I had the alignment adjusted on my 2007 Dodge 2500 twice before stumbling onto Network Alignment at the recommendation of the shop that does our other work. Each of the previous alignments resulted in odd steering feel, non-centered steering wheel, no wheel return after a tight turn, and uneven tread wear. Adam called me after driving and inspecting my truck to tell me that the inner and outer tie rods were completely worn out, making it impossible for a fresh alignment to stay in specs. He didn't try to sell me the new parts and said no charge for what they'd done so far. Based on his honesty, I asked him to repair the truck and align it. What a difference! I've owner this truck since new, and it's never steered this well. Kudos to Network Alignment. I'll tell all my friends about this experience. read more

I found this place on Yelp and decided to try it from all of the positive reviews. I took my car in after being told by another mechanic that I had hundreds of dollars of work required to fix my steering. They went through the entire front end of the car and it only ended up needing an alignment. I walked out of there paying $50 and all was working perfectly. I am very impressed and will tell all of my friends about this place. I have no hesitation in taking my cars there for any issues I may run into. They are honest which means a lot to mean since I do not understand cars. read more

We bought a 10 year old motorhome this year and were concerned about the brakes squeaking. Saw Network's awesome reviews on yelp, and brought vehicle in expecting at least front brake job. Also asked to inspect the front end since that was their other specialty. And if that wasn't enough, they agreed to rotate the tires they'd removed to check the brakes! Scott said the front end all looked good; and the front & rear brakes had only minor wear. Said squeaking due to uneven wear between pads & rotors. Could be solved w/ resurfaced rotors & new pads, but unknown how long they would stay silent. Advised me that he would NOT have it done. That was fantastic, I don't care about a little squeaking, just glad to know I've got some brakes on I-17 going down into Camp Verde. I went to pay for all this great work, and Scott wouldn't accept a dime; saying we offer free brake inspection. Astounded I was muttering but, but.. and he shook my hand and walked into the shop. Obviously, they have a customer for life; have to make sure whenever I do make appmnt, that they'll take my money this time. PS: I hope opportunistic creeps don't read this and go in demanding a bunch of free work. The shop must have good BS detectors, or I'd think they'd be bankrupt by now. read more

Referred here by Discount Tire after noticing some uneven tire wear and asking discount to check it out. After checking my truck out the manager that day said, "I'd love to sell you an alignment but you don't need it, your alignment is perfect." When and if I do need an alignment, I will be coming back here. I was impressed with his honesty so I got a quote on replacing shocks and struts and it was a very fair quote. read more

Made an appointment and was in and out of there in the time they said. They checked out my vehicle; let me know what was up and performed the alignment (they didn't find anything else wrong). read more

Came into the shop around 2pm, they were able to fit me in (with a reasonable wait) with no problem. I requested a 4-wheel alignment for my AWD Toyota SUV...Scott asked me what my symptoms were, and I mentioned wear on the outer side of my front tires. They looked at my vehicle, and Scott told me that I only needed a 2-wheel thrust alignment, not 4, as my back axle looked fine. They did the work in about 20 minutes...I was told I had a 6-month warranty, and was encouraged to come back before that time to have it rechecked and realigned if needed. All for 49 bucks. While I was waiting, I also directly witnessed Scott working with an older gentlemen, and he told him that after looking at his car that he didn't need an alignment at all, but that his tire wear was more likely due to an inflation issue...and he told the customer there was no charge whatsoever, not even a diagnostic fee. I was very impressed overall, and I'll definitely be back when I need more work done. read more

Impressed with the quality, speed of service and pricing. More than anything, I was impressed with their integrity. First time in, they could not align due to a few worn parts. They explained exactly which parts, didn't try to sell me hard on getting them changed then and there, didn't charge me a dime, and -- guess what -- when I got under the car to replace those parts, every one of them was in the condition they said it was in. I like these guys and will be back. read more

Amazing experience! Thank you Ricky & Terry at Network Alignment, & @DiscountTire for the referral! #greatservice

I have felt like something with my brakes was 'off' for over a year. My truck stopped fine, but it did not feel as smooth or solid as it should. I have had two different shops do a 'trip check' before long road trips, asking them specifically to check the brakes. Both reported that there were no problems. Recently, I started to feel a grinding when braking, and after a day or two I heard a grinding noise. I had a good experience with getting an alignment here, so I had them look at the brakes. The grinding was metal on metal, and no longer safe. They quoted me a very reasonable price for the brake pads and rotors, and fit me into the schedule the same day. When I drove off the lot and tried out the brakes, they finally felt right - almost like I had a new truck again. While waiting for my truck, I heard them tell some customers that they could wait six months, others needed to replace the pads only, and still others needed the pads and rotors like me. I felt like they were giving honest feedback and recommendations to each customer. I trust these guys and will go back when I need brake work or an alignment. read more

I had the tires changed on my Mercedes at a Big tire retail chain. After completing the alignment check and handed me a printout and instructions to take my car to the dealer to have the wheels aligned. I knew that would be expensive so I checked on my go-to place - Yelp.com - for advice. Network Alignment is close to me and very highly rated, so I drove over there on Sunday afternoon. I showed Scott Stockwell the printout from the alignment test, and he asked me "What's wrong with the alignment?" He explained to me in layman's terms that the amount the wheels are out of alignment is negligible, and if he adjusts them perfectly to spec, neither I nor the tires will notice any difference. He assured me they're perfectly alright, and told me to maintain the air pressure to spec and rotate the tires once per year. He invited me to come back for a free alignment check any time I feel there's something wrong, and refused to take a tip for his advice. I feel the excellent reputation this shop has is well earned. Thanks once again, Yelp.com! read more

This place is absolutely fantastic I had to replace my whole front suspension and the guy that did it didn't do a great job so I've had to bring it back to network a couple times try to figure out what's wrong and these guys are spot-on I mean they've helped me figure out every single little problem that it had and like right away and has even warranty my alignment I will never take my car any other place than Network. Thank you you guys are great!! read more

I'm from El Paso Tx and I stopped in because i needed an alignment while I was visiting Phoenix, the website pricing was what drew me to this place. The man I spoke to told me the prices were actually different from what the website said but he honored the price that I saw online. They were quick with the alignment and explained things to me thoroughly. My car is in tip top alignment shape now. Thanks Guys!!!!! read more

I had been told by my Hyundai dealer that my front brakes were at 3 mm and would need to be replaced soon. And after taking a long road trip with lots of canyon and down hill driving, I noticed my front brakes squealing a little bit when stopping. Made an appointment and left my car with Scott at Network Alignment & Brakes today figuring I would need to have them replaced. A few hours later, Scott called to say that I still had 20-25% of my brake pad left and could choose to replace them today, if I wanted to just get it over with, or wait a while longer. He did tell me that there several reasons brakes can squeal, such as vibration. Of course, I opted to wait as I don't do a lot of driving and they'll probably last 6-9 months longer. He cheerfully returned my keys and gave me a quote for when I'm ready. As others have stated, I really appreciated his honesty and not rushing in to sell me something I didn't need right away. I will definitely take my car back there when I'm ready for new brakes. Quote was $33 less than dealer quote. read more

I found this place through Yelp. Had great reviews, so decided to take my vehicle there to have my brakes checked. There's a reason they have great reviews, they are all well deserved! They didn't try to sale me more services than what I needed, were extremely honest about what needed to be done. I paid half the cost of what I have paid in the past to replace my brakes. You won't be disappointed! Super honest and reliable staff! read more

I must disagree with everyone who has said that this place is dishonest. I have had nothing but positive experiences coming to this place, they are in fact honest and have even told me a few times and other people who were waiting that we did not need an alignment and charged us nothing. This is definitely a business I have and will continue to recommend to others. I have also in the past had a dealership do an alignment on my vehicle since it was already there getting serviced and they couldn't even do it right. I had to bring it here to get it done the right way. read more

Check ups are free. The place is super friendly and efficient. Ask for Ricky...he is the man!

After several years of using yelp!, I finally signed up as a user just so I could have the ability to write a review for this place. Adam was amazing. I was visiting from California and had a miserable 6 hour drive to AZ with horrible brake issues. I did not want to drive home with it as well, so I went to yelp! to seek out the best local customer rated place-- Network Alignment & Brakes. Adam was amazing from start to finish. He took the time to provide me with all options, prices, etc. He knew that I was going to have to drop quite a bit of money in one place, so he worked with me in another. He went above and beyond to get rid of a pesky brake light that wouldn't turn off (no charge) as well as fix my steering wheel alignment as a courtesy. He didn't even tell me he did those things, so that shows you how humble he is. He also let me hang out inside until my ride came, which kept him after hours. I am extremely picky with mechanics and even more extremely picky with reviews. Trust your vehicle to Network Alignment & Brakes, you won't be disappointed. Thanks Adam! read more

Went in for an alignment on my Camry and couldn't be happier! Helped out by Adam and he was friendly, quick, and very helpful. Great service at an affordable price. Will definitely be back to this location. read more

So happy that Discount Tire recommended Network Alignment when they thought my daughter's car needed some help. Turns out ~ the car didn't need an alignment at all and Scott was quick to say "on the house" for the cost of that assessment :) Most service industries will figure out a way to take your $$$ ~ not this one. I appreciate Scott's customer service, honesty and integrity. When we ARE ready for any type of repair that Scott will be able to assist with in the future ~ we will take our vehicles to him as he's earned a new customer although he has yet to make a from us yet. He knows the value of going above and beyond the customer's expectations AND he knows how valuable word of mouth is. I absolutely recommend Network Alignment for your cars needs. read more

I had some abnormal tire wear, so I went to the other Network Alignment on Bethany, and they told me that they couldn't align it due to the idler and pitman arms being worn out. I was suspect, so took it to another place and they said the same thing, so I replaced them both. Once I got them off the truck, they seemed fine, but not being a mechanic, I replaced them anyways. I took it to this Network after replacing the parts as they had an appointment available; and they said it couldn't be aligned because the left lower ball joint, left tie rod, and left wheel bearing hub assembly needed to be replaced before it would hold an alignment. He told me they could align it, but it would be out of specs by the time I got home, so there was no reason to charge me for an alignment. They spent quite a while showing me everything and what was happening due to the worn out parts. Sooo, back under the truck the next day and they were 100% correct. The left upper and lower ball joints and the inner and outer tie rod were completely worn out. I'm not sure if the wheel bearing hub assembly was worn out or not, but due to the condition of the other parts, I replaced it as well. I got new tires and went back today for my alignment. My appointment was at noon, and they pulled the truck up on the rack right at noon. I told him my steering wheel was a little off from us replacing the pitman arm, and he said they would look at all the parts I replaced and make sure everything looked good and align the steering wheel as well. An hour later, I was on my way; front end aligned and steering wheel straight. Not being a mechanic, I had no idea what was wrong, but it appears that everything they told me was wrong was right on point. There was no hard sell, and they even gave me some pointers on installing the new parts. Great Job Network! read more

Once again the guys here impressed me. They are friendly, and really experts in vehicles, beyond just alignment. I trust their judgments, and am amazed when they go through all the work of alignment setup, only to be told "no charge" when the alignment is still OK. They will stay in business a long time with their attitude to customers. Try them. You'll like them. read more

To Scott the manager and his entire crew Five big stars. Took my Mother's 1999 Buick Century in for a wobbling feeling in the rear and a sluggish power steering. Left with a rear wheel alignment and a recommendation that I add a power steering stop leak by Lucas to the reservoir. It worked. My Mom is happy again. Thank you Scott and Crew. read more

It's nice to find folks you can trust AND refer to your friends. Can't say enough about the work these guys did. They were fast and they were very professional. They kept me informed as to the progress of the repair and the need for additional work. I will NEVER be going back to Network Alignment and Brakes. They tried to get me to do unnecessary car repairs. I went to get my tire alignment checked out. I was told that they couldn't align my tires because my tie rod ends were wore and that I needed to replace them first. Since I do not know much about auto-mechanics, I am always skeptical and concerned about being taken advantage of. I decided to have a trusted friend and auto-mechanic change my tie rod ends for me. When he took of the tires and got in there to replace them, he said that there was nothing wrong with the tie rod ends and thinks that Network Alignment and Brakes was trying to scam me. read more

I found Network Alignment and it's staff prompt, sincere and courteous. They offered a complimentary inspection without hassle.

terrible! never going here again. took my car in too get an alignment. keep in mind my car is very low to the ground so it's hard to find a place that will do it. finally when it was my turn to go, they get in my car to what i believe put on the rack. next thing i know they drive off onto the street for about 10 minutes. i was furious. You do not need to drive the car until after an alignment. when they came back they put it on the rack and said they couldn't do it because of a pushed in control arm. told me it would be about a grand to order new ones so i look online and they are 60 dollars for both front tires and 80 for the back. Also to come home i find my front lip is all chipped up and scratched probably due to there joy ride. read more

All good. They did what they said, when they said for the price they said... and no surprises. I've been jacked around plenty at repair shops and so am always worried when I take my car somewhere new, but I had no problems. read more

Took my Jeep in for the post-lift alignment. Turned out the alignment was spot on (props to Cutting Edge 4x4 who installed it) and they didn't charge me. I overheard the tech talking to another customer explaining, with a sample part, why they needed to replace a worn tie rod end before they would do an alignment. So again, no charge for unnecessary work and a very helpful explanation. The honesty is refreshing and I wouldn't hesitate to go back even though its a far drive for me. read more

This is another one of the few places that I trust to do the job right. This shop is efficient, honest and fair.

I had been going to Network for a number of years for alignment work and was very satisfied. Recently, a Chevrolet dealer told me (while redoing my front brakes) that my wheel bearing hub was going bad. It was going to be quite expensive to repair and I did not trust them. So, I went to Network and they told me that it was not my wheel bearing hub but my ball joints (especially the drivers side lower) that were bad. They wanted $1200 to redo them all. I went to another shop (Sun Devil Auto) and they verified it was my wheel bearing hub. I got it repaired at that shop and needed new tires. After I got my new tires, I went back to Network to get an alignment check. They told me they couldn't do it because I need my UPPER ball joints replaced. I went to another shop (C&R Tire) and they did the alignment with no report of ball joint issues. Network lied to me twice! Be very careful of these guys! read more

Had alignment done and steering wheel was not centered. Called as soon as I left to tell them and employee took my name for a appointment to fix. When I went in for apointment I was questioned by Scott if I just did it? Why would I call the day it happened to let them know. Then he said I did not have appointment but would fit me in. Then when they said it was fixed, it was the same but on the other side now. I just need to see Lonnie at glendale store to get job done correct with better customer service. Don't have time to go in three or four times to get job done right. read more

Can't say enough good things about Scott and his team! Discount Tire hooked me up with them years ago. My dealer said car needed alignment and wanted to charge me $100+. The owner Scott was awesome and really cares about his work and the work of his employees. I've gone there twice, once when I installed a leveling kit for my truck and once when I installed upper control arms. The first time I went was after I had spent almost two hundred dollars at the dealership for an alignment and waited for four hours. The dealership got it no where close to where Scott got it. When I took it in he told me I was going to need new upper control arms with more adjustment to properly align my truck which the dealership never told me. I would have listened to him if I hadn't waisted my money at the dealership. When I did finally get my new uppers I took it back to Scott and my truck tracks straight as an arrow. Scott and his crew had me out in less than half the time as the dealership and at less than half the cost. I won't trust anyone else with my alignment. read more
