It wasn't strong enough. The only staff we really interacted with was the person at the register. They were not super warm and bubbly, but they were the only employee working the front of the house and they were consistently busy. I noticed this person was also who made our lattes. Maybe Ritual should consider putting two people at front of house if they are going to be expected to take the orders and make the coffees.
