    Vanilla birthday cake

Whisk Me Away is my favorite bakery in Providence. I'm not really a "sweets" person, but their salted chocolate cookies are honestly the best chocolate cookies I've ever had. They're soft, rich, and the salt brings out the flavor in the best way. My partner, who does love sweets, inhales their creative donuts (like birthday cake) and other cookie varieties (like s'mores). They also make amazing savory items. I love their toaster strudels filled with bacon and cheese, and their savory rolls are like cinnamon rolls but with chive cream cheese or pizza-style fillings. Their maple bacon breakfast sandwiches are also fantastic. Just a heads-up that breakfast sandwiches are only available in the morning. They made my birthday cake this year and it was perfect. Moist, buttery, not too sweet. They also offer vegan options, which is great. The staff is always so kind when I stop in. My family has ordered from them in bulk for parties too. They don't have a phone number, but they're super responsive if you reach out through email or their website. Everything I've tried has been excellent. Check out their Instagram for pictures. If you're in Providence, go. You'll want to try everything.

Stopped by the other day for the cheesecake and cinnamon rolls , But those go fast so i wasn't able to get them . Ended up getting the NITRO cold brew which was fantastic and two fire chocolate chip cookies that i will be returning for ! . Definitely worth the drive from Boston . I recommend getting there early though Update : Mission Accomplished

The Oreo frosting was too sweet for me, but I think the brownie base alone is probably worth 5 stars--super dense, but so moist it almost seemed like cake (in a good way)! Hard to describe and worth trying for yourself if you're a chocolate lover. Great service & friendly staff too!

Great bakery, definitely reccomend the donuts, which were phenomenal. Everything was fresh and tasty.

This bakery is seriously stellar! From wedding cakes to breakfast sandwiches and everything in between - they are knocking socks off. The maple bacon breakfast sandwich was beyond delicious, and the birthday cake cookie was orgasmic - can I say that? It's true! Their donuts are out of this world delicious and they make their own bagels! Staff is so friendly, owner Morgan is so nice and accommodating. You can tell this bakery is a labor of love and her passion. There is limited seating inside but grab a table if you can because it feels like a slice of heaven in a book shop or garden cafe.

Morgan made our wedding cake last month and it was amazing! We never met her in person but she was extremely nice and helpful in deciding exactly what cake we wanted. We chose to pay for some sample cupcakes before we chose our final combination. We went with a vanilla cake with a seedless raspberry jam and champagne buttercream. I wish we had a photo of a slice of the cake but it looked and tasted great!

What a great experience! I found this place on Reddit after searching best cinnamon buns in RI. I also loved that it is across from a teal strip club. The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable, everything I have tried so far is outstanding. Only problem is, they were sold out of cinnamon rolls. I'll be back next week....earlier. /

Whisk Me Away is literally a hidden gem. While frequenting another local business, a friend asked if I knew there was a bakery in the same building...I had no idea. Then she showed IT to me...lol...the biggest, puffiest, arguably prettiest donut I'd ever seen. I immediately popped over and was greeted by a warm welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. The pastries sell themselves, but I'd return for the great environment. I wouldn't mind meeting friends or clients for coffee here. The cafe space is just the right size to sit and enjoy a bite and some coffee. The menu offers savory pastries and sandwiches for those who prefer salt over sweet.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Baby! birthday cake!

We ordered the Chocolate Peanut Butter Baby! Cake for a birthday party, and I have to say it's the best cake I've ever ordered. Our guests couldn't stop gushing and the birthday boy was in heaven. The peanut butter filling was so good I wanted more. Everybody was so nice at the shop when we picked it up and I really appreciate the directions on the best way to serve the cake, it made a big difference! I'm looking forward to trying more of their incredible offerings! I highly recommend taking a trip to this bakery...so totally worth your time!

INCREDIBLE would be an understatement! We hosted our daughter's baby shower this weekend and Morgan & her team made the cake topper, cupcakes and cake pops. There was not ONE left over and I ordered more than enough. We had a variety of cupcake flavors: Strawberry cake w/strawberry vanilla bean swirl, Banana cake w/chocolate, Chocolate w/chocolate peanut butter, Red Velvet w/raspberry, Vanilla & caramel and Carrot cake & cream cheese. For the cakepops we had funfetti cake with dark chocolate and some with white chocolate. Our guests absolutely LOVED the desserts! I could not be more pleased and will most definately be ordering desserts for future parties. Thank you Morgan & team - you did an outstanding job!!!!!!

I've been enjoying their sweets for three years now! The first sweet I ever tried was the blondie. It has its own cult following, it's so good! Great flavor of brown sugar with a nice texture. It's their staple product. Soon after, I tried the donuts. These are top notch quality! I often get the coffee glaze, used with Borealis coffee. Seriously, can't beat that coffee glaze. These donuts are super fluffy. I even asked for a special order of a donut cake for my birthday! Ate it all myself haha. They offer mostly sweet, but they do have a savory bun and biscuit that change weekly. I love them both, definitely the biscuit. It's great alone or as a sandwich. The ham and cheese might be my favorite. The saltyness of the ham is great with the biscuit. The cheesecake is thick! I really like it slightly chilled or out of the freezer! You can't go wrong with this one. It's not too dense and the flavors change often! Whisk Me Away has done a few collaborations with other businesses. With Ming's, they did a donut chicken sandwich and biscuit chicken sandwich. With Kow Kow, they added their funfetti cake crumbs to a bubble waffle. Seriously you must visit this bakery. I'm so glad they have a brick and mortar now. You are always greeted with a smile, and I love to visit!

Let me just say, that both were rich, high quality, perfectly prepared, and amazing. I really don't think you could go wrong with anything you order here. I wasn't in the mood for coffee, but my friend enjoyed a nice cup of hot tea. At first I thought the prices were a little high, but after I considered the high quality of the ingredients anad the generous sizing, I think their prices are right on target. The cafe eating area is spacious and is perfect for conversations or quiet work. The entire cafe is super clean and the employees were friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back!
