I am particular with the shape and length of my nails and she was extremely patient and very kind with me. I'm not from the area but if I'm ever in town and need my nails done, this is the place I will go :) the entire staff was extremely friendly and the spa was beautiful and very clean!

However, the pedicures were kind of lackluster and my husband said his was kind of rough. He had the Blossom Pedicure which is their top service. I wish they massaged a little bit more for my basic pedicure, overall the service just seemed rushed. The massage chairs they had were nice and comfy at least. While getting the pedicure and explaining, I can't have anything hot on me because of my multiple sclerosis. I was doing work on my laptop when the nail tech decided to put the hottest wax I have ever experienced on my foot Well I was almost in tears asking her to please take this off unfortunately, she cannot understand English well. I was trying to take it off myself and slipped my foot out realizing it was stuck in there then I begged her for cold water on my foot. it took the top layer of skin off of my foot I thought at first just my toes, however the swelling and redness continued. The entire process was so completely ridiculous from the point of the scolding heat from the wax to the nail technician telling me to come up front to pay for my pedicure while I couldn't even put a shoe on. ALEX, THE OWNER SPOKE IN A DIFFERENT LANGUAGE WITH HIS EMPLOYEES SO I COULDN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT WAS BEING SAID! front counter to pay. He actually told me finally the wax was just overheated without asking how I was without taking a look at my feet. When the women wanted to look at my foot, he finally got so angry This is when he yelled at me two times to get out!! LITERALLY THE OWNER OF THIS SALON ALEX!! My foot is now bleeding, Unfortunately, alex told me to get out. When a woman asked if I was OK, Alex stood up and and yelled, get out of here again to me. I usually make an appt online, but even the times I have walked in, I have not had to wait more than 10 min. They remember all of their customers and everyone is so nice. The services are the best! Again, the literal WALLS of color choices is unmatched by any other salon I have been to, gel or regular polish! This past weekend I received a regular polish mani (natural nails) and pedi and it was $65.

we have been going here since they opened, and sadly the service has just been getting worse and…read moreworse. we loved coming here, and would often return every weekend or every other. well, I took my mom here last weekend and we both got a full set and gel pedicure. my moms pedicure took an hour and 45 minutes... first off, this has never happened here before. I dont know if thats normal to some, but usually at most it's 45 mins. I was getting my pedicure and all was well until the worker sliced his glove and my foot with the callus tool. I let him know he sliced my foot, and he said "oh no, that's not from me." I called back the next day and let them know and the worker said to come in and they could fix it... I'm not sure what there is to fix, but definitely not happening haha. I really enjoyed coming here and I sadly won't return because I hate when people cannot take accountability for their actions. A simple apology would've kept a long time customer.
