I was doing work on my laptop when the nail tech decided to put the hottest wax I have ever experienced on my foot Well I was almost in tears asking her to please take this off unfortunately, she cannot understand English well. I was trying to take it off myself and slipped my foot out realizing it was stuck in there then I begged her for cold water on my foot. it took the top layer of skin off of my foot I thought at first just my toes, however the swelling and redness continued. The entire process was so completely ridiculous from the point of the scolding heat from the wax to the nail technician telling me to come up front to pay for my pedicure while I couldn't even put a shoe on. ALEX, THE OWNER SPOKE IN A DIFFERENT LANGUAGE WITH HIS EMPLOYEES SO I COULDN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT WAS BEING SAID! front counter to pay. He actually told me finally the wax was just overheated without asking how I was without taking a look at my feet. When the women wanted to look at my foot, he finally got so angry This is when he yelled at me two times to get out!! LITERALLY THE OWNER OF THIS SALON ALEX!!
