But at least we knew that going in. When we arrived, however, the staff gave our group completely conflicting information. One employee told us there were no tables available unless we purchased a bottle. Another told us there was a table available and that we were welcome to sit and enjoy ourselves. A member of our party confirmed that we could sit, so we did. Then, as game time approached, they started forcing people who were actively eating and drinking to move because the tables were suddenly "reserved." Fast forward to the end of the night: around 10:00 PM, we were told we had to give up our table because they were transitioning to the "night crowd." If we wanted to keep our table, we would need to purchase ANOTHER bottle. This requirement had never been mentioned before. We were also not even done with our first bottle. Then came the bill. In addition to a large-party fee (we were six), they added a "late-night fee" despite the fact that it was just approaching 10:00 PM. They also charged us for bottled water after we simply asked for drinking water and were never told there would be a charge. The food was good, and the atmosphere was fun, but the lack of transparency and the constant attempts to add unexpected charges left a bad taste in our mouths. It felt like they were looking for every possible way to increase the bill rather than provide an honest customer experience.
