I set up a routine visit, you pay with cash or Cash App, they do mani-pedi's as well, and weekdays seemed to be preferred for appointments as they have a lot of people who come in. Will go again.

I usually make an appt online, but even the times I have walked in, I have not had to wait more than 10 min. They remember all of their customers and everyone is so nice. The services are the best! Again, the literal WALLS of color choices is unmatched by any other salon I have been to, gel or regular polish! This past weekend I received a regular polish mani (natural nails) and pedi and it was $65.

I was completely blissed out. The aesthetic of the salon is bright, open, and clean. There are bathrooms and a water fountain; I felt very comfortable during my 2+ hour stay. The front salon area is quite open so I think it would be possible to comfortably maneuver a walker or wheelchair here if you wanted a manicure. I got a full set with Danny, and he did a fantastic job! Just a great all-around experience. I love my stilettos and look forward to returning in the future.

Just walked out of this salon with my fills half complete…read more I have been going to this salon for years but today the owner, John got upset with me because I asked for some new nail polish colors. I have mentioned their color selection was not the greatest in previous appointments. I tip very well and also get pedicures from John's wife. I also have anxiety over the drill, I trusted John so I continued to go to this salon despite their color selection. Once I brought my own nail polish for a pedicure and I was told I had to use their polish, so I never brought in my own polish again. Today, I mentioned I would like some new colors and John blew up at me...he began saying "we have over 1,000 colors to choose from and you can't find one I like". I pointed out to him the green, yellow and oranges bright colors are not my cup of tea. The argument escalated...I told John I had previously brought in my own color and was told I had to use their color. John basically called me a liar because I could not remember which girl had told me this. In all honesty, my nails never looked that great anyway. My cuticles were always very dry, he never used cuticle oil and my nails were not the same length. Also, many times, including today,I had to wait for 20 -30 minutes despite having an appointment. I told John to cancel my pedicure with his wife for today due to how he was treating me. John relayed the message but not in English so who knows what he said.

Unfortunately, Monday was NYD, so I called on each day that week, trying to reach someone. Nobody answered each time I called, it was frustrating! By day 5, I had three nails that had chipped paint and two more that had very tiny chips in the corner of my nails. I've never had such a horrible experience with gel polish in my life. It's safe to say that I won't be returning.
