Do not trust them. They are scammers. My 80-year-old mother purchased a gift card for me for Christmas just like she did the previous year. When I went to use it there was zero balance on it. They tried to say I used it on September 25, which is the day she had actually purchased it. Instead of adding the funds, they pocketed the funds. my mom specifically purchased the card from the male, presumably the owner or manager, who is the one that refused to make it right. Him trying to say I used it on September 25 when I don't even get a pedicure but once a year and would have been working that day further proves his error. Not to mention the very specific amount of $50. so basically I put today's pedicure on my credit card, which makes it the costliest pedicure I've ever received. He got the money my mom paid for the gift card and the $42 I ended up having to pay today due to their ineptness. So basically a $92 pedicure plus a tip. Never will return. Feel terrible for my poor mom being taken advantage of like that. I told them they should check their financial records from September 25, but of course they're not going to. They could also probably check any surveillance cameras to prove my mom came in and purchased the card that day, but I know they won't do that either. It's all part of their scam I'm sure. Do not trust them!!! read more

I come here occasionally and have only had one bad experience, and that was because it was a newer technician that took way too long. This time I got Tu and he did a very thorough and detailed job on my Gel manicure. They seem to have mostly male technicians at this nail salon and I think I've only had a woman do my nails one time. The selection of colors seems to have increased over the last year so I'm sure there is a color for everyone!! read more

Son in law bought me and my daughter a gift certificate. So we made an appointment together. When we arrived we were asked to pick a color and wait. OK no biggy. My daughter asked about dip nails and was told they were too expensive. Wow, so judgy. So we stuck with gel polish. Why bother giving them extra money. Anyways, I was told to take a seat in a pedi chair, my daughter was still in the waiting area. Now, let me clarify we booked appointments together. As my toes were getting done they sat her to get feet done. Why bother making a joint appointment if they don't keep us together. I was done with my toes and nails and she just finished up with her toes. We wanted to do this together. Not to mention the person that was working on her was on the phone the whole time. He was on Facebook, my daughter could see his messenger account. I had a different person for my toes and nails. Neither spoke to me and just talked in their native tongue to the other workers. We were never offered a drink, or how ya doing. We will not be returning. Oh and a side note it's only been a week and 3 days and my gel polish is peeling off my nails. Ugh read more

I've been coming here for about 20 yrs. NEVER had a problem getting in for an appointment or even if I walked in. But since new ownership, they are not willing to accommodate. Even if I suggest waiting, they frown on it. I always give more then 20% tips also. I'm very disappointed. But, I can say they do a good job, when you can get in. read more

From the moment we walked in the door, Pro Nails was anything but professional. The woman receiving us couldn't find our appointment in their book. We were then asked if we'd like to come back in an hour. Then she changed her mind and told us to stay. The next woman asked which services we were getting. She then grabbed my hands and tried to up-sale me (I get it, but she was abrasive- not the spa experience you should receive). We were then seated and received our services which were adequate-no complaints. In fact, I really liked the massage chair and my technician gave a great leg and foot massage. My daughter's nails turned out so cute, too. The worst part of the experience was at check out. My daughter and I received a gift certificate from my work family for Christmas in '19. I was going through treatments and surgeries for breast cancer and they wanted to do something special for us. COVID-19 only complicated things as my immune system was already shot. Going to a salon just wasn't an option for us until now. We were so excited to make this appointment. It was all we talked about for the week leading up to it. When I handed over the G.C. the technician frowned and brought it to the loud man at the front of the salon (owner? manager? In any case, he seems quite proud of himself.) He said it was expired. The G.C. only had the date (12/19) of purchase. We went in 1/21. I was also holding the list of services and said there was no indication of any expiration and explained that it was a gift. He said in a huff, "Well it's expired. I can give you half. I don't care. You can take it or not." and he threw the GC on his table. All of the customers shifted uneasily and his staff became uncomfortable. I picked up the GC, handed it to the poor young woman behind the register, and paid out of pocket an extra $30. I also tipped our techs per usual. I realize no one knew our backstory. I don't feel it is necessary for a business owner to know all of this to behave appropriately and graciously with his customers, especially first time customers. My point in writing this, my first ever negative Yelp, was to save anyone else the grief we experienced and impress upon the owners of Pro Nails, the importance of gracious and friendly customer service and also clarity in policies. Needless to say, we won't be returning nor will anyone else with an ounce of self respect. read more

After over a year I finally decided to get tips and shellac here because of the convenience of the location. The guy was a little rough and I didn't say much although I felt some pain at times. Have been a fairly regular customer for two years. Last weeks technician did a not do a great job. I went in to ask them to correct what made my toe nails hurt and was told that it wasn't their problem. Convenient or not, I'll be taking my dollars elsewhere. Customers aren't event considered in this place. Serving wine doesn't make you an upscale place. Service and cleanliness aren't priorities. read more

Went in as a walk-in since I had never been there before, specifically said that I wanted a fill-in with Gel. Gentlemen that was assigned to do my nails spoke very little English. The woman sitting next to him said to me "you want shellac" I said NO, just gel powder. There are NO signs anywhere in the salon that shows service prices. I asked what the costs were and she said $20 for a gel fill-in and $30 for a pedicure (stated you get the "works" for the $30 pedicure) I was looking for a color similar to what I currently had on, and the gentlemen brought samples over and I picked one out that was close. My nails and toes were done, I tipped the gentlemen generously,(paid for the "works" but it was not even close to what I've paid for the "works" at other salons- was not even given any callus removal) - went to the counter to pay- was told it was $65 - I said no, I had Gel and a Pedicure, the manager said "No, you get shellac-I continued to say NO, I asked and said I wanted a GEL fill-in. I paid the difference (it is not about the money-its about not having signs posted and not having people that understand what you said you wanted) Manager continued to argue with me. This is a very clean place. The employees are friendly. I got the best pedicure I have gotten in a very long time.
