Mannnn, These people are are like no other! I used to come to their old location and I had stopped going recently due to some reasons. I found out they relocated close to their old shop (Actually right next door, entrance is inside of the T-Mobile Store). Just walking in I had a different vibe (Way Better, More Exclusive.) I was greeted instantly, thats one of the few things I care about when I walk into a store. If they don't greet me I feel like thats obligated! Had a good conversation with the store manager (Louis). I like his vibe, he has customer service like no other, with the extra step when I told him I was looking for a specific shoe! The new location is a lot better then the older location they had, Very unique and dope set up. The customer service at NEO was Excellent! Luis and the entire staff was a lot of help! They have a great selection of sneakers ranging from Nike, Jordans, Adidas, just about everything, Great vibes in this store! They had a few Sneakers that I couldn't find in other stores near by or at the mall, I joined their new VIP program as well. I have recommended this store to plenty of my friends and they also enjoy coming here to shop and pick up some shoes, or even just hang out, thats how much of a cool vibe i get inside of this store. read more

This store has a great selection, for both kids and adults. I especially love how many classics they carry--everything from Vans and Adidas to Uggs and Birkenstocks--as well as the best new designs. I got great service there from Simon and Luis, who were both super nice, enthusiastic about their merchandise, and totally helpful with all of my requests and questions (I had a lot because I was buying shoes for myself and my son). The newly and renovated Neo39, now NEO PASADENA. Bought a pair of Jordan's that I couldn't find for the longest. They get all of the new stuff and limited stuff. The place downstairs.... I CANT EVEN EXPLAIN IT ON HERE, you have to check it out yourself. The new store Manager, his name is Luis. Coolest cat I've met by far, his customer service is on point and you can tell he loves what he does! I highly recommend NEO PASADENA. New Pasadena is awesome! They have a bunch of unique styles of dope shoes to choose from that are hard to find elsewhere. I've never had trouble finding my size and they always post new items on their Instagram page, so I would suggest to follow them on Instagram as well. When you go into the store, ask for Simon because he's super helpful and genuine. Super nice guy and will make you feel comfortable while looking for some nice shoes. I couldn't believe my eyes when I seen the old location. I was heartbroken, good thing I seen the sign with the big arrow lol. What I loved about this new location was I was greeted as soon as I walked in, also their customer service is on point! Neo pasadena is a much better version of what neo39 used to be. the location downstairs is extremely cool and they've kept the unique styles and selections of quality shoes. I've camped out for some releases like the Reverse shattered backboard ,the bred 1s , and I recently camped out for the og nmds .Shoutout to Luis the manager for keeping our safety in mind and canceling the release due to people getting rowdy . I really enjoyed the new Neo Pasadena location. Underground shoe stores are rare and now we have one in Dena. Vibe of the store is chill and staff are super welcoming. They have a dentist chair in the store which is peculiar and adds to the uniqueness of the store. I recommend everyone come check out the boutique and purchase sneakers. read more
