Unfortunately I haven't been to this establishment in a while but yikes. I did order a bowl of rare…read morebeef pho for here and changed it to go.... That shouldn't be an issue. I was given a bag with one container of noodles and broth and meat all together/ there was no sides of typical Thai basil and other Vietnamese accompaniments that come with pho... The broth is flavorless. The noodles as another reviewer pointed out were very very little for the price of the soup and for pho in general. I usually don't go back and change reviews but I can't express how dissatisfied this is. I'm glad I actually checked the bag! I had to ask for another to go container to separate the noddles from the broth ( pho should never be served this way) I had to ask for Thai basil and everything else pho is served with. Unfortunately they are closing this location today and I can see why. This isn't how pho should be and even changing a for here order to a to go doesn't make a difference for the broth, packaging, noodle ration etc

Soall Bistro has the best vegan tofu-veggie pho I've ever tasted. I appreciate that Soall fills…read moreeach pho bowl with an ample serving of noodles and veggies. Their vegan fried spring rolls and brussel sprouts are equally impressive, as well. I don't even like brussel sprouts, but I love the ones here. I'm so happy that this local business placed roots in Beverly - they've significantly improved the vegan game in the area. Soall is located on Rantoul Street and metered parking is available out front. The customer service is great and the bistro itself is brand spanking new. For now I'm only doing takeout, but I look forward to dining-in in the near future. YELP'S 2021 REVIEW CHALLENGE: #2

Wow this place was a life saver on MLK Day since it was sooo cold lol. This spot is located inside…read moreBambolima which is an Italian spot serving pizza which is a win for us since I got ramen and my daughter order cheese pizza. The service was great and our server was amazing. The ambiance was a little bar feeling with lots of wood tables which I liked. Now let's get to the food.. Pork buns: the pork was cooked perfectly and the bun was nice and soft. The sauce went well everything and it's a great starter dish. Spicy Kimchi Ramen- this consists of pork belly, pickled mushrooms, kimchi and fried garlic. The ramen was really good and had a lot of flavor with just the right amount of spice from the kimchi. Perfect for a cold day! Colonel Sanders Ramen- this had a pork broth with fried chicken and was delicious and moist. Also had corn with Vermont butter which you can taste through the bowl. This dish was the highlight for me and I'll definitely be back again. If you're in Salem, MA and are craving ramen then be sure to give this place a try.

The appetizers were delicious. My ramen, though good, had more sodium than I bargained for. The…read morebacon portions were generous. Portions here are pretty big which justify the prices. However, the food itself wasn't spectacularly special for me to grant the fifth star. There was a good amount of fat on the pork belly, and I wasn't really a fan of the wavy noodles. It's like cheap noodles in what should be a premium dish. The flavored sodas (N/A alternatives) were a great find and a decent value on the menu. Service was friendly and quick, we stopped by with no reservations on a weekday and got seated. All in all, would be back for appetizers.
