Have not been able to have a full set since being on breast cancer prevention treatment. however, I had a family graduation to attend and wanted to treat myself. To my surprise my nails an entire month even through rigorous housework and having my hands always in water doing dishes or cleaning.along with doing yard work. i also treated myself to a pedicure since it has been years since I had one of thisr and my feet rreallt needed hood massage and my toes needed some color on the toes with wearing sandals. LD Nails was a great experience with professionalism, gentleness and friendliness. I highly recommend this salon for all your nail needs rather it be toes or fingers! read more

I got an AMAZING pedicure here. I also got my nails done with dip. I love the chrome finish on top of my nails. One thing that could be improved is the color choosing process - a lot of the color options were mixed in together and it was hard to read the number on some of them, which happened in my case and I ended up getting a color slightly different than what I had found in the bin. The shop was comfortable and busy the whole time I was there, which says something about a place. Everyone was very nice and many people came in requesting "June," so she seems like a good popular choice if you are looking to book with someone specific. In my case, I was a walk in and I appreciated them getting me in and done in a timely fashion. read more

Basic pedicure was not at the same level of quality as other establishments. I felt it was a repetitive service. Nothing custom. I work in the industry so I know the difference between going through the steps and motions instead of focusing on the clients needs and customize to them. read more

I love my nails! I'm very impressed with the quality of work and the care taken by the gentleman that did my pedicure and nails. The young lady that did the flowers was also amazing! Also, the price was reasonable! Unfortunately, I did not get the gentleman's name (please let me know who it was). I will definitely be going back! read more

Nail tech at the first table by the acrylic wall was moving as of she's a plant worker digging her nail into my skin as she wiped off the old polish. I've been in a little pain while getting my nails done with the drill but never have I ever been in pain while taking polish off. I told her I don't want her to do my nails because she was hurting me, she act as if she didn't hear me so I said OAKY and she said ok after I got up since I was first here I assumed she'll put me in the next open seat, but her pride comes before customer satisfaction, 4 people came in after I was waiting for the next worker. she sat 3 of them down so now I'm waiting on the 3 people I was hear before to finish up. read more

More like a 3.5. So everyone is really nice here, but I don't recommend walk-ins unless you are okay waiting. They don't have a large staff and if you want to get in/out with a counterpart, most likely one of u is going to wait. I will def. make a reservation next time. Pros: 1) Line all of their pedicure bins but that is so environmentally not friendly 2) great scrubs, hot towels, and stone 3) sterilized products All and All I will be back and I wasn't in a rush today. But- the wait time for a city girl is just frustrating. read more

My technician Dee is very nice and did nice work. I am disappointed about the price going up every time I visit it seemed. Yesterday I was shocked when he charged $73 for clear pink shellac on my natural (very short nails) and polish change on my toes(no pedicure). I won't be returning.. will find better pricing... sad about this. read more

I found LD Nails after searching for a nail salon that's open on Sunday. I've been coming to them for two years, my longest relationship with a nail salon ever because I'm extremely picky! They do great work, the wait can be a little long so I recommend making an appointment or arriving as soon as they open. I'd be lying if I said every manicure I've gotten here was perfect. A newer tech gave me a really bad polish job and the owner went out of her way to fix it herself. She truly wants every client to leave happy and is just a sweetheart and so talented. My husband suffers foot pain due to a bad break years ago and he often joins me here for pedicures, which he loves. I can't recommend LD highly enough! read more

I wish I could give this place negative stars. I came here because this was near my best friends house, and she normally goes to this salon. For starters, I didn't even get to choose my color. The whole time I was contemplating and looking at the shellac colors the employee was standing over me and grabbing everyone i pointed out to my bestfriend. I said one was cute, and he took it and grabbed me as if I was taking too long to choose. He ended up putting one of the colors on my nails that I really didn't want, just was a suggestion to my friend. I know it is my bad for not saying anything here. Next, I got the most rushed manicure of my life. No hand massage, no cuticle trimming, and no water soaks. I got a file down and a polish. that is it. Lastly, THE WORST PART. the manicurist destroyed my nails. This was the most uneven manicure I have ever received. It has now been two days and three of my nails (that have shellac polish on them) are chipped. Also, look at my thumb nail. it speaks for itself. read more

I know my feet are ugly! Anywho... I just went today to get my toes done, just the shellac polish. They're super busy, I'm assuming it's because it is Sunday. The lady was rushing with everything, she used a drill and it felt like she was going to cut me (she didn't though) but overall she was moving very fast. I probably should have said something but I was nervous and they were talking in their language and I felt like they were talking about my toes and how ugly they looked lol. But I'm not sure why she needed to be so rough and fast but all to their own I guess. It was a nice place, they had the film plastic wall things for Covid precaution. The tools that they used to cut my toe nails and the drill bit, I'm not sure if it's very sanitary since she put it right back in her drawer and didn't clean anything but it could just be me. She polished my toes at the desk area and was grabbing my foot/leg a little hard but again I'm not sure if it's just me being 'picky,' I don't really think they should be going hard and rushing, regardless if they're busy or not. I didn't get her name unfortunately, overall my toes look fine it was a very basic ordeal. I just wish it would have been a less aggressive (if that's what you would call it) experience. read more

This place was ok. Conveniently located in a strip mall. Overall good price on mani and pedi combo except that value goes down hill when they actually provide the service. I attempted to make small talk as I always go to make time pass by a bit better and my tech was unresponsive not that she couldn't talk she was just very un-engaging. I made an appointment for me and my friend for her 30th surprise party that evening. We arrived a few minutes before 4pm our appt. time and we did not get sat for about 20 mins. There is quite a confusion with shellac/gel and the up-charge of $35 to $55 for regular polish to shellac is ABSURD! You can purchase a whole set color and top coat of the original shellac polish for $25. They aren't using a whole bottle between toes and hands. Not to mention MOST SALONS use nail polish remover when it gets to the end of the bottle to stretch its use. I opted to have regular polish I wasn't interested in paying the up-charge for an extra week of wear. The water was warm and my tech did use the pumice to remove dead skin, lotion after and hot stones. But it was extremely basic, no real effort was put into it. My toes were painted so quick and I didn't even get a second coat of color. I'm not surprised though. I was moved to the manicure section and although my friend and her tech both started at the same time her tech definitely took her time with her because she didn't even join me for manicure for about 5-7 minutes. My manicure water was uncomfortably low, I struggled soaking my hands. I had also tried to engage in small talk yet again but just got a quick smile and thank you. This made me realize she was just in a hurry and I was just another $20 bill. My tech didn't even ask me what shape I wanted she just squared me off, I'm more of an oval gal myself. I didn't say anything because she wasn't welcoming AT ALL. She cut my cuticles quickly, filed, polished and my nails were done within 5 minutes. No frills here just business. Waited to get my ticket to pay and if you pay by credit card your forced to tip $10 as that is their minimum. All tips should be cash. But this was not made clear on their Yelp page or when I called to book the appointment. I didn't bring cash so my friend spotted whatever left over cash she had to my tech. Sorry not sorry that rush shotty Job did not warrant a $10 tip! This place served its purpose of killing time for the big surprise reveal later that night. I would not go out of my way to visit this place again. read more

I went for a regular fill, once they started they told me i needed a new set which is fine. Definitely the last time going here. read more

Ken did my gel manicure and regular pedicure and he was amazing! Extremely meticulous. I called before I went in to make sure they weren't too busy, and 15 mins later I was seated in a chair having a super relaxing mani/pedi. The whole service only took about an hour. The spa is simple and very neat and clean. Great service. Tip generously and in cash, people!! read more

Worst pedicure I ever got was from here. The girl talked so much to the other co workers and was not good at doing her job at the same time. She barely massaged me when she rubbed me, just slapped the lotion on and went up and down. Then when she got polished on my skin she put clear over it to "wipe it off" even tho it just made it worse. I'm literally the best tipper if you at least pretend to do your job right. Sucks for her. I will never go back here ever. Not even if someone paid for it for me. read more

I will never go back to LD NAILS! The nail techs never sanitize their stations between clients, each station has a build up of old polish and other residue from previous clients and the plastic shields are stained with old polish. never did I think I would have to leave 1 star for this place but after today I am never coming back. I went in to get a fill and it took about an hour wait which I don't mind because it was busy. Once I started getting my nails done I could tell the girl was in a rush. She hardly shaped my nails what so ever and the design was just not it. I always get French tips literally every single time and I always go here never have they looked this bad. honestly just very disappointed and I won't be coming back. read more

Was not impressed. Very unorganized. Nails were very messy and not cleanly done. Glue got all over my fingers. Won't be back.

I would give them five stars for following Covid guidelines and color selection! I visited here on a recent trip to the area (originally from CA). I got a pedicure and acrylic fill. They were busy, I'm sure given their limited hours due to Covid. They only were offering one type of pedicure, not sure if this is the norm. I asked for extra massage and they said of course. My pedicure was great, feet are super smooth! My nails are short and the perfect shape! I would definitely recommend this place! Call and make an appointment! read more

Not even 1 star - this place is terrible!!!!! They got acrylic product all over my daughter's brand new Lululemon leggings and took absolutely no responsibility for it!!! I did not even ask for them to pay for them. or replace them. I merely wanted a suggestion as to what might remove it, perhaps acetone, without damaging the fabric further. They not only would not suggest anything, they called me a liar and said that it did not happen at their salon. Hmmm brand new leggings on, go get nails done, big hard stain on backside of pants! The manager was extremely rude and dismissive. With a nail salon on every corner, I'd think twice about paying way too much here! read more

I walked in the lady asked me what I wanted immediately. I asked how long for a mani pedi. She didn't answer but went ahead and cashed out the lady in front of me. When she was done she went back to her station and started working on someone else. Never answered me. Then two other techs answered for her. I would have waited if the First Lady hadn't so rudely ignored me. read more

LD Nails is legit. Sure... it's not the most luxurious nail salon. Its pretty basic and there doesn't seem to be anything special about them that stands out. But the service and the nail work that is done is where they shine. I can have my shellac on my nails for 3 weeks and there still won't be any chips or lifts. They layer it just right so that its on there for the long run, which I love. I usually go during my lunch break and they get me in and out of there really fast (I hiughly suggest making an appointment ahead of time as they can get busy). I also have had everyone there do my nails at least twice and they all rock, you cant go wrong. read more

Two days ago, i went to have a pedicure and arcylic fill.I'm not satisfied with the way she has done to me. She started working with me until she paint abuot 20 minutes. When was she filling for my nail. It was so fast too.the last time she did the same for me. read more

I've just started going to this salon and had shellac done for the first time. My first visit was wonderful, my friend and I made an appointment but still had to wait quite a while which was fine since we weren't in a rush and the guy who did my nails was very nice. He did a fantastic job and I was completely sold on shellac. My second visit I went as a walk in and waited an hour. A girl did my nails and I felt like she was maybe new because she rushed through my nails, accidentally cut my thumb nail and had to use a fake nail to fix it. She also didn't put enough polish on and you could see my nail through the color, it should have had another coat. Also something was on my pinky nail when she finished and there was a spot because of it. I wish I had asked the first guy who did my nails his name so I could specifically request him, my friend had the same girl another time and had the same not so great experience. I'll be going back, I'll just make sure I get the guy and always request him from now on. read more

I visited this location for the first time today, and it wasn't too bad. I'd called about 3 hours in advanced and set an appointment. When I walked in, I was pretty much in the chair right away. I asked for a pedicure and a manicure with shellac. The young woman that helped me (Jamie) found the matching shellac to my toe nail polish (it was the perfect match, a very pretty yellow) and started my service. The pedicure honestly wasn't what I expected. I felt as if she did a lot of rubbing my legs, she didn't really focus on my feet...especially the heel where my skin is a little rougher. She was nice and made sure to adjust the water to a warmer temperature for me when I asked. The manicure was wonderfully done. I really like the way my fingers look. All in all, I guess I can say that I'm satisfied. As soon as I walked in the house, my husband complimented me so that felt good. But I probably won't ask for any more pedicures here, if I were to come back. Jamie was really nice & the location is clean and comfortable. read more

Very clean. They do stone and hot towel for 25$ and a wonderful foot massage. They definitely take time on you. I came in right when they opened and 5 people trailed behind on a Tuesday morning, so they are probably steady through the day. They treat you like a queen! read more

I'm so sad I have to give this a 1 star rating. I love how they do my nails, my shellac has never lasted longer. However, about a week ago I went and got my nails done. The guy who was doing them kept looking up to see what was going on around the salon (I believe he's the owner) he was scraping underneath my nail and poked me. It didn't bleed or even hurt. Fast forward 3 days and my finger started to throb. After thinking of what could've happened I remembered the poke! The following day I woke up with a swollen throbbing finger, I'm also pregnant so didn't want to risk infection so I went to my doctor. He examined and it's definitely infected. Here is what it looks like today (6 days later) I'm hoping I can clear the infection myself so I don't have to go on antibiotics! From now on I'm bringing my own tools to salons and will be picky about where I go! read more

Excellent pedicure, very happy. I will be getting my nails done here too from now on. I found my new place!

I started at this salon in 2017. I LOVED it initially. However, they have EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! It's gotten worse over the year! I'm not sure if it's the language barrier or just a poor attitude amongst some of the staff. However, I will not be coming here any more, as I'd like to feel as though my input is taken into account if I'm paying my money to have a service performed in the way I ask. read more

Horrible horrible! We will never return. The guy asked me if I wanted my nails cut, I said no. He proceeded to file all of my nails off. Another lady took over bc she could see I was upset. My daughter was done w her manicure, they sent her to dry. I looked at them when I got up to wash my hands & it looked like I did the manicure. My lady said they would redo them bc she agreed that it looked so bad.
