Andy (ND) is the best kind of person to do business with. He's highly competent, efficient, and personable. His (very affordable) service was worth every penny and more. After fixing my water-damaged computer he said, "See you next time, but hopefully not too soon." He's right, he WILL see me next time. Great dude. read more

The computer's repairman was so nice and an ethical person. He checked the price for my laptop's keyboard and said it would cost a lot and suggested a better cheaper option and he didn't charge me a dime. He care about the customer's pocket instead of his own pocket. Will totally refer him to all my friends and families if have computer problem. read more

I never write reviews, but felt I had to for this one. We used ND Computers for the first time yesterday and I have to say, we are sold. We called Andy around 4pm yesterday about a printing issue and he told us to bring the computer and printer in. He said he'll take a look and let us know. He said he closes at 7pm. He called us around 7:30pm to say he was done and told us to pick up the computer. He is the nicest guy! He explained everything to us patiently and even gave us an antenna and cable. I said I would pay him for those items, but he just gave them to us. He didn't rush us at all, even though by now it was almost 8pm. We had been using another repair guy, but will definitely be coming back to Andy. His price is very reasonable and he is just so accommodating. Wish we had found him sooner. read more

Andy was amazing. Cracked my Lenovo work laptop screen and needed to get it fixed ASAP. Called Andy, explained the situation and he gave me a price quote over the phone. The business is located right next to Ultrazone on Main Street, and you can tell Andy is legit based on all the random computer parts scattered throughout his workplace. Don't worry, it's controlled chaos! read more

Took my laptop in to get fixed, cost me 140. Didn't keep things they way I had them. Had to re download somethings and the thing that sucks the most is I'm still having the problem! Called him and told me that I probably needed a new battery since mine was dead. Looking at YouTube it looked like that was the cause of my problem. So 140 for changing my laptop around. read more

I found my old laptop when moving apartment and wanted to retrieve the data from it. It doesn't work, so I bought it to here. Andrew is very helpful. Not only the repair fee is lower than I expected, the service is unbelievably good. My laptop is unable to repair, so Andrew take the hard drive out and put it to another newer model laptop without charging me extra. 10/10 will come back if any computer issue and highly recommend to others. read more

My laptop had a water damage and other place recommended me to ND Computers. This place is a pro for problems and I believe Andrew is a specialist. I listened to how Mr. Andrew helped another customer so patiently and answered the questions thoroughly. He quickly ordered a motherboard and gave me a very good and affordable quote for part and repair. I went to check about my laptop after some time and found that the new motherboard was not working so he had to order another one. The next day, he called me to pick up. The price was wow, cause the motherboard costed a lot. My laptop has come back to normal. Amazing! For trustworthiness, speed, value, price, it would not disappoint. 10/10 read more

My computer monitor went to "sleep" while was working and never came back. I have changed the cable and the monitor but no luck. Base on Yelp reviews, I took it to Andy and he was able to test it immediately. Although no work was done because the monitor was working again while there and has been working ever since, I will definitely return for future services for Andy's friendliness and professionalism. read more

I have two stripped screws in my optical bay of my MBP 2012. I wanted to replace the optical bay with OWC data doubler. However, these two screws really stopped me. I tried a lot different places, but only Andy can remove it. Really appreciate a man who can solve problems. read more

What can I say about ND Computers but the greatest! Last week my smoking ASUS P6T DELUXE V2 (LGA1366) Intel Core i7 Bloomfield large tower that I have probably put over 4k into would not power up. Even though I built this system myself 4 years ago with the help of Andy telling me to upgrade my video cards for which I did this system is still so awesome that I cannot build a new one that would be any better. So the other day when I could not get it to power up after trying everything like switching and taking out cards all it would do is come on for one second and turn off, including even when I would use the power switch on the motherboard. So I took it to Andy thinking that it was probably the motherboard shorted out and the first time Andy went to turn it on it did the same thing for him with Andy thinking the same as me also that it probably was the motherboard. Now I was concerned that I would have to go and try to find a new ASUS board that would work with all of my parts because I'm sure that they still do not have this available anymore and thinking that who knows if I be able to even find one on eBay (for which checking right now on eBay they are selling for more than what I paid). So then the second time Andy hit the power button it came on and has kept coming ever since. Now I know that it might sound crazy but Andy has the "Magic Touch" even though we discussed that there might be a problem in the power switch (along with last week that there were sunspots and my thinking that it's known to cause problems in electrical components) we felt that I should keep an eye on the power switch. In closing I also feel that it was nature forcing me to go up and see him, as I had three laptops that I needed repairs & upgrades done on for which Andy is the best one to work on them and I feel blessed just to have him there! read more

Just about every shop I contacted would not repair my Hannspree 13.3 tablet. He looked at it and then requested I leave it there so he could maybe fix problem. Problem fixed and the price was so inexpensive as opposed to sending to office depot or fry's. Great work! read more

Got great help and Andy fixed my laptop and did a great job - replaced the motherboard. It would have cost at least double of what he charged and more elsewhere and he was local so it was easy to deal with him - took a week, not long. Friendly, courteous and he has a good sense of trying to help people with their digital stuff. Good place to go - I'll be back read more
