I was unfortunately very disappointed with my experience. We made an appointment in advance with the expectation that our scheduled time would be honored, but despite having a reservation, we still had to wait a significant amount of time before being seen. It completely defeated the purpose of making an appointment and threw off the rest of our day. To make matters worse, the final bill was nearly double what we had been quoted beforehand. There was little explanation for the price difference, which was both frustrating and unexpected. The staff was pleasant, but between the long wait despite having an appointment and the unexpected charges, the overall experience did not meet our expectations. This nail spa is beautiful. It's quite larger with several smaller rooms of 4-6 chairs to have a pedicure. It would make a great girls outing experience. I walked-in for service and the man working the counter was not very welcoming. His vibe was almost like, why am I here. With as many technicians as they had he acted almost like they didn't have time or space for a pedicure for me. They didn't however find someone and took me back to a pedicure chair. The salon is very clean and the furnishings are gorgeous. When I set in the chair the person began working on me feet. I had to ask if they had different types of pedicures for me to select from. They indicated they only had time to do a basic pedicure while my feet were already in the water. Had I known this I probably would have left because my feet need a little more than basic love. As I proceeded to tell them I was going to pass on having the pedicure done, miraculously they found time to do an upgraded pedicure. I MIGHT give this place one more chance. my wife came in for a nail and toe appointment Aug 6th, and in the middle of having her toes done, both owners began loudly arguing with each other right in front of her. It was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. Eventually, they moved their argument to a back room, where it only escalated and became even more disruptive. Then, completely out of nowhere, she was told to leave--in the middle of her appointment. she didn't even get her nails done. she was just pushed out the door with no explanation or apology. I have never heard of such disrespect to a paying customer. she will absolutely never return, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this business entirely. EVERYWHERE I go people stop me and ask me about where I get my nails done. I always get pink and white tips and pink toes( just so you know I'm not one of those chicks with the crazy designs and super long nails. I get medium length and coffin shaped. I've been here twice now, from the recommendation from Despina, and have been very pleased. My daughter got a full set on the 1st visit and a full-in on the second visit. She opted for the almond shape, which was a slight up charge, but it's what she wanted. I think the price was a little steep, but the outcome was very beautiful. The salon is very clean and the employees are very friendly and welcoming. They are fast and efficient, when it comes to getting your nails and getting you on your way. I definitely recommend making your appointment online, because this place is very busy. I didn't think of that before our first visit, but happily, they were able to squeeze my daughter in within 10 minutes. For her second appointment we made sure to book online, and she was sitting in a chair with the nail technician as soon as she checked in at the desk. I wish they offered a coffee or other complimentary drink for while I waited. It seems like most other places do. I'm not one to get my nails done, but "as a outsider, looking in", I'm very pleased with this place. My daughter has been pleased both visits, and she looks forward to coming back in on future visits. They offer many services, including pedicures and other skin care treatments. Let me start of by saying the management has horrible customer service!!! I have been a loyal customer for over 6 months. My regular nail tech started working there so I followed her. Worst mistake ever! The products they use are very cheap. My nails would break almost instantly after getting them done. I was told by my nail tech not to come back because I was getting to many repairs done on my nails. Their job is to do and repair nails. I can not believe they did not want to repair them for me. I even offered to pay! I will never return here again. The nail tech Tessa and the owner have the worst attitudes. I like to get my nails done with no drama and going there with Tessa was all drama. Beware if you do dip nails as well. I have seen them pouring the powder back in the container after the customer leaves. Disgusting!!! I definitely do not recommend this nail salon!!!! As other reviews have stated the product quality is subpar. I have had the same nail tech for 4 years at 4 different salons and never had as issue with my gel bubbling, peeling, chipping until he started at Lexi. I hate to leave him but I am being told that they don't know what to tell me because it's only happening to me although reviews prove otherwise. I was told to stop using black which has been my primary color of choice for years. I just got my nails done green on Saturday and they are peeling already 48 hours later and still wet. I went back 3 times before saying screw it and walking around with shitty nails after the all black matte then shiny nails. Of course no refund has been offered and no discounted services for my waste of time and money. I'm highly disappointed because I'm having to walk away from my all time favorite nail tech of 4 years because of Lexi nails. I am glad that others complain about the same issue so I know it's not just me like I'm being told. After 4 years with the same tech and the only change being Lexi nails it's a major issue.
