If I could leave ZERO stars I would, this place is TERRIBLE. Went to get nails soaked off and they literally ripped my nail beds to the point I'm bleeding under my nail and the skin was ripped from my nail. She didn't even soak them- said it would take too long (lazy) and shoved a tip under them to rip them off. I was shaking and in so much pain, kept saying it hurt and she kept going and talking in another language. Then had the audacity to tell me I still had to pay for the removal! I just recently moved in the area & was looking for a nail shop closer to home, after being with my current teach since middle school & NQ nails was legit walking distance so I decided I'd give them a try. KYE had did my feet, he was so sweet & gentle, also gave my nice massage was well lol hands felt like heaven. While getting my feet done, MIL had taken my nails off and prepped me for my new set which made the process go by a lot faster. MIL had told me "show me a picture of what you want and I'm going to do exactly that." And when I say my girl ate down, she ate downnn. I loveeee my nails & toes soooo much. I am SO PICKY & PARTICULAR when its comes to my nails especially on shape & length. and I had to tell her but 1 time what I wanted. I love this place! My friend and I came here and she got very dizzy and passed out in the storage room (mistaking it for a bathroom). The staff was very comforting and helped her up and gave her a bottle of water, they then went on to finish her nails, they look great!!! Very friendly people who do a great job!!! read more

Run away! Originally walked in and only 2 people were working. They asked if we could come back in an hour so my friend and I got an early dinner next door... No biggy since it was a Monday and it may be considered their slow day...?! Well.. I should have just went somewhere else. We were just getting pedicures but everything they did creeped me out... - No liners on the foot tub & they didn't clean them before soaking our feet or after. - Tools used we're just sitting in the basket. Nothing was freshly sealed and opened in front of you -- so who knows if they were cleaned properly from the last client. - Pedicure massage was nonexistent. Don't know why I didn't just leave. Basically paid for a foot bath and nail polish. Hopefully we didn't pay for a fungus with how unprofessional everything was done. This place needs to be inspected. Got my nails done here for the first time and it will definitely be the last. I got a shellac mani and a regular pedi. I left with blue still around my nails because she couldn't remove all my basic polish from before. I left with shellac around every finger skin included and was told she couldn't get it all off because my nails were short. Never in my life have i left a salon with nails looking worse than when I went in. Absolutely horrible customer service and even worse job. A complete waste of $55. read more

I use to go to this place all the time to get fill ins and etc. the place is always clean and friendly, but i thinks hat some of them really take their time to try and make you happy with the results. There are a few workers who rush when someone else walks in, I'll end up leaving with a nail that doesn't match with the other side but it happens rarely when I go. They make small conversations with you and overall I really like this establishment and I think they're doing a fantastic job. I will be back soon read more
