I'm leaving for vacation tomorrow and stopped in for a pedicure. I've been growing my nails out for the first time in my life. I know it's gross but I usually pick them when I'm feeling anxious. I had one heck of a week and felt so proud/accomplished for growing them out! I wanted them nice and long for my trip so when I sat down I said "please keep as much of the length as possible". I soaked for maybe 4 seconds. Then first thing he did, cut off all my growth. I almost started to cry. Not to mention, he's been huffing and puffing the whole time like me being here is an inconvenience. Seriously what is that reverse moon shape?? This place sucks. They don't listen to instructions and huff and puff when asked. My gf told the nail technician to not cut any length, and they immediately cut a drastic amount of length. I requested a pedicure, and it was great. The gentleman tech did a beautiful job - smooth lacquer, great cuticles, very good foot massage. While trimming my cuticles, it felt like a butterfly was walking on my toes. Efficient movements, great technique, immaculate space, tons of nail lacquer colors. Recommend. read more

DO NOT go here. My first time ever going to this place to try it out and I left with my nails unfinished. I went in asking for designs on my nails. The guy nail tech was very impatient and got angry at me. He wasn't able to do my design (which is fine) but he refused to do MY nails the way I wanted and painted them how he thought they should be. He wouldn't listen to anything that I asked. He involved his boss in it when he wasn't understanding what I was asking. The nail tech made me feel uncomfortable because of how angry he was and I ended up asking him to just take my polish off. After I said I wanted to leave, he insisted that he keep painting my nails when I didn't want him to. I paid for what he did do which was a fill and fix a broken nail and left. Worst experience I've ever had being at a nail salon. Do not go to this place. They are not very understanding at all. read more

The process was painless and my nails aren't totally jacked like they were the last time I had them removed with nothing put over the top. I've been coming here for months, and today I was charged $5 additional for a matte top coat and $5 more for color changing polish. I've NEVER been charged that much anywhere I've gone. $80 for nails. Naw man. When I was in before a lady questioned about her charge as well.. Nope, won't be back!! Thanks but no thanks! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE !!!! Don't waste your money here !!! i came in today for a French manicure/ fill and i showed the man a picture of what i wanted done. Mind you prior to going in my nails were hot pink, So i go in, sit down and he starts taking off my old nail polish but does such a sloppy job, and smears it everywhere and doesn't think to clean it before starting my nails. I have no idea what this man was even thinking the whole time because he was doing the complete opposite and basically doing whatever. While he was doing my nails when i first noticed i said " your gonna wipe away the pink right " The response i got was " it will go away" and processed and tells me to go wash my hands, as if i'm supposed to go wash off what he's messing up! This place knew they messed up because even the manager came over and said something !!! He than takes everything off that he had done so whatever she said made him take everything off and " restart ". They came out the same !! he just flat out did a horrible job ! they charged me $30 and for what? Please tell me what you even did? if anything these people made my nails look worse than what they were before and charged me for something i didn't even ask for !!!! i had a wedding to go to this weekend, that's why i got my nails done. i than said they needed to fix this and make this how i wanted it done. because no way was i walking out that store with those nails. The nail shop has new owners as of 5 months ago, and I stopped in for services yesterday! Tina took care of me because I knew I wanted designs, and she was the perfect stylists for my wants and needs. I got a basic pedicure with white polish and a full set. I had a reference photo for my fingernails and Tina nailed it! I tried out an almond shape for the first time. She did a perfect pink to clear ombré, and we had fun with the design! This place is dirty and old. I walked in and there was a male and female "working"...the woman was sitting on the pedicure chair with a dog on her lap, and the man was sitting across the room. No customers. I had a gift certificate which had expired, so I thought I'd ask to see if they would still honor it; even if I had to pay a fee. The lady said "no" without any consideration (I planned to get services above the certificate amount). Way to lose a potential customer. Go ahead and sit there with your dog, and make no money. This was a pretty terrible experience from the moment I made the appointment. I scheduled an appointment for myself and 2 other people at the same time for early morning during the week. Problem #1, only 2 people work here. When 1 of their regular customers came in while we were getting our nails done the employee didn't continue to help us, instead left us to help them. Problem #2. Rude. There was a miscommunication between the nail tech and my 94 year old grandmother. She told him she wanted her nails one way and my mother tried to explain it. He then got angry and started raising his voice. At that point, she just let him finish his way. They don't listen to what you want, rather talk over you and tell you ok and then do what they want anyway. Problem #3 (this should be #1, but I like to build up the suspense). In my opinion and the opinion of my financial institution with whom I had to place a dispute with against this business, they over charged my debit card without my consent. When I called and confronted the owners over the phone and face to face they claim it was the machine and refused to refund me. I don't believe it was a error with the machine and either did my bank. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this place unless you like to be treated poorly and charged more after they have your card information. read more

I went here under the new management and one of the male techs painted my nails with shellac, did NOT give me a manicure, and charged me $65... this was WITH the 20% off. The price was absolutely outrageous and I could have gone ANYWHERE ELSE and got a manicure AND pedicure for less money. Not to mention, my cuticles look like they were mauled by a bear and I have little cuts/scrapes from him not being careful while using the tools. I WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone. If you're in the area, go to Universal Nails down the road, where you can get a shellac manicure and pedicure for only $60. read more

I'm giving this place a 2, only because of the price. $15 for Shallac, cheap! I went in for Shellac on my nails and they did a pretty good job painting the nails. Went back and had a polish change and the younger woman was peeling my polish off. I said no, no, your peeling a layer of my nail off. She said this is how I do. I kept telling her it has to be soaked off so she put remover in a small glass (like a shot glass) and told me to soak my nails. Then she peeled it off anyways. Five fingertips in a shot glass? Needless to say, I never went back. Shellac polish has to be soaked off, otherwise it reckes your nails. read more
