The staff were nice. The pedicure was great. I loved seeing men clients in the business.

They cut me trying to remove my acrylics with another acrylic nail, cut me trimming my cuticles and I bled. I had the sides and tips of my fingers filed when shaping my nails. There was a BUNCH of extra nail glue on the tops of my fingers and under the nails on the sides. I got nail art as well that wasn't done very neatly. I paid $122 for a set that I plan to get removed and done at another nail salon on Monday. I WILL NOT be a returning or recommending customer. read more

I had an appt. with Tom and when I got there he had some pain in his wrist so he handed me off to another tech., who did a crappy job!! Another customer came in and Tom took her, even though my appt. was with Tom! When I went to pay I was charged $3 for a repair which I never got and the tech who did the bad job was given my change directly without asking me! We have been here now 4-5 times and each time I have had no problem making an appointment, have been greeted politely and they always are ready, so nice, gentle and kind and there's a calm pleasant atmosphere. Kathy was my nail tech for over 9 years! I love her!!!!! HOWEVER, I arrived last Saturday for my appt (I get my nails done ever 2 weeks on Saturdays) and Tom the owner very rudely tells me that my appt was yesterday (Friday) he angrily is saying that I commonly get my dates wrong and that I always have a problem. He's talking shit to and about me to his client saying I have a problem with the wrong day all the time. I have missed a handful of appts in NINE years, I am always early for my appt, I am easy, I tip well. I go to my car in shock at how he spoke to me. I go back inside to make another appt and he's STILL TALKING SHIT ABOUT ME TO HIS CLIENT! I will NEVER return to this establishment. They are always busy and losing me as a customer means nothing to them but I am devastated that it has came to this. I feel like I've experienced a break up. Please double and triple check appts Toms son makes for you, he has more than once messed mine up. Save yourself the humiliation and go somewhere that will respect you! read more

Where do I start!? It starts with that I made an appointment for 10a ( mani/pedi) and yes I got there at 10:10a. I was reprimanded right off for being 10 mins late, loudly from across the "salon"! Then, told I would have to wait between services; which I replied that's fine. She, I think Anna, beings my pedicure. At one point I moved my foot; I have recently injured my knees which I mentioned an injury. She looks up at me and with an angry face and says "what are you doing?" Then, she cut my baby toe while doing my cuticles and it bled. At first she had a hard time getting it to stop bleeding (it's sore now)! At this point I told her I would just do pedicure because I was late. I would not have spent more money there at this point anyway!!!!!!! Side note, they don't use liners in the bowls for pedicure!! After going to get a acrylic soak off, a new set of acrylic with pink and white ombré and a pedicure with white tips. Spent $120 before tip. The pedicure polish was not even and did not notice it did not coat fully on the nail. Then the full set was so poorly done that I ended up with fungus under my nails and had to go to a different salon to get soak off and a new full set. I would NOT recommend this salon for your nails!! read more

The salon was clean and the clients there were great to talk with! It was 30 dollars for a pedicure! I've had a 65 dollar pedicure in Rochester while visiting a friend and dealt with a surly tech. Post covid proceedings are amazing they even temperature scan when you enter!! But other than that this is probably one of the most amazing pedicures I've received. Not only were my nails streaky and uneven polish....I left there bleeding. Went here I believe over two weeks ago now. Got a gel refill I believe? Anyways my nails are still lasting & strong even two weeks later which is awesome. Always a plus when you pay so much you want it to last. I'm new to the area so I was scared to try a new nail place. But I needed a fill. I got gold French tips. The thing I didn't like was the gold tips looked good when started but for whatever reason they covered it over with a pink coat on top & not clear. So it made the golf underneath look like poop. I was too afraid to say anything believe I'm paranoid. But I did like the quality of my nail though I did end up going home & repainting it myself. Since the moment I walked in Tai was making jokes and made me laugh through the entire time. I'm from New York and I'm a bit picky when it comes to my nails. I used to come here a few years ago, it used to be super clean and updated. It's pretty dated and the walls are peeling and have some pretty bad water damage in some areas. They reused the hard pedi scrub on my feet instead of a new one (other places always use a new one). My massage was basically just lotion applied with no rubbing, my polish and nail shape were done pretty well though. They are nice but quiet which honestly I don't mind sometimes. My main issue is the cleanliness with the tools used and the lack of update to the building. For a $25 pedicure I would like to be in the chair longer than 20 min, I just felt like I was in an assembly line. read more
