good and authentic. Pancake is delicious but, served as a special so you need to ask what day it will be available. Steak with noodles was also delicious but, again served as a special, not on the regular menu. The pho here was very good. The service was fast. Small, family-run business. The noodles are a little wider than I'm used to. The broth was good, not overly salty. I do wish they had a little more variety in their menu. My bf was a little bummed there was no alcohol available lol but he doesn't realize alcohol wouldn't typically be served with this type of food. We will def be back. read more

I got the beef vegetable noodle soup and spring rolls ! Personally I didn't care for the broth of the soup it was kind of bland and tasteless! The noodles themselves and I he beef and vegetables were decent though ! The spring rolls with the peanut sauce were delicious! read more

A great spot tucked away off Rte 1North in Saugus for Vietnamese food! We loved our large steaming hot bowls of chicken pho yesterday morning for an early lunch. This soup is all you need to provide one with delicious comfort food. Lots of chicken, rice noodles and an aromatic stock! I been there once since they had opened the beginning of the year. I've give it a try so I've tried their egg rolls and (spring rolls) "so much noodles than anything other toppings" with their dipping sauce. Honestly, the dipping sauce were watery and not thick at all. It gave me the run, not once but multiple times since I've tried the sauce. All other PHO places, their sauce are thick and tasty. That's why people have their own perspective and outcome opinions. When it's comes to food, I'm very picky and it's all about the flavors. This place was absolutely amazing. They are a new restaurant and I'm really hoping they do well. The staff were so gracious and the environment was is clean and the ambiance very inviting. . Veggie Pho was some of the best I've found in this area. It's really nice to have a wonderful noodle place so close to us without having to travel too far from Wakefield. They are located right by the Boston Market on Broadway/Rte 1. Definitely going back and would suggest it to anyone looking for some solid Asian food. Easy 5 stars. read more
