They ended up giving my a egg & cheese on A bagel but it was still very good! They don't use a cheap microwaved egg like some places do either. (The croissant is also a good option!) But let's be real here... that's not why I wait 7 cars deep most early mornings in a drive thru line... The cinnamon rolls are the reason. These things just hit every time man. They arnt really anything over the top like a thick cinnamon bun out of your oven or anything like that. They are your simple cinnamon roll with icing on it not frosting but they are just so delicious - easily the standout. (Sometimes they run out!) They're mostly known for their coffee, and you can tell. They have a hoping business and everyone usually leaves with a coffee amongst other options like their bagels or baked goods. Inside is pretty small with very little seating so not the best place to get any work done or hangout. Overall, they are a very busy place and most people put an online order in to beat the crowd. The drive thru service is pretty quick for being busy and also very friendly. If you're going, don't overthink it - get the cinnamon roll.

The sauce was great and really made the sandwich for me. The coffee, to me, was good but the coffee milk portion overpowered the coffee flavor. It's worth trying unless you're a coffee purist. All in all I would go back and try other drinks and sandwiches, and maybe one of those delicious looking cookies.

Service was very friendly - everyone was warm and full of smiles. For sammiches, we ordered the Italian and the Chicken Parm. For coffees, we got the Rhody latte and honey latte. I snuck in a potato salad and brownie - who's counting calories at this point? We opted to eat in so grabbed a seat and our sammiches came out 5-10 mins later. The chicken parm - chef's kiss! It was super tasty with a good amount of sauce overflowing on top of the fried chicken cutlets. It was so good I was tempted to order one to go and it was a good sized portion! The mister got the Italian, although not the best we've had still very good - good portions as well. The potato salad was meh - could use a pinch of salt. The lattes weren't bad - I didn't mind my honey latte but the mister was just ok with the Rhody latte - he felt with the autocrat syrup, it was fighting with the espresso flavor. All in all - I would absolutely come back for another chicken parm sammich and would like to try some of their other options.

I went with the Deluxe Iced Chocolate Hazelnut w/whip cream and it was tasty albeit a little sweet for me (would recommend without sugar or whip cream as the flavor shots are sweet enough). Had not had breakfast yet, so wanted to spice it up with a firehouse bagel sandwich. Perfect combo if jalapeño bagel, hot ham, eggs and cheese to satisfy that fiery hunger! Service was quick and friendly as the staff slung drinks out the drive through window, preorders or those at the counter. Have rewards to signup for if going to be a regular here, gift cards available as well. Selection of flavored cream cheese spreads available if you are grabbing bagels for the office as well. Was not a fan of that. We both ordered half a pound of pastrami sandwiches with Swiss cheese and mustard. The pastrami was very lean and sliced very thin and that was good. But I found the pastrami lacking in flavor. I think I was expecting pastrami like they sell at Katz's deli or the old now closed Carnegie's in New York. Would come back to try other things.

The café was busy during my visit, and the team was also working through a new POS system that slowed things down a bit. Even with the technical hiccups, everyone stayed friendly, patient, and helpful while troubleshooting. Overall, it was a welcoming first visit with good food, friendly service, and a unique atmosphere. I'd definitely stop back to try more of the menu.

The staff were all lovely too. The flavor is brewed into the beans which I love and the young woman working made my coffee perfect with almond milk. She even checked to make sure it was a color I like! The muffins and cookies all looked delicious! The menu is extensive and it smelled really good inside. I'm definitely coming back for food!
