What I love about NetBlazr is that they're a small company, which means lots of direct communication and great customer service. The first time I called I spoke with Tina who was very friendly and helpful. Unlike other customer service people, Tina was actually helpful and called me back multiple times over the course of the next week to figure out my situation and make sure I can get the internet. I also coordinated with Perry who made sure that we got the internet we wanted, as quickly and efficiently as possible. There were some unforeseen delays and the entire team was extremely apologetic and helpful. Bobby came out yesterday to set up our internet even though it was after working hours and it was raining/windy outside- he could've easily come the next day but they had committed and wanted to fulfill their promise. Absolutely the best option in boston for internet access. I wanted to unbundle my services because I watch all of my tv through streaming services and Netblazr did exactly that and more. Super cheap, super fast internet access and great customer support. I had a special request for the installation process and the CEO came all the way out to my apartment to make sure it was done correctly. You simply aren't going to get that anywhere else. Cut the cord when my "intro" Comcast rate went from $89.99 to over $135 for pretty basic cable and internet. Have been using netblazr for almost 2 years and not once have had any kind of issue with anything at all. We have not had internet for 2 days (our entire apartment complex of over 400 units is out if you have Netblazer over Comcast). Customer service is awful, the number provided just brings you to an answering machine. The "reasoning" for the outage is the storm on Thursday but we had internet most of Thursday and Friday - so not sure why the outage would start after the storm. Very disappointed. read more

I've had netBlazr service for a couple of years without any problems at all. Recently I've had various losses of internet service sporadically and for short duration. Nonetheless, frustrating and, at times, problematic. I called and was set up with a trouble ticket. This was quickly followed by a phone call to set us an appointment with a technician. I got email confirmation and in reply asked for a pre-arrival call. Then I got another call to confirm that would happen. Randal called in advance and met me at my door. During the service visit he seemed very knowledgeable yet didn't make me feel not so. He informed me of all the changes he made and made it clear that if I had any further trouble to call or email right away. In his manor and his words Randal made it clear that netBlazr is about satisfied customers. It was a pleasure working with him. read more

I use NetBlazr in Back Bay on Newbury St. in Boston for my data communication connection to the Internet and it works great. I get the service from the top of the Hancock Tower via microwave link. There are no outages (excpet when downtown lost power, but that was not their fault) and the service performs well. They are a great team and installation was simple and efficient. read more

Came home from work the other day to find that I had lost my Netblazr internet connection. Put in a service request and got a call the next morning from the service coordinator who said he happened to have a technician in my building at that very moment and would send him round to check my connection. Unparalleled service and customer support! Representatives came to our condo this week to offer their Concierge service to residents. It sounded great so I signed up right away. They made the connection to the wall jack I wanted without any problems and it's been working well; we've been getting 150 Mbps download and 235 Mbps upload speeds. I cannot begin to say enough great things about NetBlazr, specifically Courtney from customer service and Jerry, the technician who installed the router in my apartment. From the first conversation, Courtney was incredibly courteous, professional, and responsive. Within 15 minutes, I was signed up with NetBlazr and scheduled to have internet service installed in my new apartment. I was totally blown away by Jerry, the technician. He's incredibly personable, professional, and patient. He walked me through the installation process and setup all my devices to connect to the wifi. He also freely gave me ethernet cables to connect directly to the router. But far more important than his technical skills was his incredible personality. Moving can be a stressful experience, but his wonderful smile, energy, and commitment to perfect customer service made this a fantastic experience. Netblazr refused to connect me, for an undisclosed reason, to their network even though I had line of sight to one of their transmitters. On top of that, they were difficult to get ahold of, with very limited hours during the day when someone would answer the phone and no response to a message left requesting a call back. I delayed getting my apartment connected to the Internet for nearly a week in hopes of trying out netblazr, high setup costs and all, and was very disappointed in the end. I have had the 15MBS NetBlazr servie since 9/2014 as a backup to my cable Internet.It has worked great although a bit slower than 15MBS (mostly I see 12MBS up and down). That is still faster up service than my cable Internet. As far as I know it has not gone down and I have not had to contact NetBlazr for any problems. It replaced a 3MBS DSL backup service that was only about $7/mo cheaper. The next time Comcast tries to increase my monthly rate I will be tempted to cancel and switch to the faster NetBlazr service as my primary. read more
