This is my absolute favorite place for a chai. They have giant size chai. They always have tons of staff. Make sure you were in and out and yes they have really good everything bagels.

Great coffee and bagels! Service quick even though it gets extremely busy. I recommend the jalapeño bagel with chive cream cheese and the iced coffee.

Low carb bagels?? Sign me up. I got the blueberry with blueberry cream cheese, it was delicious. I also ordered an ice coffee, it was not my favorite- very watery.

Someone brought these to work and now I definitely have to go there on my own. Bagel was fluffy, delicious and homemade.

Tried out Latte Love coffee house for the first time after Zumba on Saturday. What a treat! This is…read morea bright, busy, bustling coffee house with adorable decor. The service was fast and friendly, despite the store being busy. I love that! The barista did not rush us to choose, instead helped us newbies decide on a drink. I went with my usual cafe mocha, and it did not disappoint! My sis got the Thai Tea, and sis in law the Thai tea and a latte to try it. Everyone was happy with their choices!! This might become an every Saturday treat after a sweaty Zumba session!

Luckily, they do have a large space with lots of tables and some couches so finding a seat wasn't a problem. Their menu includes drinks and food (breakfast and lunch). My friend and I shared the BOM sandwich which comes on a Portuguese BOLO with gruyere cheese, roasted red peppers, onion, spinach, BOM sauce, chorizo, and fried egg. For our drinks I had a cinnamon crunch iced coffee with whole milk and coconut cold foam and my friend had one of the coff-tails. I took in all the artwork around the walls while I waited for our order to come out. They brought the sandwich out to us, but I went up to the counter to get the drinks. The sandwich was incredibly good, especially the BOM sauce that was a little spicy. The sausage was thick and well cooked, and the veggies tasted fresh. The bread was very good too but I wish it was slightly toasted (next time). My drink was good. It was not sweet at all, which the cashier did prepare me for, but it still tasted good to me. The milk and coconut cold foam made it very creamy and the coconut flavor was very present throughout. We paid around $20 for the sandwich and two drinks which is fair. They have a drive thru window on the left side of the building, with the line wrapping around the back of the building, with plenty of parking in the front and back for dining in.

What is it with Rhode Island and its incredible independent coffee houses?…read moreUp in Lincoln is Fundati -- A Coffee Experience, and what a gem. It's a cute, welcoming shop with genuinely nice staff and a lot of personality. I had a fantastic cold brew topped with maple cold foam, along with The Hot One -- egg, cheese, hot honey butter and chorizo on a locally made bolo. The bolo was incredible: beautifully toasted on the outside, soft inside, with that wonderful hot honey butter playing against the spicy chorizo, egg and melted cheese. Absolutely scrumptious. You can tell there's a lot of love here -- in the food, in the coffee, and in the shop itself. Fundati is another reminder of just how lucky Rhode Island is to have so many terrific independent coffee houses. What a gem!

First, I like the big tall windows and the patio area outside which I assume is very popular during warmer months. Second, I was captivated by the different cold brew drip towers they have going. They have a lot of unique drink flavors to choose from, of which I picked the honey lavender latte. At first I thought it was a little too sweet, but it grew on me by the second sip. I could actually taste both the lavender and the honey. The size was just right and the prices are also average. I stayed a little reading a book and found that is it a peaceful environment even though some people were studying and others were playing board games. I would come back to try other items. The staff was very friendly.

Wow - this may have just become my favorite coffee! I ordered the Beach Bum - a summer seasonal latte with coconut, hazelnut and vanilla as an iced coffee and it was absolutely delicious. It earned a permanent spot in my cup holder for the drive home and I was already thinking about my next visit before I got there. The shop itself is cute and welcoming. I even had the chance to watch Scott Groome painting a new mural outside and it's going to look fantastic. The staff were friendly, patient and happy to answer my questions, which made the visit even better. My only complaint is that the menu changes a little too quickly. There were drinks I wanted to come back and try that were already gone! That's probably just another reason I'll have to keep stopping by. I'll definitely be back soon to finally get my own latte bucket!

I stopped by here earlier today for my morning coffee. This was actually the second day in a row…read morethat I stopped by, as I like to patronize local coffee shops. The Coffee Cubby is located on Old River Road in Manville and was on my way to work. The shop itself is divided into two areas: a four-seasons room with plenty of seating and a smaller area with all of their baked goods and the ordering counter. The first day I was here, I ordered a large hot blueberry coffee cake coffee. While I expected it to be a latte, it ended up being a flavored coffee instead. The coffee itself was just okay. I could definitely taste some spice, maybe cinnamon, but there was also a bitterness that wasn't particularly pleasant. So while some sips were good, others were not. On the second day, I ended up ordering a large pumpkin s'mores latte, sans the mocha. When I saw the size of my iced coffee, I was impressed, as it was massive, even if it did cost around $10. The flavor ended up being pretty good, with a combination of pumpkin and marshmallow flavoring. I don't know that I could have told you there was coffee in it, but I still enjoyed it. Even though it was fairly sweet, it wasn't overly sweet for my taste buds. The bottom line for me is that I would stop by here again in the future. They have a sign claiming to have the best iced coffee in Rhode Island, and I can see why they might be proud of their drinks!

It's a nice area and the restaurant has a variety of fresh fruits/vegetables and other farmers market like items for sale along with a large seating area and bar. Our waitress was incredibly kind and knowledgeable of the menu. She answered any questions we had with no issue. As we left she apologized for the delay as they were understaffed. In truth, we didn't even notice. The service was excellent and we were in and out in less than 50 minutes. If this was tough night for them I can't imagine how stellar their service is on a good night! Congrats! For food we ordered the burrata pesto dip, crab cakes, and curry chicken lettuce cups. The "dip" was more of a plate of burrata with pesto and 4 pieces of bread. The cheese and pesto were great but we wished there were 2 more pieces of bread to split. The curry chicken was delicious. Probably my favorite of the meal. The curry spices were excellent, lettuce crisp, and I loved the addition of the cranberries. I didn't think it would come out as a chicken salad consistency but it didn't hinder the dish. The only miss were the crab cakes. Obviously crab is seafood but I found the cakes to be very fishy. The consistency was off and became mushy pretty quickly. When we return I'd skip these. Three tapas, one mai tai, and a mocktail came out to $88. Not as bad as I was expecting and we would definitely come back again to try some other menu items.
