Disappointing bagel shop. My friend and I stopped here to pick up a bagel on our way to the beach and while the menu looked promising with the options, the bagel itself did not hit the spot. I got a bacon, egg, and cheese on a spinach bagel and the contents were lacking. The bagel was not well toasted and just not a good bagel in and of itself. I like their bagels a lot but some of the staff are extremely rude. When I was in the drive through I was a little far away from the window and the lady talked to me as if I was stupid telling me if I stayed like that then I needed to get out of the car to pick up my food. There's no need for that, just ask me to pull up a little and be kind! That particular staff member was very unpleasant and rude even following that interaction. my boyfriend and I are visiting providence from boston and wanted to try some local spots and found this close to our hotel. I got the sesame bagel with garden veggie cream cheese which was phenomenal and 10/10 perfect ratio of cream cheese to bagel. some bagel places smear on an inch thick layer of cream cheese and that's just nauseating. this was perfect bf got a spicy sunrise which he rates an 8/10 he said it could've had more hot honey and it was a tad dry (but he skipped the cheese that comes w it so maybe it was that) delicious and i'm happy to see gluten free options on the menu. ambiance is cute and cozy and their playlist had bangers, nothing to complain about xoxo read more

The line was a bit long and I think it took longer that if I would had parked and walked inside, but I wanted to check out that experience. They have a nice full menu right in front of the speaker/microphone. A nice lady on the other end, asked me what I wanted, I ordered an asiago bagel, but I was informed that they were out...it was only about 10:30 am.....anyway......I asked for a garlic bagel and shortly after I was at the pick up window getting my garlic bagel and bacon/scallion cream cheese. The bagel was delicious, it had a nice strong garlic smell without being overwhelming. The cream cheese was nice, not too strong of a bacon taste, but I think I still like the jalapeño one the best. Get in and get out or don't even bother getting out and just order in your car. The lunch options include BLTs on bagels and things like that. In these bagel places the beverage of choices usually is coffee. Of course they have it here. There's other caffeine options too. Maybe you want something that's cold? They make Razz Bull, which is Red Bull and iced tea. It's $3.99 for a regular. They have blackberry and other flavors too. I had a sesame bagel with the chive vegan cream cheese. It's $4.98 for a bagel with the vegan cream cheese. They load it up. At lunch they have lunch meats and more like actual sandwiches that just come on a bagel. They often are busy so you'll have to wait but it's easier to get wrong orders fixed when you go inside. Avoid the drive thru and just go inside. It's faster often. The drive thru is always backed up and it orders are more accurate when you go in there. read more

We have a tough time finding places where my wife.. Can eat with me and not worry about aftereffects. On last year's anniversary vacation.. We frequented New Hampshire kitchens.. That catered to her Celiac when we dined out.. And there was an awesome bagel place.. So we decided to try a similar venue locally.. The staff were super pleasant.. But struggled with GF questions. The cashier was able to volunteer.. That GF food was oven toasted and not prepared.. In the toasters used for gluten.. And they asked if this was an allergy or preference.. So that they could take precautions. When my wife asked if the cream cheese spreads.. Were individual customer takeaways.. Or common use containers.. The answer came back, common use.. So she had her expensive bagel plain. She enjoyed that and my French toast bagel sandwich. With maple syrup, egg, cheese and sausage was delicious. The emphasis like in a lot of restaurants today.. Was on keeping the drive through fast.. The dining room was clean, but had a broken cabinet. The men's room was clean.. But the door was scribbled on with grafitti. Would I eat there again? If I had a GF dining partner, yes.. Because I expect to pay more for that.. The dining room music was at a volume.. That made hearing the cashier tough.. But she and the one she asked questions of.. They didn't put the bacon that is supposed to come on the sandwich, OR the turkey I requested and for which I was charged. I used to love this place. As a NJ native, who never toasts a fresh bagel, this was one of the closest replicas of what I could get back home. Nice size, great chew, nice crust, good schmear of great tasting cream cheese, and an excellent amount of toppings. Up until 2020 I'd go here a few times a month for an everything on the way to work, and even more often depending on their special weekend bagels, and they were consistently good. I could grab one for that morning and 4 or so for the next few days, and they still had a great texture. Maybe by day three they needed toasting, which at that point is expected. Either way, I was super happy. I'm not sure if it's that they opened too many locations, or the pandemic really changed things for them, but it's rare for me to get a bagel I'm happy with now. All three of the everything bagels I grabbed today were way over baked, with a firm, not chewy center, and sadly this isn't the first time. I will say they still put a lot of toppings on the bagels, which is better than most places, but it's not even worth it. The everything bagels are overpowered by poppy seeds, and the garlic bagel did not scream garlic to me (a half hour later and I have no lingering garlic breath). Their texture used to be so great, but now my hour old bagels are more dense and harder than the bagels I used to eat three days later when I got them years ago. Aside from the amount of toppings, their everything is almost indiscernible from a Dunkin or grocery store bagel. Their special bagels, i will admit are better than their every day bagels texture wise. I'm not sure if it's because it's a smaller batch and they take more care and pride with these, but they have been noticeably different than their every day menu bagels. The only issue I have is I always get the cream cheese on the side so my wife and I can do a taste test on a quarter (as is vs cream cheese) and see what we prefer and the amount they give lately barely is enough for half a bagel. The extra cost of these bagels with the special cream cheese is getting hard to justify It sucks that they have such great, creative flavors, and I love that they have Taylor Ham / Pork Roll (always ask for extra, worth the price), but I really wish they'd go back to the quality and texture they had before 2020. Maybe it is just the everything bagels since that is the most common, they just churn out as much as they can, but even the garlic lacked the distinctive chew they once had. I know most people in this area like toasted bagels, which maybe that's who their catering more to where the quality isn't important. But for the fresh bagel lovers out there, it's getting harder to recommend this place to people. read more

The staff here are super friendly and helpful, as soon as I arrived I was greeted and assisted. I had never been here before, and didn't really know what to expect so I had a couple of questions. Let me start by saying, the portion size of these bagels and the cream cheese are generous! Seriously, the cream cheese is oozing out the edges (in a good, nay great, way) and the bagel was enough for both myself and my SO to share! I opted for an onion bagel with honey walnut cream cheese. My thought being to mix savory with sweet and it was the right decision for us! The onion bagel has lots of onion flakes on top that really give it a nice pop of flavor. The outside texture has a slight crispness to it while the interior is nice and chewy. Not in a 'ow, this hurts my jaw' way, more of a 'wow, that's a nice texture' way. Very nice bagel! The honey walnut cream cheese has just a hint of honey sweetness complimenting the smooth creaminess of the whipped cream cheese. And they really load that cream cheese onto the bagel. Mmmmm, mmm. The savory onion, against that slightly sweet, velvety cream cheese made a delicious balance of flavors and textures. The bagel, is cut in half (like a sandwich) making it easy to fit in your mouth without getting that delicious cream cheese on your cheeks. At the time of writing this review, orders are placed on line, through their website and picked up. Walk-in service is not available. The order page might take a minute to sort out, but they list the available bagel flavors, the available cream cheese flavors an assortment of beverages and so on. Select which location you will pick up from first, then your bagel choice and so on using the tabs at the top of the screen to move from section to section. A couple of things I appreciate about this business (besides the bagels that is) are first the paper bag they use is made in the U.S.A. Thank you for that! It's sturdy enough to reuse if you so choose, and recyclable. Second is the coffee cup is also paper as well as the heat sleeve. These bagels are the BEST! But don't take my word for it... just look at the line of cars down the block waiting to order these delicious bagels. My favorite is the Asiago , but they also have weekend specials. If you don't want to wait in that car-line (and to earn reward points!) you can order from their very own App! Then you can just park, run in & grab your bagels that are waiting for you. They have a "Bagel Bundle" which is what we usually get: 13 bagels and 2 tubs of cream cheese. Oh, I almost forgot to mention the Garden Vegetable Cream Cheese! That is my absolute favorite made with fresh veggies... like, there are small pieces of carrot in it (don't knock it until you've tried it)!
