I was originally put with this man who didn't speak english and couldn't understand a word I was saying. He started working on my nails and filed them all incorrectly before I was switched to another lady. As you'll notice in the pictures, one nail was extremely crooked and another has a long black hair stuck in the polish. My advice to this salon is if you're going to have someone doing nails, please make sure they know what they're doing because you'll continue receiving bad reviews and lose good customers.

It looked ok at first other than some of my old black dip showing through that wasn't entirely removed..but then a couple days later I started getting a lot of lifting and my nails would get stuck in my hair..I hate that feeling!! I wouldn't complain if it were a couple weeks, but days?? So I went back after 5 days only to get attitude. I also didn't like how spotty the white was - it was uneven and bumpy (difficult to see in pics). She told me that's normal. Um, no it's not! I've been getting dip regularly for a few years and ombré several times. The application was different from what I've gotten in the past, but I decided to give it a chance. She applied it as if I was getting the old school acrylic nails. A true ombré dip is not done this way. Upon trying to fix, she ground my nails thinner which left them more opaque. Such a crappy job, I'll never go here again and have told my friends.

As clients you wouldn't have a business , you're on your phone while we get our nails done, plus your constantly talking with each other, we're the paying customer, learn some business ethics, you need to take a class on how to treat people, the reviews spread fast. Every technician that has done my nails at Pearl's Nail Salon rushes! They have burned me and cut me on numerous occasions. Usually because they're talking to the person next to them and not paying attention. They never say they're sorry or even acknowledge it for that matter. I've had four different people in the last six months do my nails. Interestingly, enough, each nail tech applied the dip differently. And I mean a lot differently. From how many coats of polish they use to whether or not they put you under the lights to dry or have you air dry them. When questioned about it being different from previous nail techs, Each nail tech would talk bad about the one another and say that their technique was better. Two of the times in the last three months I've had five nails fall right off and they were my nails! They broke off because the nail tech put so many layers of dip on my nails they couldn't handle it. The straw that broke the camels back for me today was when they sent me three notices of what my appointment time was, today. I scheduled a 4pm appointment. At 2 PM they sent me an email and text that said my appointment was at 2 PM! Then I received another email and text shortly after telling me, my appointment was at 4 PM, then shortly after that I got a notice that said my appointment was at 5 PM. No one at the store was answering the phone. I called over 20 times. When someone finally answered, they told me my appointment was for 4pm and I should never follow the texts and emails. I should just go with what I scheduled or call the store. I explained to her how many times I had called the Salon and got no answer. She said oh well I need to cancel your appointment now because it's after four so you can call back and reschedule if I'd like to. Needless to say, I hung up on her. I'm not sure if this place can get any more unprofessional. I truly think they have forgotten who the customers are.
